Numa Berlin Weinmeister

Loved the idea of this hotel, very easy to check in and out, everything we needed like towels, coffee, etc can be found in the main lobby. Room was spacious and TV was huge. Laundry in the location was super helpful and its in a very convenient area surrounded by things to do and restaurants. I will be staying with Numa from now on, loved it!

Fantastic room, overall excellent place to stay. An adults only hotel and had all the small extras that come with that. Good location and the city view from the small roof top terrace was great.

Berlin is/can be an expensive place, and good accommodations are difficult to find sometimes. Included picture is looking our of our room's window. Numa was very clean, reasonably priced, and uses modern methods of access, payment, etc. No staff. You use an application that you download to your phone. We opted for a larger room which was perfect, simple and clean. The toilet was in a sperate small room (with door) from the bathroom where the walk-in shower and bathroom sink were. There was a mini-fridge to keep our left-overs fresh, and a HUGE television that we watched some of the Women's World Cup on. The interior is completely newly built, and very secure. The glass elevator made it easy to move our luggage around. "Breakfast" if you order it, is delivered in a box to your door. Simple fare; some yogurt, muesli and an orange juice. Don't expect a Continental Breakfast; this is just a simple breakfast in a box. The room had a Nespresso machine and a hot water kettle with both coffee and tea provided. While you stay, no daily cleaning; like renting an apartment. Location is PERFECT. This is right in the very lively Mitte area which we found to be very occupied by younger folks. The Weinmeister U-Bahn station is RIGHT THERE. Parking? Forget it. We parked at the Parkhaus Rathauspassagen (15 min walk) 24-hour, $20/day. Cash only at the card machine.

Es muss nun jeder selbst entscheiden, ob er alles im Vorfeld digital erledigen will. Ein Problem war zB die Zahlung der City Tax, denn PayPal ging hier nicht! Auch den Ausweis scannen etc (WhatsApp Chat!!) war sehr nervig! Dafür entschädigen die Lage und die Ausstattung, das Café im Innenhof und die Anbindung an die U-Bahn. Das Frühstück ist hingegen minimal und kam erst als ich schon längst unterwegs war...

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs The rooms are spacious, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. There’s no housekeeping service, even for stays longer than 3 nights, no fresh towels, no cleaning, nothing. The luggage lockers are way too small, and the hotel offers no alternative solution. The staff on site doesn’t speak English and is extremely rude. If you try calling customer support for help, don’t bother, they’re completely useless. The staff is incompetent. Major construction is going on all along the street, and it’s not mentioned anywhere by the hotel. Avoid this place like the plague.

Hôtel très bien situé , quartier vivant et métro juste en bas. Grand confort dans la chambre. Les 26m2 étaient bien appréciables. C’est propre ,de bon goût et très bien isolé. Tout se fait en ligne , ça peut être déroutant au début mais très pratique au final. L’équipe reste disponible via messagerie en cas de besoin. Des consignes à bagages dispo ds l’entrée , option pratique. Vraiment rien à dire de négatif sur cet hôtel . C’était top.

De passage pour une nuit seulement, mais j’ai pu apprécier à quel point notre chambre fut spacieuse et insonorisée. Mobilier et douche de qualité , rooftop avec vue et cocktails… Je recommande et reviendrai! :)

Leider ist die Parkmöglichkeit katastrophal. Gut war der Self-Service hinsichtlich Kaffee und Tee sowie Handtücher etc. Der TV hat leider nicht wirklich funktioniert. Insgesamt war das Zimmer sauber.

Magnifique séjour. L'hôtel est hyper moderne, les chambres très spacieuses. La propreté exemplaire. L'accueil du personnel également. Prestation très à la hauteur. Idéalement situé.

Man hat sehr wohl gemerkt, dass dieses Hotel schließt. Personal wahr wohl bemüht, konnte aber nicht erklären, warum wir nur noch ein normales Zimmer bekamen, obwohl wir doch eine Suite gebucht und auch bezahlt haben. Das zum Ausgleich angebotene Frühstück war leider mehr als spärlich. Zu guter letzt fanden wir dann noch einen fremden Slip im Beutel mit dem Föhn. Die Lage allerdings schön zentral und fußläufig auch mit Gepäck gut zu erreichen.

