PLEASE NOTICE THAT CHECK-IN TIME IS :
Check in time between October and end of May is until 21:00 and
between June and ened of September is until 22:00.
In case you arrive to our hotel after 21:00 then please let us know
so we can tell you the way you can get into our hotel and in your room.
All our rooms are on 2 floors and are all accessed by stairs; therefore they are not suitable for disabled guests.
We also have a double room on the ground floor No 10, we give it cheaper than the other rooms, it's a very simple room.
We have 2 photos of room 10 so you can have an idea how it looks like,
that room has 2 different windows, not a balcony, it has a/c, a 32' flat tv, a refrigerator, and wifi internet BUT if you prefer a better room
then you need to book another kind of room at the floors.
There is no parking available at the hotel. On-street parking can be found on most of the surrounding streets. There are also public and paid car parks within 100 - 200 metres of the hotel.
Please, send us your approximate time of arrival, the check-in is until 10 pm. Also, please leave us your phone number when you book our property.
Cancellation policy: 5 days before arrival date.

We will charge the remaining balance of your booking 3 days prior to arrival. In the case of an invalid credit card and failure to provide us with new credit card details by email in 24 hours, we keep the right to cancel your booking.

Breakfast or any meal is not included (We don't serve breakfast but just 50 meters from the hotel, you can have a breakfast for a low price.)

El horario de registro entre octubre y finales de mayo es hasta las 21:00 y
entre junio y finales de septiembre es hasta las 22:00.
En caso de que llegues a nuestro hotel después de las 21:00, por favor háznoslo saber
para que podamos indicarte la forma en que puedes entrar en nuestro hotel y en tu habitación.
Todas nuestras habitaciones están en 2 plantas y se accede a todas ellas por escaleras; por lo tanto, no son adecuadas para huéspedes con discapacidad.
También tenemos una habitación doble en la planta baja n.º 10, la ofrecemos más barata que las otras habitaciones, es una habitación muy sencilla.
Tenemos 2 fotos de la habitación 10 para que puedas hacerte una idea de cómo es,
esa habitación tiene 2 ventanas diferentes, no un balcón, tiene aire acondicionado, una televisión plana de 32", un refrigerador e internet wifi PERO si prefieres una habitación mejor
entonces tendrás que reservar otro tipo de habitación en las plantas superiores.
No hay aparcamiento disponible en el hotel. Se puede encontrar aparcamiento en la calle en la mayoría de las calles circundantes. También hay aparcamientos públicos y de pago a una distancia de entre 100 y 200 metros del hotel.
Por favor, envíanos tu hora aproximada de llegada, el registro es hasta las 22:00. Además, por favor déjanos tu número de teléfono cuando reserves nuestro alojamiento.
Política de cancelación: 5 días antes de la fecha de llegada.
Registro de entrada: 15:00 (puede ser antes si tu habitación está disponible)

Cobraré el saldo restante de tu reserva 3 días antes de la llegada. En caso de que la tarjeta de crédito sea inválida y no nos proporciones nuevos datos de tarjeta de crédito por correo electrónico en 24 horas, nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar tu reserva.
