Birch House Koroit

A fantastic stay. House was clean and really well appointed. Pantry and fridge were very well stocked (including bread, milk, wine and breakfast needs and lots more). Beds were super comfortable!! Location wonderful - just a short walk to the shops (including a big IGA) and rail trail to port fairy or Warrnambool. Good restaurants in Koroit.

The cottage did not disappoint, it was beautiful and inside everything you could possibly need or want was there, in every room. The grounds were stunning and location was excellent in relation to other towns.

Beautiful setting with an impressive interior. Very calm, relaxing atmosphere. Loved the corner seat in the kitchen dining area. Enjoyed sitting there early in morning with a cuppa, reading a book. House easy to find in a nice area. Numerous extras provided by hosts with fresh bread awaiting us and breakfast options. Fire places ready to use. Very thoughtful. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Most impressive stay during our 3 week holiday.

We enjoyed our stay in Birch House. It was very clean and contained everything that we needed. An incredible neighbourhood and we felt at home. We wanted to stay longer. We are very grateful for your hospitality. :)
