Utrolig meget larm, både om dagen ved poolen men osse sent om aftenen ved midnatstid . Der er meget lydt på hotellet, så når man er på sit værelse, kan du høre alt hvad der sker udenfor din altan, alt fra gangene hvor alle lyde giver genlyd og runger gennem gangene. Ligeledes kan man høre naboerne fra de andre værelser meget tydeligt. Der var virkelig god aircondition på værelserne, som dog på ingen måder ligner dem på billederne. Sengene var meget hårde og uden topmadras. Vi spurgte 7 gange i receptionen over 3 dage for endelig at få en topmadras Maden var rigtig god, frisklavet og alsidig. Køkkenpersonalet var meget hjælpsomme og venlige.

Read some poor reviews about the hotel before we came but I can't fault it for the price they charge. We upgraded to a junior suite for a very reasonable price and the room with a large balcony overlooking the sea was brilliant. The hotel isn't overly large and all the staff from reception to bar/restaurant we're cheerful and attentive. You have to cross the road to a small shingle beach but the water is crystal clear and perfect for swimming.

A terrible excuse for an all-inclusive hotel. The food was consistently disappointing, and the included beer, wine, and liquor were all low-quality, off-brand options. The rooms were in poor condition, and the air conditioning was completely broken in multiple rooms in our group. Despite that, the hotel was unable—or unwilling—to offer alternative rooms to accommodate us. The property itself feels badly neglected. Furniture in the lobby is visibly falling apart, and the pool was green and appeared poorly maintained and filtered. Overall, the hotel looked and felt nothing like the experience portrayed online. The photos are misleading, and the hotel’s help number was unresponsive when we tried to get assistance. The room conditions ultimately became so unacceptable that we left in the middle of our first night and had to request a refund. That should give you a sense of how far the reality fell short of expectations. The one bright spot is the beach, which is genuinely beautiful. Just be aware that the hotel is not directly on it—you have to cross a busy road to get there.

Mixed feelings about this property. All the basics are there for an amazing hotel. The location is excellent, we had a sea view room and the view really is first class. The pathway from the hotel to the beach is very nicely done with a small seating area half way to enjoy the views. You do have to cross the road the get to it but there is a crossing point and we found that cars do stop to let you over like using a crossing in the UK. There is a small well stocked shop next door where you can get everything you need from snacks to souvenirs. The evening entertainment was good but a little late as all the balconies look out onto the pool area where the entertainment is. It is not too loud however and didn’t it disturb us. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The pool was a lovely temperature. The public areas are tired but clean. The restaurant is nice and the food was good. The staff were all great and especially Elizabeth at the pool bar. It was only €40 in a taxi from the airport which is an advantage. The aircon in the room was really good. The only two down sides are that it isn’t really close to anywhere so if you want to explore, it’s a taxi or bus. The bus stop is opposite the hotel. The rooms are beyond dated and basic. Very old decor, very old wooden broken single beds, old furniture painted green, an old fridge which was good to have and clean but stuck in the room so not very attractive. Bathrooms clean but again, very dated. Overall, we had a good holiday.

Der Check in war sehr freundlich, jedoch ist der Rest des Hotels die reinste Katastrophe. Der Speiseraum viel zu klein, man kam kaum zum Buffet gehen , ohne andere Gäste beim Essen anzustoßen. Die Tische sind so eng gestellt, dass kaum ein Durchkommen war. Das gesamte Hotel ähnelt eher einer Jugendherberge und ist bis in die frühen Morgenstunden sehr laut. An Schlafen ist nicht zu denken. Gespräche auf dem Gang sind im Zimmer klar und deutlich mitzuhören. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, der Kleiderschrank nicht wirklich brauchbar. Kein Platz für Koffer. Wir konnten die Vorhänge nicht öffnen, da unser Zimmer von 3 Seiten einsichtig war. Wenn man im Bett lag, konnten andere Gäste uns über den Spiegel im Zimmer genau sehen. Nichteinmal in Ruhe anziehen war möglich. Es gab absolut keine Privatsphäre. Getränke an der Bar gibt es nur in Plastikbecher. Für Jugendliche auf Klassenfahrt ist dieses Hotel perfekt aber nicht für Erwachsene, welche ein paar Tage ausspannen wollen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Wir sind nach der ersten Nacht in ein anderes Hotel gezogen. Eine Erstattung der Kosten ( weitere 7 Nächte mit all inklusive) wurde vom Hoteldirektor abgelehnt.
