I stayed here with a friend for 3 nights on a work trip. The rooms were clean comfortable and I would stay here again next time I'm in the Burlington area for work. Note they don't have a hot tub even though pictures show a hot tub they've since removed it. The staff was friendly the rooms are clean the bed was comfortable.

This is a great place to stay, and we'll be back. We had a suite and it was awesome! It was much bigger than I expected. Two nice-sized rooms, two televisions, sinks, with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of utensils, dishes and pots. It had a table in the kitchen with two comfortable chairs, and a sofa and desk. I could have stayed there longer. The only problem was the pool wasn't hot enough, although the manager got the maintenance man to turn up the heat one day, but we really needed the heat up the entire time we were there (5 days, 4 nights) and it wasn't hot at all. I hope that someone will check on the heating for the pool. The breakfast was okay, nothing great, although I loved that it had fresh fruit.

Great location for a ski vacation as it was driving distance to many ski resorts. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked with many hot and cold options that changed daily. Only drawback was the hot tub spa was not operational during our 5 day stay - would have been a perfect way to unwind after skiing.

I chose this property because of the excellent reviews. When we arrived at 8:30 PM for check-in, there were only two parking spots left because the lot had a lot of snow still in it. I understand that you cannot control the snow however, once the lot was cleared of cars they should have re-plowed to make room

My stay was very satisfactory as always. I have stayed here many times when visiting family, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is wonderful- clean, spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed, great walk in shower, nice kitchen area and the hotel is easily accessible to many places in the Burlington area. The price for my stay was excellent also.

Was initially excited to stay due to a past experience. Unfortunately my room was very dirty, counters didn’t seemed to be wiped (glad I brought my own spray) and the room was not vacuumed. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I do have to say that Mat (I believe that’s his name) who was at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly.

The staff was incredible helpful. They make the rooms and change towels daily. Easy and quick checking and checkout. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast delicious. The only thing that should be updated are the carpets in the rooms, look very old. Great hotel, highly recommended.

We had an excellent stay except for one thing. Room was large and comfortable but it was extremely musty and damp. Except for that all was well. Breakfast was excellent as was the staff. We intend to stay at the hotel again because of its convenience but want to assure ourselves that the room is better than this visit.

Great location, safe and quiet. Great friendly staff, easy check in, great clean comfortable room, with all that you need even a small kitchen. 3 items why the rating is not perfect (outdated SOFA bed & unfortunately we had a neighbor with a young child who cried all night until 2am kept us awake, shower design makes it difficult not to wet the floor) but apart from that I would definitely stay there again.

My stay at the hotel was good, and the service was good. I found most of the staff helpful and friendly. My one disappointment was regarding the parking. I asked about there being cameras over the parking lot as something was taken from my car. Right away the man behind the desk went into a speil about corporate liability. I miss the old days when the focus was on guests; not liabilities.

Great location for a ski vacation as it was driving distance to many ski resorts. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked with many hot and cold options that changed daily. Only drawback was the hot tub spa was not operational during our 5 day stay - would have been a perfect way to unwind after skiing.

My stay was very satisfactory as always. I have stayed here many times when visiting family, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is wonderful- clean, spacious, with an extremely comfortable bed, great walk in shower, nice kitchen area and the hotel is easily accessible to many places in the Burlington area. The price for my stay was excellent also.

Great free breakfast, coffee all day, indoor swimming pool is outstanding, big laundry room next to the pool. Had a two bedroom, two bath suite with living room with fold out bed, full kitchen, nice for two couples.

We’ve stayed at various Residence Inns for many years. This unit was very accommodating. The pillows could be upgraded. One was hard and the other was flat. The sink disposal was slow and water built was very quickly. The breakfasts were acceptable and we miss the evening light meals and wine time. I was disappointed when the hot water for tea tasted like coffee. Please do not interchange the containers.

I stayed here 3 years ago and thought that it was a much better experience then. My room was clean but the toilet seat was broken on one side. There were young kids running around and being loud down the hallway until close to midnight. The people in the room right next to me were arguing off and on until after 1:30 in the morning. It just wasn’t as great a stay as I had hoped for. Especially at the price of the room.

I checked in all went well, I get up to the room and was pleasantly surprised that this was a studio room, I guess they all are. We had a huge room with a huge bathroom and I wish I had known so I could have done some cooking while there, this was a very short trip for us, but somethings I noticed while I was sitting at the kitchen table was it was sticky and underneath the kitchen sink the bottom cabinets are like broken they do not close at all, there is no ice at all on the floor and nothing in the fridge to freeze ice so we had pretty warm drinks. The bathtub had nice pressure, was ok but the shower head was not wanting to stay still, so I was constantly aiming it towards the middle of the tub. 4 pillows no back up ones and they were very thin. Bed was a little firm, and as we were leaving to go to the fair, my cars battery died, they could not help us at all. So finally as I am on the phone with Triple AAA, a nice man had a portable battery charger in his car and he came on over and helped us for like 10 min and I know that has nothing to do with the hotel but maybe the hotel could get a portable charger for if their guests like me, ever have any battery issues, we were so thankful for this man. There was minimal towels and face clothes in the room and we could have used a couple more. no liners in the trash and I found hair in the tub. Not a horrible experience, but they really should listen to what the customers are saying and get some ice

The room was spacious ideal for our family. The staff was so kind and helpful, especially with our young daughter. The hotels.com description is not entirely accurate though - there is no restaurant no premises, they just serve a buffet breakfast.
