Close to the airport, convenient free shuttles, great Spa/Gym with jacuzzi, swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Rustic restaurant, great selection. I found breakfast (if not included) a bit expensive at 20 Euros.

Property was clean, well-maintained and near the airport. The spa / pool was an extra charge (not specified in the Expedia property listing) and I was told there isn't actually an area shuttle. But the airport shuttle was on time and convenient.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff who even let me check in 3hrs early with no drama/ extra payment. The restaurant & bar looked great & it even had a pool (which sadly i didnt have time to check out properly) Its also so close to the airport and the famous Therme spa. The taxis to both were so cheap. (use the Bolt app) Would deffo recommend this place and will be staying hear again the next time i visit the spa. (They also have a free luggage room, so if you check out early and your flights not till later this is very handy, espec considering distance to airport) Only downside is the taxi to the main town is expensive if you get caught in rush hour! But tbf the hotel cannot really be blamed for this.

The hotel listing says they have an airport shuttle and a free local shuttle. They do not offer a local shuttle. They only take you to and from the airport. The hotel has a pool, jucuzzi, steam room and sauna. The jacuzzi was broken and so was the steam room. They also charge an extra fee to use the pool facilities. The restaurant is over priced and the food is just okay. The plumbing in out first room was bad, the shower drain was so slow you could only take a two minute shower before risking overflowing the shower pan. Very limited restaurants and activities in the area. That would not have been an issue if they offered a local shuttle to places like was listed in the hotel description. We were very disappointed.

L'hôtel est bien situé, endroit très calme. Par contre pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, les équipements sont pas mal dégradé. En plus, pour avoir accès a la piscine intérieure il faut payer 20$

The lobby is pretty. Beyond that there’s a lot to be desired. The room was pretty grungy. There were bugs in the shower and the sink water was brown when I first turned it on. I think this spot could be really nice if they did some upgrades. The proximity to the airport is really nice. The shuttle service was really wonderful.

For an airport hotel, this place was excellent. Convenient location for the airport and Therme Bucharest. A lot of services available at the hotel that I dont expect for an airport hotel. Nice restaurant on site and bar with friendly staff. My room was nice, except I wish the bed was bigger. I had a room with 2 twin beds. When my alarm went off in the morning, I fell out of bed when I rolled over to turn off the alarm.

For an airport hotel, this place was excellent. Convenient location for the airport and Therme Bucharest. A lot of services available at the hotel that I dont expect for an airport hotel. Nice restaurant on site and bar with friendly staff. My room was nice, except I wish the bed was bigger. I had a room with 2 twin beds. Check-in was quick and the receptionist was very helpful. Our rooms were in perfect condition. However, the website stated that WiFi was available, but when we arrived we found that it was only accessible in the reception area. This can be quite inconvenient for anyone who needs WiFi and doesn’t have mobile data. The airport shuttle was quick and straightforward, arriving every hour.

I would absolutely stay here without hesitation if I come back to Bucharest. The rooms are fairly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The airport shuttle was prompt every time I used it. There’s two restaurants. I ate at both and they were both great!

I booked a twin room without breakfast. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provide both a robe and slippers for your comfort. Once booked I received confirmation of the pick up point and times of the airport shuttle. The shuttle arrived early which was great in the -2 weather, so I was able to sit on the bus and wait for the departure time. I didn’t use any of the other hotel facilities so I'm unable to comment on them.

Hotel próximo ao aeroporto e conveniente para quem precisa pegar voo de manhã cedo. Serviço de transfer gratuito a cada 30 minutos, mas o motorista era muito rude. Quarto muito confortável e silencioso, apesar de termos ficado no térreo. Fizemos duas refeições no restaurante e ambas estavam muito boas. Não tomamos café da manhã, pois nosso voo era muito cedo. A equipe do restaurante era simpática e atenciosa, em contraste com a funcionária com fisionomia "asiática" da recepção, que nos atendeu no check-in. Era muito rude. Não encontrava nossa reserva e nos tratou como se fôssemos intrusos. Parecia que estava nos fazendo um favor em nos atender. Não merece trabalhar no atendimento a clientes.

I had trouble to check in, bcs of an error from expedia continued from RIN receptionists. My email was used to replace my first and last name. Even I showed them the confirmation nr, still they tried to take me away without trying to verify. After I checked out, when I was already on the shuttle bus to the airport, I got a call from receptionist asking to pay for a bottle of whisky that I never used. Of course I did not pay( finally he belived me and let me go) but I did not feel good at all after all this bad experience

Beautiful place, excellent gym and amenities. There were some issues with WiFi on my stay, but my main complaint is how rude the parking attendant was. It was pretty shocking and unnecessary.

A really good hotel near the airport. If you want to visit the city, maybe consider a hotel nearer to the city center - but the hotel is great and (for example) ideal, if you have to catch a flight early next morning.

Very convenient location near the Airport, but not close to restaurants, shopping, adult fun things. There is a water park almost next door. Free shuttle every 30 minutes, 24/7. Nice hot breakfast. A/C in rooms not fully functional yet, some changes or repairs underway. I was moved from one non-A/C room to another non A/C room. They tried. Noisy repair/renovation in some places M-F during work hours. Comfortable bed, clean, standard size room by Western travel standards. Nice shower set up. Food and bar service people do not understand any English. Reception people do however and they are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. After renovations are complete the facility will be on par with the best of this type.

For an airport hotel, this place was excellent. Convenient location for the airport and Therme Bucharest. A lot of services available at the hotel that I dont expect for an airport hotel. When my alarm went off in the morning, I fell out of bed when I rolled over to turn off the alarm.

I really enjoyed our stay. I didnt like the spa area because it was too expensive on top of everything else , The breakfast was good but a bit pricy as well. The airport shuttle was awesome. Thanks alot Rin, we will be coming back and also the rustic Romanian restaurant was beyond great.

Great location near OTP and located within a reasonable driving distance to the castles and other touristy places. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were a few occasions where the air conditioning seemed to have a little trouble keeping the room at the set temp and there was only one outlet that was across the room from the bed. The restaurants were wonderful too! We didn’t use the pool or spa, but only because we were too busy sightseeing, they looked like they would be awesome. We will definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Romania!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. My cousin, who lives in Bucharest, was supposed to come to get some stuff from us, the night before our departure. She couldn't make it to the hotel and we made arrangements with the hotel staff to get the bag for her in the luggage room and for her to come next day to get it. The staff was very accommodating and we really appreciate their help. My cousin picked up the bag the next day and everything went smoothly. We have been using this hotel for years, but, this time, they went above and beyond their duties. We are grateful and thank them all.

The room seemed to be clean but with no toiletries. The rustic restaurant and the bar are overpriced for the quality that they offer. Overall just an ok place, but certainly not a 4 stars hotel as advertised.
