A great quiet place to stay in Canmore. Loved the lounge area near the lobby. Coffee shop looked awesome but we left to early to try it out. Steam room not yet working but I would definitely stay again and try it out.

The property was incredible and surprisingly affordable my only complaint was trying to find the entrance for parking as google maps sent me to someones private garage (i will be addressing this later on google to help others)

Creekside Villas is a quite nice property overall — well decorated, cozy, and with a great lounge area that has lots of board games and a beautiful fireplace (which, sadly, was never actually lit while we were there and it doesn’t look like it ever does) One thing that was really disappointing was the steam room. It’s only open until 8 pm, and we arrived around 7, but there was a yoga class going on, so it wasn’t available. We were really looking forward to relaxing there after the drive, and then we had plans the next day, so we never got to use it at all. The room itself was fine, but there was mold in the bathroom, which isn’t great. Noise cancellation in the building is basically nonexistent — you can hear everything. The staff also wasn’t very friendly, and during cleaning they picked up our knife by accident, so it took us a while to even figure out where it went. They do have a little coffee spot with some breakfast snacks, which is convenient. Overall, the place is cute and has potential, but a few things added up and made the stay less enjoyable than we expected.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lodge is cozy and clean with features you will not find in a typical condo rental, like steam room, yoga room, and lots of common room space for games, visiting or relaxing.

It was a wonderfully cozy and unique experience. We enjoyed the use of the games area and the fire pit outside. We had a great experience with the staff and their in house coffee was amazing. Easy to get to from the highway and make sure to park in the designated areas as the parking lot is a little small. But everything else about it is amazing and the view of the mountains right from our room window was stunning! It was quiet and didn’t hear any guests in the rooms next door. If/when we come back to Canmore, we will be staying here again!

Unfortunately, our room was very dark and noisy as we could hear the guests coming and going up and down the stairs outside our room. We were not happy with the cleanliness of our room either. The property refunded our second booked day so we could go elsewhere.

Easy check in with the door code Room was nice, enjoyed the loft The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve had in hotels. Only thing missing is a remote control curtain for the far window. It was nice being woken by the sun but if you want to sleep in it’s quite bright

The room was super cozy and had everything that we needed. The boutique type hotel appealed to us and got us off the main drive in Canmore. Our room was super hot but we managed to have a decent sleep. The wifi was very slow but that’s not Creekside’s fault. Loved the paved walking paths surrounding the area. Would definitely recommend this cute little getaway.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Very dark though due to dark wall paint and floors. The mezzanine was pretty warm. We didnt use the available airco. Free parking on site, restaurant around the corner.

Creekside is a comfortable and quiet accommodation. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom well stocked. The online pictures show an extra chair in the living room that is no longer there. In fact, the room is more noted by what it is missing… there is space for an extra chair and possibly a hutch as a touchdown space, a place to put your purse, charge you phone etc as there is really no place to do that. There is no closet. The upstairs bedroom space is quite tight with limited space to get around the bed. There isn’t adequate space to lay out your suitcase but this is where they have a floating wall attached hanging spot. You need to be quite tall to use it. So you can’t keep your suitcase upstairs but this is the only place to hang something up. We were here for a wedding which is why this was so noticeable. There is also no iron or ironing board. The photos show a lovely oversized window at loft height which provides a great view. This window has no window covering. So be prepared for an early morning wake up. The sun rises early in the summer. Finally, the dark paint and wallcoverings make the room almost cave like. And while we were absolutely prepared for stairs, these are the most treacherous design…the corner on the stairs are managed by triangle stair slices. Fine when you can see but dangerous in the dark. If you’re someone who rises in the night to go to the loo, choose a different room.

Pros: Loved the house itself and breakfast/lounge area.Lovely location, off the main road. Cons:No bathroom in loft bedroom - very inconvenient to go down the steep stairs at night ! Very dark decor. I like dark paint, but there were not enough lights and those that were there were harsh bright white. Hot in the loft, even with the fan on, and this is only May. No TV in loft.

It’s a beautiful villa with gorgeous rooms and I love the cozy feeling of it. The only thing I didn’t like was the lack of mini fridge in the room. Though not a big deal in the end. I will definitely be staying here again.

This was such an easy vacation! There is no check in, just an email with a PIN code for your room. You literally walk through the front door and straight into a fantastic loft suite. Everything from the couch to the bed is comfortable, and has everything you need. Sadly we didn’t eat here, but the menu looked Ike’s amazing. There are a few other great options within a 2 minute walk. Staff was excellent, very friendly and super helpful. Lots of space in the room to put extra bags as well. All around a fantastic deal, we’ll definitely stay here again!

