Has lots of shopping close by, easy parking, clean rooms, vey nice staff. Will stay there again!

Great rooms great parking great staff would stay here again many times over. Price is perfect for what i received

We stayed two nights, the room was comfortable, air worked great, plenty of hot water and water pressure. Room was spacious and clean. Nothing fancy, but perfect for us. Area felt really safe, was very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel, will stay there again next year when we come back.

Wouldn't stay there again, people in the parking lot asking us for stuff. Tv didn't work. No lobby, you talked to the people running it through a window

First off they did not honor the Expedia price and charged me extra and also a deposit, that was not acceptable . Then you have people and not the good kind KNOCKING and BANGING on the door , tell management and their HEAR NO EVIL SEE NO EVIL so they don't know nothing , the bed NO . Police stay in parking lot and so does the drugs , doors have bullet holes in them and all night long you hear fighting and fussing . NEVER no matter how tired I am I will not stay here anymore

If you're looking for a place to lay your head after a long day, this is the place. Cant beat the rates. Older place, but well maintained. I'd stay again.

This property should be taken off your website for recommended places to stay. We checked in and immediately felt unsafe just unloading our luggage, there were questionable people hanging around the rooms on first floor. As soon as I pulled off the covers, there was large stain on sheets, had to call front office to change sheets . My sister went outside to smoke a cigarette and was approached by suspicious looking individuals and felt threatened . Bathtub was covered in cigarette burns, I didn’t sleep all night because air conditioning kept turning off and switching to heat making the room hot. Had to get up every couple of hours to manually change dial. Reported incident to front office but she assured us that they had security patrolling but we never saw anyone Said she was aware of homeless people staying on the adjacent property but that was not theirs. We had booked for three nights but checked out immediately the next morning because of our experience . I have pictures documenting all my complaints that I can forward to you upon request . We were in town for my brother in laws funeral and I would appreciate a refund of this booking because never had I had such a bad experience on one of your properties especially during a time that we already were experiencing such stress and sadness . If anything please remove this property from your recommended stays on your website as I would not want anyone else to go through what we did . Thank you very much

Clean room

Very clean, nice large room. One lock on the door was broken off but the deadbolt worked.

The staff was polite. The shower curtain had mold and the wall AC took hours to cool the room down. But if you just need a place to sleep, the sheets & toilet were clean.

The room had stains on all on the ceilings and walls. There was a very strong odor in the room prior to me arriving to the room. The bed cover had many holes in it and smelled bad as well as the bed sheets. The walls of the room had a lot of visible damage to them.

They did ask for a $20 cash deposit that isn’t mentioned here. But they allowed me to check in early and the room was extremely clean and had new furniture and carpet.

Staff were kind. Dirty bathtub with hair that wasn’t mine in there. Unidentified stains on the wall. Remote had some sort of gunk on it. Not terrible, but probably won’t go back.

Bed was very hard and not comfortable at all. Was not deserving of the rating published.

Noisy overnight

Property was pretty old and didn’t include any modern amenities (no USB ports, no toiletries outside of a bar of soap and just generally out of date). Two out of three lamps were missing bulbs, the comforter was barely thicker than the sheet, the tub jets didn't work, the towels were a step above sandpaper, toilet paper was definitely single-ply, had to ask for an iron and ironing board, housekeeping came only once in three days, staff wouldn't accept a US passport as a valid form of identification and having to pay a $20 deposit for tv remote contol.

Sorry, but there is no way this is an 8.4 rated place. Lock on the front door busted off. Bathroom door puttied back together. Spots on the tub and corrosion on the drain. Putty behind and on the towel rack. Towels were small and coarse. Bed was not comfortable at all. Mattress squeaky. DirecTV kept scrambling on the TV. While she stayed up to play games on her phone I tried to go to sleep, however the owners son was hitting a volleyball against the brick wall along the backside of the neighboring building until 11:00pm.

Average place for a good price. No breakfast but a good place to crash for a night. I was a bit surprised to find a weird electronic device attached to the TV though. I was told it was a scanner to change channels, but i still disconnected the TV.

Very roomy. Sheets and pillows clean, but bedspreads were dirty. Shower leaked, but hot water was plenty!

Didn't provide Wi-Fi access on check in, room key had to be reprogrammed daily. There was only one trash can in the room. I had to go and get clean linens daily, never came by room to check. I did like the location and staff was always courteous and helpful. I would recommend for convenience and stay there again.

The remote wouldn't change to any channels, one side of the bed was broken.

I stayed for 7 days and my room was fresh daily and the staff was very helpful. Even knocked on my door personally to make sure i was satisfied and ok. Will definitely stay there again

Staff very attentive, mostly quiet.

The overall experience was absolutely horrible. To start off it was a hassle to even check into the hotel. They made me pay a deposit but not the gentleman who checked in before me. When I asked why they have smoking rooms when its advertised as a non-smoking on the website the owner wouldn't answer it just kept pushing for me to cancel my reservation. I was in the area for a funeral and traveling with an infant. There weren't any other places I found that had rooms in my budget. The room was missing two lightbulbs and the fridge was not plugged it and not usable when we first got there. The owner got upset and was harassing me when I gave an honest review regarding my check in experience. Upon leaving I had forgotten a box that had a breast pump and my son's medication. I keep my car clean and only had one other bag and my son's car seat. I called the owners and offered to pay shipping and now they supposedly can't find it, hung up on me and now refuse to answer my calls. Don't ever stay here. Absolute worst experience ever. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy they were down right rude.

Very fair price. Easy access to food , groceries and other needs. Workers very friendly and helpful. Only thing i thought was below par was bathroom supplies. Tiny little pouch of shampoo , tiny little soap bar in package. It was so small and cheap it broke into so small pieces , couldnt even use it. Even so i would go there again.

Nice quite little motel. Close to alot of restaurants and downtown.
