The house features three spacious and cozy bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and closets with ample space for you to unpack and feel right at home. The layout allows up to six people to enjoy their own space in complete privacy. There are two fully renovated bathrooms with showers and sinks, ensuring a reliable supply of hot water at all times. A fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, complete cookware, and everything needed to cook just like at home. It also includes a separate pantry, perfect for storing groceries. The heart of the home is a spacious living-dining area featuring a large dining table, a side table, storage units, two very comfortable sofas, and a high-efficiency enclosed wood-burning fireplace—perfect for cool mountain nights. The view of the fire through the glass creates an intimate, magical atmosphere that invites long conversations, board games, and reading. Step outside and immerse yourself in the scenery. The terrace, with its panoramic views, is the highlight; furnished for outdoor living, it is the ideal spot to enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise over the peaks, have an open-air meal, or sip a glass of wine as the sun sets behind the mountain. The outdoor grounds are spacious, featuring lawn areas and trees where children can play freely, dogs can run around (please check our pet policy), and adults can simply lie back and gaze at the sky. During the summer months, the swimming pool is available for the exclusive use of guests. Situated in a sunny spot with views of the mountains, it is the perfect way to beat the heat without missing a moment of the scenery. During the winter months, the house is supplied with an almost unlimited amount of firewood from olive grove pruning on the estate itself. The house offers a variety of board games for a fun time. It is ideal for romantic getaways, family gatherings, groups of friends, and anyone who loves hiking or nature photography—or simply needs a breath of fresh air. Minimum stay: 2 nights in low season / 3 nights in high season and long weekends. The price for individual nights is €120.
