Clean room ,very near the light rail for transport to city centre,near coogee beach

Good customer service, room was average, location is excellent if you want to be close to the university.

Extremely helpful staff, both over the phone and in person. The room was spotless and despite facing the street, was extremely quiet. The roomy balcony was an unexpected bonus. The hotel has a lovely, family-like feeling - more like an apartment building than a hotel. Being opposite the Sydney Childrens' Hospital means it is a great option for parents of ill children. The price was also very pleasing. We walked to Coogee - 1.7 km walk mostly downhill. We would definitly stay there again if we wished to access Coogee.
