The room was clean and nice, the overall building meh. Nice that they offered coffee but the pot was a standard coffee pot left plugged in, outside the office, burnt tasting and not even that hot; had to ask for towels, no room housekeeping at all

BEWARE!! This place was the worst we have ever seen. We left immediately. The room was not ready at check in or even 2 hours later after waiting on it. They gave us a different room than we saw pictures of on hotels.com. It was FILTHY! Cracked floor tiles and mirror. Band aids on the furniture covering chips and dirt and hair on floor. We saw bugs!! The water for guests had green slime in it. Paint chipping and holes in the wall. Exposed wires. Very run down. The whole building was not up to code and we saw several violations (my husband is a builder and noticed immediately). Hotels.com and the hotel refuse to give me a refund so both will be reported to the FTC and my credit card. We were completely scammed and the good reviews I saw are definitely fake and when I looked further they have a ton of complaints for how its represented as being nice and clean and was a slum! Do not stay here. The staff have been so rude and refused to refund me. We left within minutes. HORRIBLE experience

Parking was 2 blocks away which isn’t mentioned anywhere. The walls are not soundproof in the slightest and the AC unit was not sealed in the wall so everything that happened outside could be heard inside. I would have given a better cleanliness rating had there not been food left in our fridge before we got to the room. The shower was freezing cold even after running it for a couple minutes before getting in. The place had a balcony to an extent, but it was also the only way into your room meaning it was a shared space. It also took 10 minutes before someone came to help us check into our room. We did at least manage to get our room slightly earlier than check in and the overall location was convenient for beach and boardwalk access.

Can't beat the location. The staff was great. Right on the boardwalk. Close to everything. My room was nice. The restroom featured a shower. It was clean and on the top floor which was great cause there was a deck with awesome views. Other guests were friendly. Will stay again
