Guest cottage with a fantastic location by the lake in Bålsta. Here you live quietly and close to nature with its own pier and beautiful lake views. The cottage has two rooms, kitchenette and shower room with sink. Toilet is located near the house. Suitable for up to 4 guests and is only 35 minutes from Stockholm. For more than 4 guests, there is also an extra small guest cottage with two separate sleeping places at an extra cost. Close to Bålsta center with service, restaurants and cafes. Ideal for a relaxing stay close to nature and city. Charming guest cottage of 30—40 sqm with lake view. You step into the kitchen. On the right there is a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, on the left a bedroom with two 90 cm beds and a shower room. Toilet is 20 metres away. You have access to the jetty (passage past the host's house). Large covered terrace is included for lovely outdoor activities close to nature. You are allowed to use the plot and the jetty freely and pass the host's house as much as you like. The space in front of the cottage is for you. The host lives in the main house and may be on site occasionally. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, just get in touch via text or phone! What you need to take with you: Please bring your own bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases), towels and shampoo. Duvets and pillows are available. If you do not have this with you, it can be rented: 100 SEK for 1-2 people or 200 SEK for up to 4 people. Ni får använda tomten och bryggan fritt och passera värdens hus hur mycket ni vill. Ytan framför stugan är till för er. Värden bor i huvudhuset och kan vara på plats ibland.
