Pool and hot tub closed ...said it was waiting for inspection. Everyday they said "it will be open tomorrow " NEVER DID OPEN Web says game room ...NOT...(not open either No trash cans on the property .the dumpster was full all week Breakfast @ 8 30 ...really ...this is a tourist town people are up and out by 8...no one in office until 8 30 ...no coffee .. DO NOT STAY HERE .SPEND A LITTLE XTRA FOR HOTELS THAT ACTUALLY HAVE WHAT THE WEB SITE OFFERS ! ICE MACHINE DIDNT WORK .OUR AIR CONDITIONER WORKED SOME TIMES .SAID THEYD LOOK AT IT ? We will "NEVER STAY"at this hotel ever again. The pool and hottub was not available to use. When booking this hotel it stated that there would be free breakfast.There "WAS NOT" any breakfasts. We stayed two nights. The second night after we returned to the hotel, we could not get in our hotel room. We called three different phone #\'s. The first two #\'s, "NO ANSWER." The third #, we finally got a young man on the line, from another hotel ran by the same people. He came over to help us get in our room with new card keys. Also, the "ICE MACHINE WAS OUT OF ORDER." The young man, said, we could go over to their other hotel property (Branson Ozark) to get ice. So we did.

We had issues with heater, kept turning on and off and didn’t keep the room warm, breakfast had very little to choose from, not what was listed in marquee and on website, ice machine was not working so an inconvenience to have to go get ice for sodas, not able to use hot tub because was outside, not inside like shown on website.

The check-in was simple. That was the only good thing. The pool was shut down by the health dept. There was blood on the floor and wall by our bed, towel holder ripped off bathroom wall, toilet did not flush properly and appeared to over flow. Floors were sticky and dirty, maggots in garbage can right outside our room, A/C was blowing warm air, no refrigerator in one room, microwave plate missing, toilet was shaking when you sat on it, bathroom smelled like urine, and no toilet paper holder. That was just in one room. The other smelled like urine and smoke. The toilet had toilet paper in it like it was used prior to our arrival. Burn holes in blankets even though rooms were non smoking.

Keep in mind this is an older, dated hotel. With that being said, we absolutely loved this place. The staff was friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until we left. The room was clean, large and lots of amenities. The pool/picnic area was wonderful as well. Large clean pool with lits of chairs and tables. A great bbq grill. Great breakfast. Quite and close to everything. All of this for under $100 per night. This will definitely be the place we stay when we come back in December.
Keep in mind this is an older, dated hotel. With that being said, we absolutely loved this place. The staff was friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until we left. We booked as the rating for the hotel seemed good but was very disappointed upon arrival. The sign in front advertised "deluxe breakfast" and "sparkling jacuzzi" but there was no breakfast and the jacuzzi was full of dirty water and not available. Additionally, the ice machine did not work. The rooms were clean and as we requested, but beds were not very comfortable and bathrooms were small.

I believe we stayed in the off season so no breakfast was offered. Only there 1 night. The unit 201 was very clean, comfortable, quiet. The bonus is: Pet friendly (yay and thank you!) and the outside lighting (at night) extremely well Illuminated. Kudos!

Pool closed due to health code violations. Leaking mini fridge but no other one to replace the one we had to ask them to remove from the room so we didn’t have to continue to clean up water. Dirty room. Towels smelled like wet dog.

I wasn't expecting too much from the property for the price, but I did book it because it had great reviews. They were definitely misleading for our stay. The person at the front desk, whenever it was actually open, did not seem friendly at all. She seemed kind of aggravated and not welcoming at all. One of the lights did not work and some of the outlets did not work either. The tub was stained quite a bit as was the comforter. The common outside area was filthy with trash and smoking is too close to the non-smoking rooms. We actually left a day early because the beds were super uncomfortable. The office is closed after a certain time, but they did have an emergency number posted on the door. We got there at almost midnight, and the person that I spoke to on the phone seemed super nice and welcoming (even though I woke her up :) ) This is just our personal experience with the stay. It was our first time visiting Branson. We will definitely be visiting Branson again, but will NOT be staying here again. We did not utilize the pool or the breakfast.

