The property was located in a good area, however in order to get to you room, you needed to enter through an alley. The rooms where off site and not located where you checked in, also there were no elevator, and two long flights of stairs in a circle like configuration. The staff was nice and they had a guy that carried both mine and my husband’s suitcase up the steps. The room was clean and orderly, I just was prepared for the location and steps..

Solo trip, so booked a single room which was bigger than it looked in pictures. Plenty of space and room to breathe. Great location. Lots of this within 5-20 mins of the hotel. Amazing staff, very informative and helpful. A couple of downsides. Furniture was tired. No bar/restaurant. Breakfast was delivered via menu. AC unit was noisy. Some lights not working. Minor details that could've been perfecto! Overall. Good choice!

The location is fantastic. The place was super clean and staff was wonderful. A bit dated and the internet wasn’t the best. All in all a good experience and I would book again.

We stayed in the Annex which supposed to have updated rooms. Well the rooms were deplorable, the Annex felt like we were housed in a dirty, unkept abandoned building. The carpets were dusty, everything showed evidence of water damage (rust, mold...). There was bags of dirty and clean laundry in the hallways. If we had the time we would have moved. Indeed on arrival I asked for a change in room and was told the manager was not in and I would hear back the next day. You can guess that we did not hear back and was suck in pretty awful logging. Worst hotel EVER !!!! I recommend anywhere BUT Trevi 41.

The staff were very accommodating to our needs and changed our room assignment to make it accessible. The room was very clean. The beds comfortable. It was a good location for shopping and seeing local sites.

The room was in a separate annex and was very old with a weird smell. It had mosquitos on the walls everywhere. Terrible for the amount of money paid. It was nothing like in the pictures shown at hotels.com.

Absolutely fabulous location. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Hotel is great value, especially with the location. Our room (in annexe) was large, clean and comfortable. Is definitely book this hotel again.

This hotel is extremely dirty and run-down, nothing like the photos. The adjacent building (where we were supposed to stay) is located on a dark, unsafe street with no reception, making check-in difficult and uncomfortable. The conditions were so bad that we chose not to stay. The hotel initially promised a refund but never followed through. Beware—avoid this place!

We have stayed at Trevi 41 every time we come to Rome and Tiger has always been to there to greet us, address our concerns and make helpful suggestions in a very professional and friendly manner. Our room in the anex was clean and the location couldn't be better if you like walking to and from major sites in historic Rome. We much prefer the main building itself but at the time, there was only one room available for our 2 evenings and we required 2 rooms. Unfortunately, our mini fridge did not work, the bed, even by european standards, was not very comfortable and our shower hose leaked to the point that it was difficult to take a shower without getting the exterior (to the shower) floor wet.

Not pleased. We were in Rome for a single night, the last of our vacation. When we returned to our room with our exhausted child to sleep at 1am, in an annex building separate from the main hotel, we found that the AC was not functioning properly. We had to sleep in a room that was around 85 degrees. There was no time to completely change rooms with an upcoming morning flight. It was a terrible end to a great vacation.

The room was large but we were placed in what was the attic space which was dark with limited natural light. The walls were dark in colour which did not help. The bathroom was dated and the shower water pressure and heat changed whilst showering. I don’t believe our room was in the main building as the reception looked nothing like the picture. The saving grace for this hotel was the staff, who were all very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. It is also very central to key attractions in Rome and the room had Sky TV.

I messaged the hotel 3 times prior to arrival requesting a twin room, with no answer. Ended up with a double room. Room was clean but in need of an upgrade. Cracked tiles, leaky shower and windows that allow a lot of noise in from the street. There was air con but it wasn’t very powerful. There was a safe, kettle and fridge which was great! There was a hairdryers, towels and mini toiletries which was also good to see. Staff were friendly enough and breakfast was very good and delivered to our room every morning. There is no lift in the hotel but the location was excellent. 5 mins from Trevi fountain, some great restaurants nearby and a bus stop at the end of the road. Would recommend

Centrally located. There is a a lot of walking around the city so being in a more central area with convenient access to trains, bus, and sights is a huge impact. The staff who welcomed me is very nice and friendly and is extremely helpful, his name is Tiger. I would definitely come back to this property.

