We had to wait till 3 to check in . We get our key go up to the room and there is was a mop bucket with dirty water and the mop on the floor next to it . Next room had no a/c and 1 light. The staff was very apologetic and ended up with a decent room after all . The owner needs to appreciate the staff because several of the guests that we spoke to were having issues also . Owner needs to bring her facility up to par or lose those hard working staff .

Front staff lady was super awesome and hard working. She got me the toiletries that were missing and had some roach spray. On the other hand…. there were those annoying little German COCKROACHES Also the water never got fully hot and there was food left in the fridge. The bedding and interior design was nice though.

Stayed 2 nights 1. The key to open the door never worked properly always having issues 2. Once I checked in they charged me $20 a day to park my car even tho I stayed with them 2 nights no sign of that charge anywhere 3. Breakfast horrible felt like the staff working their live in the lobby personal ítems laying around and only milk and cereal toast and coffee for breakfast not even orange juice or eggs 4. Room was bad lot of handyman fix around the room bad job 5. They did not clean my room never got new towel or sheets changed how I left it is the way I found it when I came back 6. Shower curtain is brown and looks old never washed and hair from previous ppl in the shower very disappointed If you looking just for a place to sleep then this is for you if you looking for clean and comfortable find another place this is not it

Arrived to the room and smashed 8 cockroaches within 5 minutes. There was a filthy rag in the bathroom sink. This place is infested with roaches and they refused to give a refund. Very unsanitary conditions. The pool looked unkept and the staff was not accommodating. Don't waste your money!
