Not a 4-star experience After a 5-hour drive with a baby, we were looking forward to relaxing. Having just stayed at another 4-star hotel, the difference was shocking. No soap in the loo, the private toilet was down the corridor, the bathroom was bizarrely dated, despite the room being advertised as soundproof, it wasn’t. The hotel knew we had a baby, yet the stairs were extremely narrow for luggage, and even reception had a step, so it was not accessible. Luckily no one was in a wheelchair. Staff admitted the photos didn’t match the listing. We spent over an hour at reception trying to resolve this. English was advertised but wasn’t spoken, so we had to communicate in French. We were moved to their 3-star sister hotel. The replacement room was much smaller, & when I asked where the travel cot could go, we were told to put it in the corridor in front of the room door, hugely inconvenient and an obvious fire-safety concern. We were told the replacement room was €95, although it was cheaper online, while they claimed our original room was €105, which wasn’t what we had paid. They refused to refund the difference because we’d booked through a third party, offering only €13 credit despite a €53.64 difference. The receptionist even blamed the exchange rate, despite the hotel’s own pricing contradicting this. An absolute con with terrible customer service and an even worse breakfast!

Nous n y avons passé qu une nuit en rentrant de vacances, halte très appréciée La chambre,le jardin et le restaurant ont contribué à nous,faire passer un très bon moment. Nous gardons précieusement l adresse.
