Locanda Zabotto is a nice, family owned hotel with parking on site. The owner was very helpful. The ferry terminal to Venice is a short drive from the hotel. The beach is similarly close. Our room was cute and well air conditioned. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There is a buffet breakfast available with excellent coffee. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

El sitio es muy tranquilo, pero requiere una puesta al día, las instalaciones son bastante precarias. No hay ascensor, y nos cambiaron a la planta baja. En general no lo recomiendo.

Very far from Venice . We had to take a bus and it was along the highway. Stop was full of spiders. No real shade. Staff did not help with bags. Safe did not work and told staff. Staff responded by it needed batteries and they don’t have any . The next day asked for batteries and they said still didn’t get any. Room was clean and WiFi worked well, room was small but decent quality. Shower was small .

Bus stop from hotel is dangerously close to highway, no benches, no lights. Taxi overcharges around 70 euros for drop off to mestre station. Heating in room is insufficient. Shower water fluctuates between cold and hot. Breakfast was bare minimum. This is unfortunately not a 3 star hotel.

Abbiamo scelto questo posto per comodità di ubicazione dovendo visitare i dintorni più che per la struttura, ci siamo trovati benissimo in tutto , gentilezza del personale soprattutto, camera perfetta pulita e ordinata. La sera stanchi abbiamo deciso di mangiare presso il ristorante dove devo dire abbiamo mangiato benissimo tanto da decidere di cenare nuovamente il giorno successivo. Colazione semplice e biondissima. Complimenti davvero alla direzione.

This is a quite little place outside city limits. So if you have a car it’s the perfect affordable place to stay to sleep at. There is a bus stop that you can walk to-it will take you to Venice where you can take the ferry. We chose to drive our personal vehicle and parked near the ferry area paid 20 euros for the entire day, got them took the ferry. The room we stayed in had two beds, nice and clean.

Sehr alte Möbel. Dadurch dass unten ein Restaurant ist. Riecht das komplette Hotel nach Essen. Rezeption war ein Herr der auch für die Bedienung zuständig war, deshalb wirkte er sehr gestresst.

Locanda Zabotto is a nice, family owned hotel with parking on site. The owner was very helpful. The ferry terminal to Venice is a short drive from the hotel. The beach is similarly close. Our room was cute and well air conditioned. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There is a buffet breakfast available with excellent coffee. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

Very far from Venice . We had to take a bus and it was along the highway. Stop was full of spiders. No real shade. Staff did not help with bags. Safe did not work and told staff. Staff responded by it needed batteries and they don’t have any . The next day asked for batteries and they said still didn’t get any. Room was clean and WiFi worked well, room was small but decent quality. Shower was small .

This is a quite little place outside city limits. So if you have a car it’s the perfect affordable place to stay to sleep at. There is a bus stop that you can walk to-it will take you to Venice where you can take the ferry. We chose to drive our personal vehicle and parked near the ferry area paid 20 euros for the entire day, got them took the ferry. The room we stayed in had two beds, nice and clean.

Excellent place if you want to enjoy the country side, with easy access to Venice (bus stop within 100m), super convenient to those travelling by car. Also easy access to Chioggia and its beaches. There are many small towns with good eating options (eg. Campagnia Lupia) with even a nice gelateria.

It is hard to get to this place without a car. There was no public transportation from train station to this hotel and taxi costed a lot so we ended up staying at other hotel. If you don't drive it is the last place to stay.

Good-priced and very clean accommodation if you are arriving to Venice area in the evening and don't want to spend money paying for an extra hotel night in Venice. The hotel is easy to find and is right on the road to Venice and a short drive to the very reasonable MARIVE parking (7 euro per day) from which you can take a ferry (10 euro roundtrip) to Venice.
Good-priced and very clean accommodation if you are arriving to Venice area in the evening and don't want to spend money paying for an extra hotel night in Venice. Bus stop from hotel is dangerously close to highway, no benches, no lights. Taxi overcharges around 70 euros for drop off to mestre station. Heating in room is insufficient. Shower water fluctuates between cold and hot. Breakfast was bare minimum. This is unfortunately not a 3 star hotel.

I made a reservation to this hotel on hotels.com. I gave my credit card number and the reservation was confirmed. I even checked it in the morning and everyrhing was fine. So my husband and I, after a very long hot day of walking in Venice, drive to the hotel around 11 pm. The guy on the front desk tells us that there has been a problem with the reservation and they couldn't receive my payment from my credit card. And they cancelled the reservation and gave the room to somebody else and the hotel was full. When we started to question, tried to understand why such a thing happened and nobody contacted us, he starts to shout "Even if you pay now we sold all the rooms and you cannot stay here!". So we leave without saying a word and left only to find an available hotel 60 km north at midnight. All in all perfect problem management as you can see. So I definitely wouldn't recommend such a place. Also a small note, the place is next to a canal and the place stinks.