Bathtub had hair in tub , side table drawer had tobacco or some kind of remnants in it , tv didn’t work , room wasn’t ready when came to check in when we came back office staff was in the pool had to call to get room key , employees outside smoking weed just not wasn’t happy at all and wouldn’t recommend

STAY AWAY!!! This motel has gone down hill. It has always been dated but now it is dirty and dated. We had stayed here several times in the past and it was fine. This time there were dead bugs all over our room. One of which was on the bed. I told the lady at the front desk and she was kind and told me that it was under new management and she has only been there about a week. We stayed the first night because we got back late and there weren’t many other options since it was a busy fall break weekend but checked out the next morning instead of staying the second night and were refused a refund for the night we didn’t stay.

The front lobby was not very inviting, it just looked like something had been thrown together, behind the front desk was a mess. I found a roach in my room and the towels were clean but awful. I didn't attempt to try and eat there because of what I found in my room.

The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The hot breakfast was excellent! I was impressed with the sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, milk, and juice! It was all great quality and delicious!

I actually feel sad giving this a poor review because the woman running the property was always kind and cheerful. But no matter how hard she tried, her kindness did not make up for the deficiencies. This is an older hotel that could use refurbishing. Ice maker was out, hot tub not functional. We had adjoining rooms, 105 and 107,one had soft beds, the other firm ones. The refrigerator In my room started making high pitched noises and had to be unplugged. The breakfast was help yourself with microwave sandwiches and a small selection of continental items. There were biscuits and gravy and waffles available, but things did not appear to be thoroughly clean and I hesitated to use them. Some items had mold. But the worst came during my third night when I woke up and discovered three bed bugs in my bed. I was unable to sleep the rest of the night. Until I saw them crawling on the sheets I thought I had been attacked by mosquitos while outside. They gave me plastic bags to put everything in, and we had to go through decontamination procedures when we got home. I am still having nightmares about the bedbugs. It turned a special visit into something that left me sick at my stomach.

We have stayed here many times in the past. They have updated some of the rooms and they are very nice. The staff was very helpful and respectful. Good selections available for breakfast. We hope to continue to be able to stay here for our future visits to Branson.

We had late check in, and had notified the hotel ahead of time that we would be late. They gave us a number to call when we arrived to obtain our room key. When we got there, we called the number a few times with no answer. The only way we were able to get a room key is because a former employee of the hotel happened to be staying there and helped us out--he was able to contact the manager and get our room. Once in the room, however, the A/C wasn't working and the hot water handle on the sink was missing--so we had to be taken to yet another room. Not at all impressed with the preparedness of the hotel and staff.

Staff was nice but they don't stay on property after 7p. They didn't have any food for breakfast like advertised and the mattress was an old spring style. It was okay but not what I would think of when going to Branson.

The rooms were in pretty bad shape. We had 3 rooms to ourselves and only one room was as per amenities. One room had issues with the maine room door lock and We had to use a physical key and that too didn't work most of the time. The bathroom door lock did not work. The staff initially said they will switch us to another room (king) but then (as per the staff) the GM said we cannot do that. Other room did not have the fridge, coffee maker, etc. that should've been part of the room as per amenities. The rooms that had the fridge weren't of any use either because the fridge didn't work.

Keep in mind this is an older, dated hotel. With that being said, we absolutely loved this place. The staff was friendly and helpful from the time we arrived until we left. The room was clean, large and lots of amenities. The pool/picnic area was wonderful as well. Large clean pool with lits of chairs and tables. A great bbq grill. Great breakfast. Quite and close to everything. All of this for under $100 per night. This will definitely be the place we stay when we come back in December.

It’s was not bad, but not great. The lady at front desk had a hard time finding our reservation. She ended up finding it so it worked out. She started laughing randomly when giving me the room cards. So that was odd… The room was okay. The mattresses were terrible. Every movement you could feel the springs and hear them. It left our backs sore. But it is what it is. It was exactly what you’d expect from a cheaper hotel room just for a place to sleep. I personally don’t plan on staying here again, but I’m not upset that I did either. The area was convenient.

