Oda bakimsiz ve klimasi duzgun calismiyordu. Binadaki 2 asansor de kirmizi (calismasi riskli) etiketliydi. 2 suyun hesabini yapan bir zihniyet, durumu kontrol etmekten bile uzak durdu. Anlayissiz resepsiyon gorevlisi musteri memnuniyetini dikkate alamadi.

Located in the Centre and next to the tram stop easy to get to and from the Airport. Hotel was clean but the lifts were playing up.if they can please get them fixed. That was the only issue I had.

I don't know if the hotel was under construction but it smelled bad, dusty. The bed on my arrival was like it was done by a child. Great thing was location. Pics posted on website VS reality are complete opposite.

Ganske godt hotel midt i centrum af Antalya taget i betragtning af hvad man betaler. Værelserne er meget rene ved ankomst, samt man får tilbudt room service hver eneste dag. Vandet er varmt og der er ingen ventetid som på mange andre hoteller. Morgen buffet er som den skal være med lidt variation hver dag. Service i receptionen er god og de snakker godt engelsk. En ting der gik mig på, var at der var meget lydt på mit værelse, og man kunne høre naboen snakke. Alt taget i betragtning, er det pengene værd.

MOlding in the shower room. The first room had a broken lock and when I asked to fix it, they send a me to a 3 bed room. That one also had a broken lock. It seems that both rooms had been broken in before. There is no Sauna and the internet was very week and only on the lobby. You could not access the inherent in the room. TV had one English Channel and it was BBC news.

We stayed in a triple room for 4 nights. Staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location by tram perfect for airport transfer and walking to old town, beach and marina. Bathroom: shower flooded floor, hair dryer over heated and stopped working. Room not clean. Dusty and unkept. No safe. Hotel needs overall refresh. Overall it is a budget hotel so don’t have high expectations. Good location.

Luktade konstigt i rummet, ofräscht badrum, men helt okej för 1 natt. Frukosten bjöd på bra utbud.

The only good thing I’ve find in this hotel was just the breakfast buffet. But rating my stay it was an awful experience… Starting day1 the AC at my room was making a funny loud sound.. went to raise the issue to the reception and all I get was a cold reply “ sorry to hear that the technician I am afraid has left, maybe tonight you don’t need it as it’s cold.. what’s funny it was a 18degree night.. decided no drama as was my day and I was tired from my long journey I had to come to Turkey. The next day at 6am before I’ve left for my day trip.. ive spoke to the reception again about the issue of the AC. They answered don’t worry will it be fixed.. come back at 8pm after a long day got to the room realise the AC was not fixed… went down to complain this time as I was not looking forward to stay another night in a boiling room, ask the receptionist that was unacceptable that nothing was done while I wasn’t here when I’ve asked to have a different room.. her reply was “why didn’t you asked yesterday for a different room” upon hearing that I was shocked my reply was you guys never offered a new room you asked me to deal with the heat as for them was not a hot night.. then her reply was “whatever I will give you a new room go and check if you are happy with that..” hearing this I was too tired to argue back to her manner of giving cold reply… decided to go back and get my stuff to move to the next room… Reading the reviews I thought this hotel was a friendly hotel, but wasn’t.

We stayed in start hotel for three days to be close to the airport at the end of our holiday and it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in an ideal location right near the main tram and bus stations and a bustling city vibe. The hotel room was spacious and well presented, whilst there were some minor repairs needed such as the closet cupboard and the bathroom hook everything was clean and served its purpose. The hotel staff were pleasant and the breakfast was good, the cakes and biscuits were very enjoyable and the coffee was delicious. Definitely a good hotel for a city break in Antalya.

The hotel was a great value for the money. Very centrally located and friendly staff. The Breakfast is wonderful with lots of selection. I extended my stay a couple times. The only issues I had was, the towels are due for some fabric softener. Very rough fabric. And the terrible wifi. I work online and could not have any Zoom calls from my room. Probably the worst wifi reception of any hotel I've stayed in.

The hotel is located in a good area, close to the city centre, offers a nice breakfast and the cleaning service was very good, even taking into account our request for an upper floor room. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. The main negative point was that our room card was deactivated every single day. The manager and one of the front desk staff mentioned this was “normal practice,” which was neither professional nor convenient for us. We had to speak with the manager, who unfortunately argued that this procedure was standard and showed little concern for the inconvenience caused. No apology was offered. Thankfully, after insisting, our card was finally activated for the rest of our stay. Overall, the experience in the hotel was good, front desk staff need to improve their communication with customers to prevent miscommunication and issues.

Best location, each member of staff were very friendly & helpful. Made us feel we were at home & did everything to make our stay with them the best experience, too many people to name as they were all very kind & thoughtful. Thanks to them all. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice clean hôtel in the city center, tram to the airport outside the hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice big room confortable double bed. THE BREAKFAST WAS YUMMY.. i was full but i couldn't stop eating...you have 10/10 from me.

Great stay at Start Otel! We had a one day trip to Antalya and picked Start since it was on the pickup list for the cable car tour. We arrived late and the staff was great. The checking was quick and the room spacious. The breakfast was amazing! When it was time to head back to the airport, the staff assisted us with getting a taxi for a cheap rate.

The lady in the reception is very helpful and speaks good English. My excursion to Cappadocia started early in 3:10am. She helped me to contacted the driver who picked me up.I was very worried about early picked up excursion and she claimed me downed and took away my worry.

Hotel is right next to Tram stop so you can get to the hotel straight from the Airport. Location is just minutes away for the city centre.

Breakfast buffet, amazing and it was from 7 to 12, really nice, I was able to get enough sleep and to have breakfast buffet.
