The hotel was very beautiful, everything was clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Parking was available on site but there were also plenty of parking available right outside the hotel. There were a few bars and restaurants nearby and you could also walk to some cliffs with a beautiful view. Definitely recommend.

Great property very easy to find, very easy to park. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The water pressure is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get free bottled water daily. Free breakfast is okay, nothing to write home about there but at least it’s free. Overall a very good stay and will be back

L'hôtel est très propre, les équipements sont complets, pratiques et fonctionnels. La climatisation apporte un bien-être constant et le balcon de la chambre est un vrai plus également. Pas de mauvaise critique à émettre.

Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno: hotel moderno a Capelas, non lontano da Ponta Delgada, dotato di grande e comodo parcheggio (anche all’esterno della struttura), di piscina coperta riscaldata e spa inclusa nel prezzo della camera. La mia camera era ampia, comoda e pulita, con acqua minerale, tè e caffè rimpiazzati ogni giorno (molti pari stelle non lo fanno). Gentili ed efficienti i ragazzi alla reception. Unici nei il mancato riempimento dei vassoi per la colazione (bastava arrivare dopo le 9 per non trovare più alcune pietanze) e l’odore sgradevole del detergente nelle scale interne, ma sono dettagli.

La situation, le cadre, le confort et l'accueil sont excellents. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses, la piscine agréable et des possibilités de restauration sur place sont proposées. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

We stayed at Hotel Vale Do Navio for 7 nights. We enjoyed our stay however there were a few things we wish we had of known before booking. Firstly the location, the hotel is a 20 minute walk to Poços where there are a few dining options however the walk to/from the town isn’t great. There are areas without sidewalks and the quickest route walking on a main road. Secondly, the only option for dining at the hotel for dinner is a buffet. As for the positives, the pool area of the hotel was great! The rooms were older but in good condition and there is lots of parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

De passage à l'hôtel, la salle de muscu qui s'est pas du tout bien équipée, tout est vieux ou ne fonctionne pas, le sauna ne fonctionne pas, le bord de la piscine mériterait d'être decrassé.

Un hôtel propre et confortable. Situation particulière mais au final assez pratique. Une grosse structure dévouée au tourisme assez dénuée de charme mais ça fait le job ! We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It's a great location for exploring the northwest corner of San Miguel (with a car) and is walking distance to the start of a good coastal walk. The breakfasts were great with a good variety of hot and cold food. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

This was an average stay. Bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good. What was puzzling is that the hotel is not full, and we were assigned a room at the end of the hallway, where a power washing project was ongoing all day, which was very noisy.

The hotel was very beautiful, everything was clean, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Parking was available on site but there were also plenty of parking available right outside the hotel. There were a few bars and restaurants nearby and you could also walk to some cliffs with a beautiful view. Definitely recommend.

Nel complesso un ottimo soggiorno: hotel moderno a Capelas, non lontano da Ponta Delgada, dotato di grande e comodo parcheggio (anche all’esterno della struttura), di piscina coperta riscaldata e spa inclusa nel prezzo della camera. La mia camera era ampia, comoda e pulita, con acqua minerale, tè e caffè rimpiazzati ogni giorno (molti pari stelle non lo fanno). Gentili ed efficienti i ragazzi alla reception. Unici nei il mancato riempimento dei vassoi per la colazione (bastava arrivare dopo le 9 per non trovare più alcune pietanze) e l’odore sgradevole del detergente nelle scale interne, ma sono dettagli.

Great property very easy to find, very easy to park. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The water pressure is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get free bottled water daily. Free breakfast is okay, nothing to write home about there but at least it’s free. Overall a very good stay and will be back

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It's a great location for exploring the northwest corner of San Miguel (with a car) and is walking distance to the start of a good coastal walk. The breakfasts were great with a good variety of hot and cold food. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

The staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. We liked the location, we had expected to drive everywhere. The hotel could use a sprucing up.

The hotel was sufficient for our needs with a good range of facilities. The hotel staff were amazing and very accommodating. Whilst the property looked dated, it had everything we needed, was very clean and there were obvious signs of continued maintenance. Our room was great and well presented. Good location and within easy reach of lots of places on the island. Nice quite location and great views.

Les + : chambre (nous étions en suite ), très belle et grande (pas de balcon). Personnel très à l’écoute. Les - : l’hôtel ne ressemble pas du tout à un 4 étoiles. D’ailleurs dans le même endroit il y a des appartements à louer. La moquette dans les couloirs est juste dégoûtante. La piscine intérieure est beaucoup moins bien que sur les photos. Le hammam et le sauna ne fonctionnaient pas durant les 8 nuits où nous étions là. Au petit dej (qui est plutôt pas mal) , les ananas sont blancs et durs alors que c’est quand même la spécialité de l’île ! Bref, beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’était.