Ich hatte einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Berlin – die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich 1A! Man ist mittendrin und erreicht alles super schnell. Der Check-in war total unkompliziert und schnell, was ich sehr geschätzt habe. Für einen Kurztrip ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall eine gute Wahl. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es noch Luft nach oben, deshalb ziehe ich einen Stern ab. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ideal für einen kurzen Städtetrip.

Very central Hotel in Mitte with good transport links and walking distance to many things. The hotel is new, clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had a courtyard room thinking it would be quieter than the main street side but there were people sat drinking until the early hours over the weekend and there was noise again from 5/6am on the Monday morning . The Main Street at the front was closed to traffic so this was probably quieter.

Communication and check-in was smooth and easy. My room was really nice with an amazing skyline view. I had a wonderful stay and was very happy there. Refrigerator and coffee/tea makers provided with supplies.

Sehr gute Lage. Schöne Dachterasse , Check In höflich und unkompliziert . Ausstattung aber für 200 Euro pro Nacht ohne Frühstück nicht akzeptabel .Basics wie Kühlschrank, Safe, Wasserkocher oder Kaffeemaschine fehlen. kein Schallschutz. Sehr laute Lüftung. In allen Kategorien nur Queensize-Betten. . Interieur durchschnittlich, hat eher Hostal-Charakter.

The location is great, the place is clean, the rooms are small but the only problem I had is that there were no mini fridges in the rooms and also there were no coffee machines, I could live without coffee machines but not without a mini fridge that's a big no for me. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars only.

First of all, I would like to highlight the excellent hospitality of the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. All of them were phenomenal Second great positive is the location is very close to M-train as well as U-Bahn. Also, walking distance to Häckescher Markt and lots of shopping. The room is nice sized for 2 people, and the property is in great condition. The negatives: too loud. I got a room with windows facing Weinmeister Straße and it is extremely loud. Closing the window helps, but a light sleeper can still hear people talking on the street. There is an Urban Outfitter store which was playing loud music and unfortunately, I don't expect the hotel to have any control over what other businesses do/play in their area. Another thing I would have preferred is to have a closet. Not a big deal if you're only staying for a night or two, but for an extended stay, it's nice to tuck the luggage away. Overall, a very nice hotel with great people. I just wish there was a way to solve the noise situation.

Good stay, but fully digital setup can be frustrating We visited Berlin for the Christmas markets and booked this place through Hotels.com. The accommodation has no on-site staff or reception. Check-in and communication are handled entirely online via the website/app, and contact is done through WhatsApp with what seems to be a chatbot. Unfortunately, it felt almost impossible to reach a real person, as the AI kept asking follow-up questions. We also had trouble getting in at first because the code was not accepted, which was a bit frustrating after arrival. That said, the stay itself was good overall. The area is fairly quiet with not much going on nearby and no grocery stores close by, which is something to be aware of. However, there is a café about 150 meters away where we usually bought coffee and breakfast, which was very convenient. A big plus is the elevator right outside the entrance that takes you directly down to the U-Bahn (U8 Weinmeisterstraße). From there it’s just one stop to Alexanderplatz in about a minute, making it very easy to get around Berlin and to reach other sights or the airport. The only real disturbance was on check-out day, when there was quite a bit of noise early in the morning from cleaning staff working in other rooms. Apart from that, the room was comfortable. The location was very convenient. It was nice and quiet. I didn't interact with a single hotel staff member. It delivered exactly what it promised.

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the location—lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. There was an issue with the handwashing sink not working properly. Management was responsive and tried to fix it the next day, but unfortunately it couldn’t be resolved in our timeframe. They offered to move us to another room or give us a 10% refund, which we felt was a fair solution. Overall, a good stay with helpful staff.

