his is the first time I’ve had a bad experience in one of your hotels . To begin with I called a week prior to the reservation so that I could add a day before the stay started in an effort to have a place for our guests if they showed up early to our planned event . I was deterred by the hotel staff and was told “no worries just call the morning of and we will make sure you have an early check in. I knew that is not always possible which is why I wanted to reserve the room for the night before as well. So they waited in the parking lot for 2 hours instead . When we checked in, and went to our suites , we found out there were no clean sheets or blankets for the pull out beds in either room so we went down to the desk fro that just to go back up and find out there was no toilet tissue in one of the rooms - so back down the the service desk again ! On check out day we were cleaning up the rooms. One of the rooms we used for a 21st birthday party. However I refuse to leave a mess for anyone to clean other than normal use of the room. I asked a housekeeper who was in the hallway for 2 trash bags so that we could get our mess up . She told me “ you have to go to the desk for that!” So off to the desk AGAIN. Before we checked out we decided to use the pool . Does the pool EVER get cleaned ? The scum on the side of the pool where the tiles are were disgusting all the way around the pool ! Out of a 10, I rate this entire experience a 4.

The room we had was in such disrepair We feared taking a shower. Looked like the room had possibly been flooded…..should never have been rented out. Housekeeping tried but you can’t fix what we saw. We have stayed here before and was pleased enough to come back. Can’t again.
