Kamers waren ruim en alles was aanwezig. Badkamer was klein, weinig ruimte om spullen kwijt te kunnen. Bij binnenkomst kregen we veel regels opgelegd met eventuele boetes. Zo mocht er niets op het balkon (waarom heb je dat balkon dan). We kregen handdoeken afgepast op het aantal mensen en mochten niets extra's! Wanneer we een schone vroegen moesten we de ander direct inleveren. Water op de kamer was aanwezig in 2 glazen flesjes. Een grote fles water moest voor betaald worden. Ontbijt was karig en niet divers. De variatie had zeker beter gekund. Ook was koffie niet lekker, vol met prut. Wat wij helemaal erg vonden waren de elektra draden in het zwembad, terwijl ze er ook zwemles geven! Zo gevaarlijk!! Met regelmaat viel de stroom ook uit. Kortom, geen hotel waar je heerlijk kan relaxen. Maar prima om een paar nachtjes in door te brengen, vooral voor de prijs.

Great and awesome hotel. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Room was clean with good WIFI connection. Spacious with lots of storage spaces. Round the clock security. Will definitely come back for more.

Booked a balcony suite and could not get chairs to use on balcony. No swim up bar as advertised. When in the pool had to go to reception for drinks. Only 1 lift was working out of 3. The spa and massage salon was closed for renovations was not advised of this before staying at hotel. One of the pools was closed. Overall not a great experience

In a really quiet area so taxi everywhere. The rules and fines for everything inside the accommodation when it’s not really up to date. Definitely wouldn’t rate as 4*
