Stay was pleasant, the parking wasn’t that great. I had to park in the next lot over. Overall great experience as everything was clean, check in was quick and efficient, personnel were pleasant, and hotel was nicely kept.

Pet fee is $75. Hotels.com says its $50. They will charge you $75. Breakfast is good with plenty of food. Gym doesn't have a weight machine but all the treadmills work. A/C was a little noisy but I would stay there again.

We had to travel to League City for an appointment at UTMB, and had to take our small dog with us, for a change. Thankfully Hampton was pet friendly, and a reasonable price. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and it was all in all an enjoyable stay. We will keep this hotel on our radar for any future stays in League City.

Ice makers on two out of four floors we're not working. The batteries ran out on the lock of our door to our room. Took over a half hour to get them replaced before we can get in our room.

So we stayed at this location for 4 nights. Overall, comfortable and fairly clean. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were polite and friendly. Now for the bad. We did have an issue with mold in the bathroom grout. The showerhead need to be cleaned, so the water sprayed in every which direction. We also had to be relocated because of a bed bug being found in our room. Thankfully, as previously mentioned, the staff was very polite. There was also the issue of the housekeeping staff slamming every door so hard your walls would shake, but it can be considered a minor issue as long as you dont plan to be in your room between 11AM- 3PM. I would say, great price for what you get. Definitely NOT a roach motel, and convienently located near the medical facilities, restruants, and a mere 20 minutes from the car rental lots.

My stay was not great at all we found bedbugs on our pillow and under our sheets. We politely asked the manager to give us another room and he refused and asked us to tell him when we are checking out. He never once tried to give us another room nor did he try to get us on another property so we were out in the cold and completely ruined our family’s Christmas holiday

Being located on busy i45 freeway, I was surprised how quiet the room was...and pleased. The TV remote did not work in rm 420 and it was the 3rd trip to front desk did I finally get a working remote...it was not the batteries as I suspected. The room was very humid even though I cranked the AC down to 65f so the sleep was very uncomfortable. The included breakfast was just ok although a an ok assortment, I have had better breakfasts of this caliber at a best western...it began at 6am, I arrived at 6:30am and everything was cold that was supposed to be warm unless you cooked a waffle or made toast. It is located near nice restaurant assortment all walkable and next to utmb hospital which is why I was there. Their pantry is nicely stocked and wifi is good. Room was very clean with good working microwave and refrigerator, good ice machine down the hall Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again as it is fairly priced, but would hope a different room has a better AC

The Location is great, right of the exit , it was clean and the breakfast was delicious everyday we were there. The downside was the hallways and elevator were extremely hot, and there was a storm of which our window was leaking. I have a video but it doesn't let me upload.

We were there for my daughter’s surgery at UTMB and it was very convenient. We loved walking to various restaurants like Miru (highly highly recommend) and The Spot (great to watch a game). Also, very easy access to the freeway. However, there were some cons with the hotel. In 2025, it’s ridiculous for a tv to be like the one at this Hampton. It felt like the 1980s. You have to watch the entire guide to find a channel. I realize this is a first world problem, but we were confined to the room for my daughter’s recovery, and the tv was so frustrating. Plus, we lost signal every 30-45 seconds. Our phone did not work to call the front desk or get a wake up call (we tried both to inquire about the tv losing signal). And the toilets do not flush. BUT, even with these issues, I’d recommend this hotel for a hospital stay. Very comfy. And very accessible. Just blows by mind about tvs in 2025.

We have stayed here before and it was great, still is! Only issue this time was we came by early and they told us to come back at 2:30 to check in. No problem, we wandered around the area until about 2:50, came back and they said “oh just a few minutes” few mins later was their shift change. We asked again and proceeded to wait along with another couple for about 35-40 mins, they said they didn’t have any clean rooms but we finally got checked in. It was just exhausting as we had driven about 8 hours to get here and were ready to relax. Other than that, the facility and location is perfect.

Poor customer service From the lady at front Desk. No one at the receptionist during Our check in and each time we call or have a question. Our room didnot look like seen online. Price, $227 a night is overpriced for the kind of customer service and cleanliness of room.

The location is great for those who may be in town for kids baseball tournaments at Big League Dreams. Plenty of dining options very close to the hotel. Some are even walkable. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and extremely accommodating.

Location was so convenient and close of NASA. we were in a family road trip. Breakfast was delicious. Bambi was so nice and keep the breakfast area clean and refilled all the trays very often. Beds are so comfortables.

Room was clean and spacious. Check in was fast and courteous with staff follow up Via text. Only complaint was first day of breakfast. Sausage did not look well cooked. Need more veggie options. Had no potatoes. Coffee was great. Second day breakfast much better. The way TV was positioned was strange in middle of room with limited tilt toward bed.

The staff were very pleasant when checking in. The rooms were spacious and cold (we love it that way)! They had a pool that was unfortunately closed because we came in late. The breakfast was decent. Overall enjoyed the experience and will return.

We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to stay if you’re going on a cruise. The location made everything easy and convenient, and it was nice having a comfortable place to relax before heading to the ship. We would definitely stay here again for our next cruise and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good pre-cruise hotel.

The only thing I did not like was the elevator , lol I am not picky at all but I thought it was thundering through out the night that’s how loud that thing is , yes our room was on the other side . I dang near ran out each time cause I thought that thing was going to fall . The hotel over all is great, the breakfast is amazing . The ppl and the little pond like water by the property is cute n chill.

I had to wait a while to check in because the clerk was not at the front desk and there were two other people ahead of me. Once checked in, the hotel and room were nice and clean. Breakfast was adequate but the food temperature was not very hot.
