Very helpful check in process. You do have to pay $16 for parking in a garage that is connected to hotel. Very good deli on the first floor that serves a great reasonable breakfast. A great stay overall and I’m married to a hotel snob.

This is a beautiful hotel centrally located and within walking distance to everything I needed. Free airport shuttle was a big bonus. Staff was friendly and service was outstanding. The only negative was that it was hard to control room temp. Otherwise loved it and would highly recommend.

Yes we were safe by way of not being able to get in the parking we were supposed to have for 24hrs they killed our parking ticket after 12 hours no one said anything about a 20 dollar incidental fee until we got there

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were very friendly. The only issue we had with it is that there was not a breakfast offered and parking was with a third party company which you have to pay $16 to park. When we was leaving the parking garage we had to pay an additional $12.00 due to not having a parking ticket which we were not able to get one due to the parking machine being out of paper. Other than that the hotel was nice but we would more than likely stay somewhere else.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a Great location downtown. Very nice old historic building. The Manager was very accommodating when our rooms were the wrong type of rooms. Both rooms were supposed to be 2 queen beds, but upon check in both rooms only had 1 King bed. She arranged for us to get a roll away bed for one of the rooms for no charge. The only complaint I have is that we asked to have our rooms cleaned after our second night, but returned to our room after a long day to find the rooms has not been cleaned.

We discovered to our surprise that the hotel does not offer housekeeping service for guests booking a short stay. so for our two night stay we didn't get fresh towels or our coffee bar replenished. Very disappointing for the price. We'll stay elsewhere on our next visit to Tulsa.

Bathroom was dirty. Floor wasnt swept and hairs still on bathroom vanity. Had to pay extra for parking since there is no hotel parking. Staff was great though.

This property is under construction and I would wish I had known. Shouldn’t that have been disclosed? Also, the towels weren’t clean. I thought at first that one of the wash cloths was stained but instead it was dirty from the last person who used it which caused me to question the cleanliness of all of the linens.

For such an old building the hotel was very clean and nicely updated. Our room was spotless and had ALMOST everything we needed. My only complaint is that they sell food items in the lobby that require microwaving but my room did not have a microwave. Also, you need to have your key card to operate the elevator so in the morning when we checked out I left my key cards in the room because I forgot about it and ended up in an elevator situation so just be careful and make sure you keep a key card with you even when checking out.

I asked for an extra pillow 3 times and never got it. The shower door wouldn't close properly. Housekeeping never came any of the days I was there to clean or make the beds or change the towels.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The room was lovely and comfortable. There were no kids running up/down the halls making noise and the heater/air conditioning was quiet. I slept very well.

I loved the location. I was please with the room and the entire ambiance of the hotel. However, the internet was down when we arrived and never did get corrected. So unfortunately, I was unable to keep in contact with my work or my children.

Our family of 4 came for a volleyball tournament. The room with 2 beds was very spacious. I was so surprised. Plenty of room for a toddler to run around in and hold a playpen for bed time. The front desk was so sweet. We will be staying there in the future.

I had read the reviews on hotels.com talking about having no hot water but my assumption was that this was an anomaly that wouldn't persist to my stay. Unfortunately, I was surprised to not have hot water in my room (511). My buddy who was also staying the same night on a higher floor had no problem with his hot water so it seems to be localized to floor 5. I'm trying to be fair here. I was on a 10 day motorcycle trip and was mostly staying at hotels that were sub $100 but I wanted to be downtown in Tulsa so I spent extra. The room was very comfortable although the right side of the bed sagged a little (I just slept on the left). I've given it 2 stars because 3 stars is apparently, "average". I'd expect better from a courtyard so I'm going with slightly below average.

Nice stay. Didn't start too well as external door was locked when we arrived at 10pm and no response when we used the provided phone to ring someone to let us in. Phone finally answered and lovely welcome once we did make it inside! Nice clean, comfy room. Great central location. All good.

Shower, water pressure good with ample soap, shampoo, etc. Room was never cleaned upon arriving after the work day (3:00p.m.) and amenities such as coffee, clean wash clothes, never replenished, would be my only complaint. John Jackson at the Front desk and airport transportation drivers to and from most excellent.

Good room for the $$. Zero view, almost like a jail cell. The room was small but adequate. Room are only serviced every other day. Is that a trend?—downtown area is a ghost town on weekends. Without a car, you’re dead.- the staff was always helpful. . Free transportation to the airport during business hours. I’d stay again.

Very helpful check in process. You do have to pay $16 for parking in a garage that is connected to hotel. Very good deli on the first floor that serves a great reasonable breakfast. A great stay overall and I’m married to a hotel snob.

We had issues with the shower leaking water all over the floor. Hotel offered no solution. Breakfast was expensive. Parking was expensive.

Should have a breakfast of some kind or list of where to go to get food. The businesses were closed on the weekend that were in the Atlas Life Building. It was dead in the Lobby area. Should not pay for parking! The room and lobby were nice.

Parking is not free. No breakfast, no coffee. Room was bigger, bath room was so clean. Room had a mini refrigerator and no microwave.

For such an old building the hotel was very clean and nicely updated. Our room was spotless and had ALMOST everything we needed. My only complaint is that they sell food items in the lobby that require microwaving but my room did not have a microwave. Also, you need to have your key card to operate the elevator so in the morning when we checked out I left my key cards in the room because I forgot about it and ended up in an elevator situation so just be careful and make sure you keep a key card with you even when checking out.

The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff were very friendly. The only issue we had with it is that there was not a breakfast offered and parking was with a third party company which you have to pay $16 to park. When we was leaving the parking garage we had to pay an additional $12.00 due to not having a parking ticket which we were not able to get one due to the parking machine being out of paper. Other than that the hotel was nice but we would more than likely stay somewhere else.

We had a king sized bed but queen sized sheets and they didn’t have anything larger so the sheets never fit the mattress and wouldn’t stay on the bed. Had no idea that there are extremely limited food on the weekends in this area, coffee and breakfast are something you get to pay for. All that said, the hotel itself is really cool and the staff was awesome and did their best to help us out - this is a business district so we practically had the place to ourselves the entire weekend!

1. Check in was smooth. 2. The description for the bar/restaurant was misleading. It was a small bistro that had wasn't open at most of our wknd stay. 3. Not much to choose from for breakfast. Just burrito, breakfast bowl, or breakfast bagle with bacon, which was made to order. 4. Housekeeping never came to clean room. We had to call front desk each day for towels/wash clothes 5. Valet was $30/day but only operates from 6AM to 12AM. If u move your car after those after hours, u would have to find somewhere to park.