Staff was very friendly and did everything to make the stay good. They were about the only positive besides the room was very clean. The beds were terrible and worn down. Very uncomfortable. Breakfast did not have many choices on it so we wound up going out for breakfast. Definitely need some updating.

Room was very clean and spacious, but the air hadn't been turned on, so it was hot when we arrived. Staff was very friendly. Location was excellent-- close enough to all of the things we wanted to do, but not so close as to be overly noisy. Would definitely stay there again.

Average cheap hotel that is priced above the other average cheap hotels. Not a fan of the vinyle flooring instead of carpet in the rooms. Bring house shoes.

I wasn't expecting too much from the property for the price, but I did book it because it had great reviews. They were definitely misleading for our stay. The person at the front desk, whenever it was actually open, did not seem friendly at all. She seemed kind of aggravated and not welcoming at all. One of the lights did not work and some of the outlets did not work either. The tub was stained quite a bit as was the comforter. The common outside area was filthy with trash and smoking is too close to the non-smoking rooms. We actually left a day early because the beds were super uncomfortable. The office is closed after a certain time, but they did have an emergency number posted on the door. We got there at almost midnight, and the person that I spoke to on the phone seemed super nice and welcoming (even though I woke her up :) ) This is just our personal experience with the stay. It was our first time visiting Branson. We will definitely be visiting Branson again, but will NOT be staying here again. We did not utilize the pool or the breakfast.

We were not happy with this hotel at all, they said they offered a breakfast and after we checked in on 12/29/23 the next day the office was closed, we waitied outside in the cold for breakfast. We never saw anyone in the office after we checked in. If we needed someone we would have been in trouble. When we went to check out I couldn't even do that, I had to go back to the room and leave the room cards on the dresser. We were close to running out of toilet paper, and towels. We picked this place because of the reviews, the pictures and it having a hot breakfast. We have spent about an extra 100.00 dollars on breakfast for the time we stayed there. I have called the place 3 times alreadt to tell someone where I left the room cards. We have traveled for 40 years being married and have never been so DISAPPOINTED in a hotel. We are also hosting an exchange daughter from France and this was very embarrassing. Can you please do something on your end about this hotel please. We will "NEVER STAY"at this hotel ever again. The pool and hottub was not available to use. When booking this hotel it stated that there would be free breakfast.There "WAS NOT" any breakfasts. We stayed two nights. The second night after we returned to the hotel, we could not get in our hotel room. We called three different phone #\'s. The first two #\'s, "NO ANSWER." The third #, we finally got a young man on the line, from another hotel ran by the same people. He came over to help us get in our room with new card keys. Also, the "ICE MACHINE WAS OUT OF ORDER." The young man, said, we could go over to their other hotel property (Branson Ozark) to get ice. So we did.

Admittedly, this is an edge case, but we arrived to check in a little before 10pm to find the lobby totally closed. I guess that’s fine. Branson rolls up shop pretty early. The signage on the door said for after-hours check-in use the phone on the wall. There was no phone. We called the “emergency” number left on a sheet of paper taped to the window and spoke to a very nice man who works at a nearby (jointly-owned?) hotel about 10 minutes away. He drove over and got us our keys. The rooms are dated and the beds are basically bare spring mattresses, but it was clean and comfortable for the price. In the morning, we went to try the advertised “free hot breakfast,” and the listed hours were from 8:30am to 10:30am. When we arrived at 8:30 there was nobody in the breakfast room, no coffee, and no hot food of any kind, just a couple of assorted individually-wrapped muffins, some nutri-grain bars, and a bag of bagels. We waited around for a while in the hopes that someone would bring more food, but that didn’t happen, so we ended up leaving to eat at Silver Dollar City instead. Used to really like this place for the price, but something has changed, and seemingly not for the better.

The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The hot breakfast was excellent! I was impressed with the sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, milk, and juice! It was all great quality and delicious!

It was a great place to lay our heads and for our kid to swim in the sun when we weren’t out and about touring Branson! The customer service was great! We didn’t eat breakfast simply because we were treating ourselves to the local places! The rooms were very clean and it was a quiet area.

