Dila Hotel

It was a very good stay. The breakfast was good, and on the day we left, we got breakfast bags. The gym was really small, but it was better than nothing! The service was really good even though they didn’t speak English very well. I recommend also the hotel’s location, because you can reach the city center by just one ferry and the Sabiha Gokcen airport by just one subway. In a city like Istanbul, one appreciates this.

Otopark olup olmamasına göre oteli seçtim. Kendilerine ait otopark vardı ama başkası işletiyor bahanesi ile ücret alındı. Bunu etik bulmadım.

- Der Valet der Tiefgarage war grob in seiner Ausstrahlung. Negativ - Früchte waren teilweise verdorben. Negativ. - Gekochte Eier waren im Eigelb bräunlich. Ich vermute, dass ich mir dadurch eine Lebensmittelvergiftung eingefangen habe. Magendarmerkrankung mit Übergen eine Woche lang. Negativ. - Hand- und Badetücher wurden nicht mit Weichspüler gewaschen. Dadurch unangenehmer Geruch, der sich beim Abtrocknen auf der Haut abgesetzt hat. Negativ. - Zimmerbar war zwar im Preis enthalten, jedoch sehr wenig in der Auswahl. Negativ/Positiv - Strassen für Autos sehr eng. Für Gäste mit SUV Fahrzeugen rate ich ab.

Nice location close to ferry, helpful receptionists, great breakfast, plus a gym!

Yılbaşı gecesinde kaldığım bu otel maalesef beklentilerimi karşılamadı. İlk olarak, odam gerçekten çok ses alıyordu. Yoldan geçenlerin konuşmaları, bağırmaları ve korna sesleri gece boyunca odama kadar geliyordu. O kadar ki camın açık kaldığını düşündüm gece ara ara kalkıp camı kontrol ettim ama öyle bir şey de yoktu. Diğer odalardan da benzer sesler geliyordu, bu kadar gürültüyle rahatça uyumak mümkün değildi. Odanın yatak düzeni de tam bir felaketti. Çift kişilik yatak yerine, iki tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirip koymuşlar. Sevgilimle yan yana yatmaya korktuk çünkü yatak sürekli ayrılıyordu ve ortaya düşüyorduk. Çok otelde kaldım ama daha önce hiç böyle kötü bir otel yatağı görmedim. Kahvaltı da büyük bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Yumurta o kadar kötüydü ki, ağzıma attığımda neredeyse kusacaktım. Peynir, domates, salata… Ne yediysem kötüydü. Tek güzel olan kahve makinesinin yaptığı kahveydi. Otopark konusunda da sıkıntı vardı. Günlük 250 TL ücret alıyorlarmış, yani 2024’ün 31 Aralık’ında gittiğimizde, otoparka park etmek için ekstra 250 TL daha verecektik. Neyse ki otelin önünde 2 araçlık yerden bir tanesi boştu, oraya koyabildik. Eğer burada kalacaksanız, bu ek ücreti de göz önünde bulundurup fiyat-performans değerlendirmesini ona göre yapın. Tek iyi şey, girişte bizi karşılayan ve odamızı gösteren güleryüzlü genç kardeşimizdi. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederim, gayet samimi ve iletişimi kuvvetli birisiydi. Param çöp oldu…

Genel olarak güzel bir otel ancak otopark sorunu var. Arabaların anahtarını almayı unutabiliyor görevliler. Onun haricinde yemekleri ,temizlik hijyeni gayet iyidi. 2puanı da otoparktan kestim cünkü 1-1.30saat cıkmakla ugraşmıştım.

Gerçekten tüm personel güler yüzlü ve nazik genel olarak oda temizdi kahvaltıda yeteri kadar çeşit vardı özellikle ilk giriş yaparken gece duran beyfendi oldukça yardım sever biriydi adını hatırlayamadım fakat burdan ona selam olsun. Konumu ve kapalı otoparkı olması müthiş rahatlık.

Otelin konumu iyi. Ücretsiz otopark olması önemli. Kahvaltı da kabul edilebilir düzeyde. Bence tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Ben ödediğim ücrete karşı aldığımdan çok memnun kaldım. Teşekkürler.

The hotel took care of our every need and request, especially for the meeting room. The meeting room was well-equipped and added immensely to our time there. Thank you!

Bir önceki konaklamama göre daha kötüydü. Carsaflar temiz kokmuyordu. Yine de idare eder

Önce bir günlük oda kiraladığımız bu otelde sonraki gün bir gün daha uzattık ama birinci günü odada tahta kurusu oldupunu söylememize rağmen bir şey yapılmadı ve seyahatin son gününde kız arkadaşımın vücudunda ısırık izleri oluştu.

Banyosunda, lavabo da bayağı saç kılı ve vesaire vardı. Baya bir önceki müşteriden sonra temizlenmediği bariz belliydi çok tedirgin olduk.

1) Breakfast with our booking and restaurant was shut the due to work being done we were told. No refund was given. 2) Dirty car as you navigate the hall way to your room. 3) Room was not very clean. Bathroom show/bath was too dirty to even consider going into. 4) A lady at the reception was very rude. She never ever smiled. We run out of toilet paper and she took over 1 hour to bring us any.

