Wonderful stay. Property lovely, by the water, easy parking, space to charge my EV. Kind and helpful staff. Comfy room, full and stocked kitchen, so much space for me and my two older kids. Will stay here many times to come.

Only thing that was unreasonable was the parking rate 39.00 a day, less if you stay longer but 39.00 for one night. We parked ourselves outside in the parking lot!!! Come on!!!

Great location—everything walkable and with views along the way. Nice gym, nice laundry, cheerful staff. Breakfast was good with many choices and the hot entrees were a little different each day. Big room, big TV, good internet, comfortable. Completely pleasing stay!

Not the worst stay but not the best. Easy check in and checkout. Parking was an additional fee, which if you were lucky to find a spot you could park underneath the hotel. Very limited covered parking spots. Pullout bed in the couch was very thin and uncomfortable. Shower pressure was great, but barely warm. Toilet flush is VERY loud. Master bedroom was very big. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast wasn’t too bad with many options and staff restocking/cleaning up at all times. Hottub wasn’t hot, more like lukewarm and jets were not powerful. Women’s sauna was great. Felt safe inside the hotel and outside. Overall, would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed and clean hotel. The location is convenient to downtown and easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the waterfront. The breakfast is very good as well! I liked that they had car charging in the parking garage, the parking was expensive, but that seems to be the case in all Kingston hotels.

Staff were lovely at check in and out. Kitchen staff for the breakfast were friendly and super efficient. The food was good and there were decent options- waffle station, vegan and pork sausages, hashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, omelette, yoghurt, banana, oranges, cereal options, banana bread, chocolate loaf and a hot drink station. The room was very clean. The bathroom location was unfortunately situated near the head of the bed and the toilet sounds like a rocket taking off. Had I not already gone to the bathroom- I may have gone again just hearing that startling sound. And hear that sound we did! From rooms around is when they flushed through the night and in the morning. The shower - water pressure was good, but even when cranked as high as it would go- was tepid. Good way to conserve water- couldn't get finished fast enough! It's a shame that to get access to wifi, they ask you to sign up for their Marriott Bonvoy site. Should just be free. Room rate does not include parking- under or above ground it's $39.

Terrible breakfast.How can potatoes be cement inside and outside, all sausage selections were over salted, other than scrambled eggs ( every morning) the other options were unpalatable. Does oatmeal have to “swim” in liquid? The oranges were dry and moldy. The room was not dusted properly. The front staff were very good.

Really nice and clean hotel, conveniently located, the room has all necessary amenities. Breakfast was good, everyone from the family has found their own meal to eat. Especially wanted to note that the hotel Is super clean everywhere - rooms, common areas, restaurant, everywhere. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Good hotel, room hadn’t been cleaned properly when I checked in (examples will be gum by the shower and by the entrance on the carpet and as well by the bed there was garbage in the floor. Overall beside that everything else was good.

Le matelas du canapé-lit était dans un état horrible (chambre 909) Un affaissement extrême au centre, des ressorts perceptible au simple effleurement du matelas et une tache répugnante… Il a été impossible pour ma grande fille de 19 ans de dormir dessus (ni pour moi d’ailleurs) j’ai donc dû la faire dormir avec son père et moi je me suis installée sur le canapé-lit 😳 Assez décevant pour une fin de semaine de la Saint-Valentin!

Le Check-in a été le plus professionnel et sympathique à vie! Le personnel au buffet déjeuner très serviable et poli! Cependant…. It was amazing up until our last night. Hockey children were running amok in the hallways and we tried repeatedly to phone down to the front desk to complain. All we got was a busy signal. Children’s hockey teams should be booked to their own floor with no other guests.

The Residence Inn is an amazing place to stay. I have stayed at this hotel many times and it is my go to hotel when I am in Kingston. The staff are extremely professional and will go out of their way to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Terrible breakfast.How can potatoes be cement inside and outside, all sausage selections were over salted, other than scrambled eggs ( every morning) the other options were unpalatable. Does oatmeal have to “swim” in liquid? The oranges were dry and moldy. The room was not dusted properly. The front staff were very good.

Great location—everything walkable and with views along the way. Nice gym, nice laundry, cheerful staff. Breakfast was good with many choices and the hot entrees were a little different each day. Big room, big TV, good internet, comfortable. Completely pleasing stay!

Great breakfast with lots of options! Coffee and teas available 24/7 in the lobby (and the option to make your own in your room). Pool was great for the kids. The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. You can walk to most points of interest including loads of shops and restaurants and the ferry to Wolfe Island. Downsides: parking was $35/day! Luckily, we easily found in-street parking (free all weekend!) AND The sofa bed was very lumpy.

The location is perfect, right in downtown but far from the noise and near the water. The hotel is friendly and room was very spacious for our family of 4 plus one pet. Desk staff is super friendly. The one thing that we wished it was better was the pool and hot tub. They were too small and not that clean. We didn’t stay for long in there. The best and highlight of our stay was the breakfast. It saved us a lot of money. The waffle station is such a hot with the guests. I was really impressed with the paper bag provided for us to take a couple of fruits and a banana bread for our outdoor activities in the area. I will be staying at a Marriott again!

The only hotel I book when going to Kingston, the breakfast options are great and it’s close enough to everything. The rooms are spacious and clean, this is my third time back to this hotel and I always never have a problem. Staff are always helpful

The location is so good you walk everywhere. The principal street is just a couple blocks away and you have many places to just sit and look the beautiful Ontario lake. The staff is fríendly and helpful. There were little things that you can improve, the oven fan didn’t work , the shower gel was empty, and the fire alarm sound once at 4am and the people working at that time tried hard but it took a long time to solved the problem so we could return to our rooms. Although in each event they were making their best to solved them

Room was very clean and spacious. A pleasure to relax in. Car park was convenient, though expensive. Good breakfast, choices could have been a bit wider. Very helpful staff on front desk, always happy to help and were flexible.