Innsjekkingen er veldig komplisert. Spesielt når hotellet ikke svarer på telefon

Fikk ingen link til å sjekke inn, og fikk derfor ikke pinkoden. De var heldigvis behjelpelige, men jeg foretrekker å snakke med mennesker - ikke roboter. Det tok 1 og en halv time å få hjelp av et faktisk menneske som kunne hjelpe meg med innsjekken. Frokosten var suboptimal, og pinkoden til døren fungerte dårlig til inngangsdøren. Ellers er det et fint hotell - minus all teknisk «finesse» og mangel på resepsjon. Sikkert perfekt for de som helst ikke vil se et eneste menneske.

The room itself was fine, but the service was completely unacceptable. When we arrived, there were construction workers using a pneumatic drill right above us on the first floor. Customer service told us the work would stop at 2 p.m., but it continued the next day from 10 a.m. It was almost impossible to get in touch with them – their app (which you’re referred to for assistance) didn’t work, and we spent hours trying to get a response. Late in the afternoon, we were finally moved to another room, which they called an “upgrade” because it had a kitchen – but we had specifically booked a room with a bathtub, so that was not an upgrade for us. We ended up wasting almost an entire day just trying to get help. Never Numa again!

Location is perfect. Because it’s located at busy area, sometimes double glass windows are not enough for silence and peace but it lets you feel the city. In general, I’m glad I chose to stay here and for the next time I definitely will consider to stay here again.

Getting to the hotel was easy - it's only a hundred metres from the Weinmeisterstrasse stop on the U-Bahn. Access to the hotel and to our room was easy using the PIN code provided. The room was a good size with a good bathroom, and everything was clean, tidy and quiet. This is a great location for anyone staying in Berlin for a few nights. It's a 5-minute walk from Alexanderplatz, and everything in Berlin is easily accessible.

Amazing place to stay!! Great amenities and close access to Weinmeisterstrabe station. Loved how close it was to everything, about a 10 minute walk to Alexanderplatz. Will definitely be staying here again!

An excellent place to stay in Berlin. The room is spacious and clean. The check-in instructions were easy. It is very close to the Musume Island by 10 mins walk and S and U lines are steps away. The central station is 2 stops by S line. There are a lot of restaurants around and Alexanderplatz is in walking distance or one stop by S line. It is highly recommended.

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Es lag zur Weinmeisterstraße. Allerdings war da eine Baustelle für den barrierefreien Zugang zur U-Bahn. Vermutlich deshalb drangen neben den Bauarbeiten auch U-Bahn-Geräusche ins Zimmer. Aber sonst war alles super in Ordnung.

Localização excelente, apartamento bem confortável, porém o café da manhã deixou a desejar, mas recomendo.

Super clean, comfortable, and convenient location. Their breakfast/coffee in the morning was fabulous (the croissants and cappuccino especially). Staff was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Berlin!

Det fuldautomatiske hotel var lidt underligt. Det var svært at finde oplysninger fx strygejern, wifi kode etc Morgenmad var leveret i en box og ret kedelig og intet sted at spise sammen, når vi rejste flere sammen

Modernt hotell med bra läge nära Hackescher Markt och Alexanderplatz. Trevlig enkel bar. Stora rum. Bra med enskild toalett (tyvärr inget handfat) stor dusch men ville haft en dörr till tvättstället.

It’s located in a nice area, but not car park friendly. The property feels more like a self catering apartment then a hotel. Understaff for the weekend I spend there, so hotel bar and kitchen was closed. Housekeeping is made just on the second day and upon request only, but there is a service room where I can get yourself clean towels. Room is very small. Think the concept of saving went to far.

Morgenmaden er ikke det værd. Bliver leveret i en boks uden for døren. Er ikke værd pengene.aircondition virkede ikke så værelset var mega varmt. Det blev ikke fikset under opholdet , en “fan” var løsningen , hjalp ikke på varmen ( 20 grader ude)

Disappointing breakfast. No restaurant in the hotel and the breakfast was a simple juice and sandwich in e delivery box.
