Tessera Hotel

Hotellet är trevligt och även personalen. Fantastisk byggnad med mycket kultur. Frukosten var också mycket bra.

The hotel was lovely and the service was outstanding. In the middle of record snowfall, the staff were very willing to help with getting my very heavy suitcase to and from the hotel from the street. Especially of note was the standout service (and English skills) of Hele, who made sure I had all of my questions answered and that I had everything that I needed. She even helped me arrange a taxi driver to take me to Mardin after 2 different buses that I had booked were cancelled. The driver, Omar, was a wonderful driver who got me to my destination safely and efficiently, despite lots of snow and ice. The hotel location is ideal for exploring, and my room was beautiful, cozy, and well equipped. I highly recommend this hotel!

Odalar ter temiz, çalışanlar çok ilgili güler yüzlü, kahvaltısı mükemmel, tarihi ve otantik bir mekanda konaklamak çok keyifliydi. Otel Müdürü Fatih Bey ve İşletme Sahibi Yasemin Hanım konaklama boyunca sürekli yardımlarını güler yüzlerini esirgemediler, odalar çok kullanışlı, en merkezi konumda. Kesinlikle bir dahaki gidişimde yine bu oteli tercih edeceğiz.

Please alert guest that if they are driving GPS may not work and the "streets" around the hotel are extremely narrow. You need to contact the hotel in advance and arrange to meet a staff member so they can guide you to the parking lot for the hotel. The staff was great!