We enjoyed our stay and the convenience of being close to everything, without being on the main strip and dealing with all the traffic. The room was dated, but very clean and everything worked fine. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We'll be back.

I believe we stayed in the off season so no breakfast was offered. Only there 1 night. The unit 201 was very clean, comfortable, quiet. The bonus is: Pet friendly (yay and thank you!) and the outside lighting (at night) extremely well Illuminated. Kudos!

The breakfast was not good. The gravy was cold and leftover gravey from the day before was dried and stuck on the cover. The station with the waffle machine had drips of mix all over it and was hard. We were the second couple in there as soon as the breakfast opened so I know it had not been cleaned. Very disappointing. Not suitable for serving the public.

We have stayed here many times in the past. They have updated some of the rooms and they are very nice. The staff was very helpful and respectful. Good selections available for breakfast. We hope to continue to be able to stay here for our future visits to Branson.

Staying in this place, we were able to reach out to other areas quiet smoothly. I would recommend little more quality in offering breakfast: it wasn’t very tasty especially the pan cakes, gravy etc. offer a bit more tasty and variety stuffs for breakfast. The kids would love that.

It was ok. The door handle was broken. One lamp didn’t work. Went to eat breakfast one morning at 9:30 and there wasn't any food left and another customer told clerk but no more food was set out. There was nothing cold to drink for breakfast. Clerk that checked me in was very nice and helpful.

We waited around for a while in the hopes that someone would bring more food, but that didn’t happen, so we ended up leaving to eat at Silver Dollar City instead. Used to really like this place for the price, but something has changed, and seemingly not for the better.
Admittedly, this is an edge case, but we arrived to check in a little before 10pm to find the lobby totally closed. I guess that’s fine. Branson rolls up shop pretty early. The signage on the door said for after-hours check-in use the phone on the wall. There was no phone. We called the “emergency” number left on a sheet of paper taped to the window and spoke to a very nice man who works at a nearby (jointly-owned?) hotel about 10 minutes away. He drove over and got us our keys. The rooms are dated and the beds are basically bare spring mattresses, but it was clean and comfortable for the price. In the morning, we went to try the advertised “free hot breakfast,” and the listed hours were from 8:30am to 10:30am. When we arrived at 8:30 there was nobody in the breakfast room, no coffee, and no hot food of any kind, just a couple of assorted individually-wrapped muffins, some nutri-grain bars, and a bag of bagels. The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The hot breakfast was excellent! I was impressed with the sausage, bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, muffins, yogurt, milk, and juice! It was all great quality and delicious!

Was nothing like described on hotels.com, was told had game room and arcade which was the main reason i booked here and for $247 was not impressed when i got there and was nothing like it said and definitely not an 8 star hotel, anf there was no kind of compensation or the chance to book elsewhere. Then after some family time return to hotel, hotel staff and her boyfriend or husband were making out in pool. Just very unprofessional. the upside was room was clean and air worked excellent and they did bring us a roll away bed.

Giving this a 5 because the rooms were clean and the staff was accommodating. The property needs some work and the new ownership is renovating it daily. The price is as low as anywhere in the area.

This hotel would rate a high or low three star. Good location, clean, excellent shower, and very good breakfast. First entry into room smelled old but was clean. Bed was comfortable and clean.

When we checked in, we were handed the key. Had to ask where the room was located. They also told us there would be sausage, bacon, eggs and stuff for breakfast (as advertised). We got up the next morning to get breakfast from the breakfast room. The door was propped open. So the room was freezing (it was only like 34° that morning), theres literally NOTHING hot to eat. There were muffins, yogurt, cinnamon toast crunch, bagels and stuff for toast. They had coffee to drink. That was literally it. The next morning, same thing. We didn't even eat there. We went elsewhere. Oh, and not to mention, the hotel had evidently went through a change in ownership, so they weren't experienced, and ALL the staff had quit.

Renae, she does everything within the hotel. Amazing woman- so nice and HELPFUL. You can tell that she takes pride in her work and will go above and beyond to help your stay be as comfortable as possible!! The room was spotless. The breakfast looks super yummy. 10/10 recommend this hotel!! I will def be staying here in the future!!!