Average stay. Ultimately, you’re staying in a house that doesn’t have anyone staffed. If you have a concern, you’re on your own. Your stay will mostly depend on who else is staying there at the same time. I did have an issue with another room having loud guests (past the time stated in their own policies) and when I reached out via email to have them deal with it, I received attitude from the staff.

The Creekside Villa is reminds me of a country home. Very clean and most of all comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have the most delicious pastries at the coffee station!!

Quiet and close to the town Center. Friendly and accommodating staff- they even did our laundry one day. Room was comfortable, Rocky Mountain Soap Co products were appreciated. Easy access with key codes. Food and coffee was tasty and priced well. We would stay here again.

Really liked this hotel! Staff were incredibly friendly and the coffee in the morning was delicious. Loved the aesthetic and look of the whole property. Will stay there again!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lodge is cozy and clean with features you will not find in a typical condo rental, like steam room, yoga room, and lots of common room space for games, visiting or relaxing.

The property was incredible and surprisingly affordable my only complaint was trying to find the entrance for parking as google maps sent me to someones private garage (i will be addressing this later on google to help others)

This was our first stop on our Canada holiday adventure. My only regret was not booking more days here! The pictures are amazing, but it was even more beautiful than the pictures! From the attention to details, decor, homemade cookies and quiet comfortable rooms, we could not have asked for more. Location was amazing, close to everything but still made you feel like you were in your own mountain retreat! It truly was magical. I highly recommend.

Our stay here was incredible; staff gave us great adventure advice for things to do while avoiding crowds. The villa itself is very well kept and was spotless in both our room and the common area. This is a fantastic place to wake up in the morning, buy a coffee with their simple but delicious onsite cafe, and watch the sunrise on their patio with solid views of the three sisters mountains. Amenities were also excellent; complimentary shampoos and soaps from the Rocky Mountain Soap company to wash with, a candy bar on the main floor for late night snacks, which include the best homemade cookies I have ever tasted. Lastly, while the villa is in the upper, mostly shop-less north end of Canmore, the Iron Goat pub next door, red rock pizza, and the summit cafe are all fantastic local restaurants that are a 3 minute walk away. While downtown is accessible via a 20-30 minute walk, a bus stop is located right outside the villa across the roundabout, making catching the Canmore 5C bus route very easy and I highly recommend taking the bus rather than driving into Canmore, especially since the bus is free and runs until midnight! My only very minor complaint with our stay was the onsite parking; it’s normally snug, but made much worse by the presence of a massive pothole right in the centre of the lot. As we were checking out, staff were refilling it with cement and mending it. Our stay here was perfect, will definitely be coming back for future Rocky Mountain stays!

It was unfortunate that the breakfast and coffee bar was closed all 3 days we were there. The driveway up to the lodge was very icy and needs attention, however the parking lot directly in front of the lodge was pretty clear of ice and snow. Appreciated the friendly staff and quiet location & rooms.

Creekside Villa was a very charming, comfortable and fun place to stay. Great loft room with skylight and pull out a very comfortable couch bed downstairs. The game room in the downstairs area was so much fun and the food had a Caribbean style that was absolutely delicious. The whole family enjoyed the stay and will definitely book there again.

What a charming property, we felt welcomed right away by the friendly staff. The room was cozy and decorated well. The breakfast was a lot more than what we thought it would be and so tasty. A great escape for our wedding anniversary and we will be back for sure!

Stayed here for an annual birthday trip to Canmore. Room was super stylish and chic. We didn't realize there was a fridge in the room, it wasn't listed, so that was a nice surprise. Good location and nice to have free parking. If you plan on sleeping on the couch bed, either bring something extra to sleep on or be prepared to have a few springs in the back. It wasn't too terrible but it wasn't great, there were also holes in the sheets. We were very disappointed to find the cafe/restaurant was closed the entire time we were there. This was supposed to be a huge bonus for us, to just be able to pop down for a coffee in the morning or something to eat in the evening. There were also a few small items left behind in our room. After several emails to the hotel went unanswered, we tried calling. These items "weren't found", which I do find a bit ridiculous because we knew exactly where they were left.

Excellent place to stay in absolutely stunning Canmore, Alberta. Small but clean and functional room and a great jump off point for enjoying Banff and otherwise nearby Canadian National Parks. Easy parking, quiet, and a great sitting/living area with fireplace.

Super cute place! Very cozy with lots of homey touches (eg. Snacks, games, a record player etc.). This was a last minute booking and places to stay were limited so we really stumbled onto this place by accident. However, we were pleasantly surprised and really loved it - would definitely seek this place out and book again!

A pretty building on the outskirts of Canmore, with gorgeous mountain views. Check in is via a code sent to you, so no staff involvement at all unless you ask. The room was gorgeous and shower was wonderful. There is a big communal lounge space and a steam room. There is a small cafe where breakfast could be purchased, it didn’t look inspiring so we went to the nearby French bakery which was awesome.
