Villa Delfín Blanco is located in the charming urbanization of Costa Aguilera Mar in Salobreña, on the Costa Tropical of Granada. The villa offers impressive views of the sea, the coastline, and the picturesque, whitewashed town of Salobreña, which is built at the foot of an imposing Moorish castle. The only sounds you will hear are the waves, birds, and crickets, making it an ideal place to relax and unwind. All rooms offer direct or partial views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is spread over three floors. The first floor is accessible by stairs or a ramp from the street, and the views are impressive from every level. On the ground floor, there is the entrance to the garage, which is not accessible to guests, as well as a washing machine and an extra refrigerator. One floor up, you will find the living room with a comfortable set of sofas and armchairs, a dining table for six people, and a modern kitchen. From here, you can enjoy the beautiful views the villa offers. The open kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and features a breakfast bar with two stools. From the kitchen, there is access to a terrace where the gas barbecue is located. This terrace is also connected to the pool and main terrace. The kitchen opens to the bright living room, which has sea views and access to the large terrace with an 8m x 4m infinity pool. There is a guest toilet in the living room, directly opposite the elevator. The bedrooms are located on the top floor, accessible via a wide staircase or the elevator. This floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a 160 x 200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower. From this bedroom, which has a frontal sea view, you have access to a terrace that runs along the side wall and connects to the other bedrooms.