The staff was very accommodating, attentive and respectful. Breakfast was delivered on time every day. We were able to check in early. When there were WIFI and TV issues they were quick to remedy them even when it was our misunderstanding. The location was central to everything, bars, restaurants and sites. I would recommend this hotel

The staff was amazing and so helpful, upon checking in and throughout our stay. Tiger was there after check in and did everything possible to assist us with dining, coffee options and transportation. The staff were the best we have encountered anywhere!

Great location. But unfortunately we had a bad experience, the air conditioning was not working properly in our room, we called several times to the front desk, they came to check, but did nothing about it, every time we called they will say give us half an hour, and never resolved the AC issue. They gave us a fan(REALLY), it was very hot in Rome.

The staff is at the desk 24 hours to provide assistance. They are helpful with booking cans and answering questions. Due to a large event in town cans we’re very scarce. The young lady working the front desk (sorry don’t know her name) was able to flag a cab from the busy road up the street so we didn’t miss our train. 😁 The hotel is at a great location with walking distance to several attractions.

Ubicación excelente, a la vuelta de la Fontana de Trevi, rodeada de restaurantes a buen precio. Tuvimos un pequeño problema a la llegada con la recepción ya que no había nadie, estuvimos esperando en la calle y no respondían el teléfono. Sin embargo después llegó un chico y se disculpó en varias ocasiones, fue de lo más amable y realmente servicial, check in y check out muy rápidos. Habitación excelente, limpia y con una pequeña terraza con mesita. Guardaron nuestras maletas por unas horas después del check out. Recomiendo este hotel y a pesar del inconveniente a la llegada, todo lo demás compensa la estadía. Definitivamente volvería

We got a very nice room with a sleeping area a large bathroom, a small kitchen with table and a little balcony. The room service breakfast was a nice touch each morning. Tiger at the front desk made our stay very welcoming and he was full of helpful information. A definite asset to this property. the hotels location is great. It is on a street full of restaurants and shops and only a few minutes from the Trevi fountain. The only downside was walking up all the steps to get to our room!

They don’t have an elevator. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we weren’t told we had to order it to be delivered to our room 24 hours in advance. Coffee maker was in our room but we had to buy pods separately from the front desk.

The location is great. The room in the annex was quiet despite being in the busy Trevi Fountain area. It is a good value for what they charge. Annex rooms cannot get food service. The front staff is very cheerful and helpful. Walk to Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Navona. Don't miss St. Ignazio church close by.

la ubicacion excelente. la habitacion justita. no me sirvieroin el desayuno a pesar de haberlo pagado, me tenia quye ir a las 7.30, lo solicité a las 7.15 y no me lo trajeron aludiendo que empezaban en cocina a las 7, eso si, me lo cobraron religiosamente

Solo trip, so booked a single room which was bigger than it looked in pictures. Plenty of space and room to breathe. Great location. Lots of this within 5-20 mins of the hotel. Amazing staff, very informative and helpful. A couple of downsides. Furniture was tired. No bar/restaurant. Breakfast was delivered via menu. AC unit was noisy. Some lights not working. Minor details that could've been perfecto! Overall. Good choice!

We loved the location! A 2-minute walk to the Trevi fountain on cute streets full of restaurants, gelato places and shopping. Fun fact, you live one block from Italy’s president. The hotel was very clean, staff was helpful and kind. The room was big for a family of three. Order the breakfast! The staff deliver it to your room at the requested time. We had yogurt, cereal, toast, jam, delicious croissants and cappuccino. Would highly recommend the Trevi 41 Hotel!

The hotel itself was honestly nothing like the photos listed. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, I super appreciated all of their help finding our unit, helping with bags, etc. I chose this place as I had seen reviews that there was a lift available, and working AC, which it had neither. The room had a wall unit fan that worked somewhat, it would cool the room to about 75F, but you could only use it if you were inside with the key attached. Our room had multiple signs of wear, detached floor boards, questionable walls, etc. The unit itself was down the road from the main check in area, which the staff were very kind and helped us with our bags during check in and check out, as there was no lift to our room. I'm no stranger to the quirks that come with budget hotels, but the photos were reallllyyyy misleading. The best part of the hotel was the location, so it was fine if you don't plan to stay in your room much!

Meh, or even worse actually. It was old, scuffed and the common spaces were dirty. Bed was bad and the noise from outside unbearable. Worth one star if it wasn’t for the guy in the reception. I would avoid
