Wohnung ist neu renoviert, schön eingerichtet und außer einer Saftpresse hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Zentral gelegen, gute Parkmöglichkeit. Erreichbarkeit der Ansprechpartner ist super, es wurde innerhalb von Minuten reagiert. Perfekt, würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nous avions réservé ce logement au mois de mai pour trois jours mi août. Une fois sur place, nous avons été informés par l’agence qui visiblement gère plusieurs appartements, que notre location n’était plus disponible et nous ont proposé un autre appartement à 20mn en voiture pour une prestation largement inférieure car situé dans les terres, sans vue sur mer et d’une surface bien inférieure à l’appartement que nous avions réservé à l’origine pour quatre personnes…. D’après l’agence, un mail nous aurait été envoyé pour nous proposer cette alternative en nous laissant le choix d’annuler gratuitement mais que sans réponse de notre part, l’agence considérerait notre accord tacite. Nous n’avions jamais reçu ce mail, probablement pas un hasard... Mis devant le fait accompli, nous avons exprimé notre mécontentement et un autre appartement nous a été proposé avec de meilleures prestations, mais toujours pas au niveau de celui que nous avions initialement réservé. Il est évident que nous ne recommandons pas de louer via cette agence…

Niki was extremely helpful and the property itself was lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for anyone who wanted to stay in Nikiana. For us, we preferred other areas of Lefkada, but this was still a good place to base ourselves.

There’s no check-in desk but someone contacts you a day or two before your reservation and arranges to meet you at the property. Rooms are very clean and the pool is small but nice for a refreshing dip.

Excellent location and beautiful accommodations. The views were spectacular, very close to the main town of Nydri. There were many restaurant options that you could walk to. I would highly recommend this property.