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Ruhig trotz zentraler Lage

The hotel was near the center of Kadikoy. Shops and restaurants were very nearby. Breakfast was good, but everyday the same. My room was clean. The stopper of the bathtub was broken. So I couldn’t take a bath.

Otele giriş süreci sorunsuzdu. Sigara içilebilir oda seçmeme rağmen sigara içilmeyen bir ofa verdiler. Verdikleri oda hem çok küçüktü hem de havalandırmadan sürekli fan çarpma sesi geliyordu. Resepsiyona durumu bildirdiğimde hemen odamızı değiştirdiler. Yataklar üzerine serilen kalın alez ve hem yastık hem de yorganın tahminimce elyaf olmasından kaynaklı çok sıcak olduğu için rahat bir uyku uyuyamadım. Bunun dışında verilen kahvaltı çok güzeldi.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind alle fussläufig in 2 Minuten erreichbar, auch mit dem Havabus Transfer vom Sabiha Gökçen Flughafen ist die Entfernung keine 5 Minuten. Die Zimmerausstattung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, und ist altbacken und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Frühstück ist immer inklusive und es wird als Buffet aufgetischt, welches reichhaltig ist und für den Preis mehr als in Ordnung. Die Zimmer zur Straßenseite sind nicht gerade ruhig, die Zimmer neigen allgemein zur Hellhörigkeit.

6泊しましたが、最初の2日はインターネットがまともに使える速度ではありませんでした。機器の故障とのことで復旧後はそれなりに使えました。 ただしWiFiのセキュリティが古く脆弱性があります。 エアコンは効きが悪く、そのことを告げると窓を開けるようにアドバイスされました。 冷蔵庫は全く機能しません。単に部屋の温度を上げるだけなのでスイッチをオフにしました。 シャワーはたっぷりな温かいお湯が出てとても癒されました。 交通の便はとても良く、 カドキョイのバスターミナル、フェリー乗り場が目の前です。

The AC was not on in my room and I did not sleep. I complained to the reception and I was told that the AC was "seasonal" - which is unheard of. I asked to turn it on because I was sweating and I was instructed to open the window! My response was that I could not sleep with all the street noise if the window was open...and still the AC was not turned on. Lastly, the advertisement for this hotel does not even inform that the AC is "seasonal". RIDICULOUS! I contacted Hotels.com to request compensation for a night not slept and the hotel denied the refund and lied saying that it was too cold to turn on the AC. Anyone can research on the web and see that the weather was not cold...people were walking in shorts and t-shirts on the streets...while I was sweating in my room! It's not about the money - it's the false advertisement and absurd customer service at the hotel.

Personeel was aardig. Lobie en restaurant ziet er goed uit. Minpunt alleen de kamer.. Airco gaf geen koude lucht af ook niet op de hoogste stand. Komt een onaangename geur van af. Badkamer is ook aan vervanging toe. Na het douchen is ook heel de badkamer nat.

Goede ligging. Lekker ontbijt. Kamers klein en oud.

Odamın konumunu, beğenmedim. Otelin ortasına bakıyordu. Otelde bir sürü boş oda olmasına rağmen kötü odaların önce doldurulması mantığını anlamıyorum…

Service var rigtig fint, beliggenhed også godt, tæt på på caféer og restauranter. Receptionen hjalp med at bestille take away grundet sent ankomst. Kan anbefalet hvis man ønsker overnatte til en fair pris

They were not very professional and the hospitality wasn’t great

This was my second stay at Dila Hotel. It's a wonderful property, and the staff go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. Our flight arrived early Monday morning, and they were kind to allow us to check in early!

La chambre donné ne correspondait pas à celle que j’ai reservé et payé.. On m’a donné une chambre normal cat standard avec douche alors que j’ai réservé et payé pr une chambre deluxe king size lit et baignoire … leur explication était désolé on est complet ! Staff malpoli

This property increased the price within a day. I stayed in same room. I had few knocks in my room by the housekeepers, but they did not talk, until asked who is it, then they said if i need my room cleaned, i got so scared, my room was cleaned and i had a do not disturb paper outside of my room hanging. I called the reception and told them about this and said that someone already cleaned my room, they said they will let them know and right after that someone knocked in my room no talking i asked few times then they said it is room cleaning. Receptionist people was not friendly, when i asked to order food to my room they said you order it yourself, if i could i would. Every time i would enter hotel i was asked what room i’m going to and i would tell them, finally i asked why they keep asking that, they said they found out that there was someone at the hotel that should of not stayed there, that is very scary, maybe they were knocking my door. Seems like hotel don’t have cameras. Hotel don’t have iron, or any service, breakfast was horrible.

Hotel very convenient to get to from the airport and very conveniently located, having the port for boats and the bus terminal within walking distance. The subway is also a few minutes walk away. The hotel is clean and quiet, breakfast does not vary over the days but is fine

Very good, near for any thing shopping and transportation

This tidy, calm hotel on the Asia side is the smart alternative to the packed Europe side at half the price. Within 10 minutes of the hotel,.there are over 200 places to eat, two jazz clubs, and other bars. The ferry to the Europe side is ten minutes walk and costs one dollar.

Habitaciones espaciosas, limpias y bastante bien aisladas. El baño es también amplio y ordenado, aunque huele un poco a cañerías antiguas. El desayuno es bastante flojo para un hotel de 4 estrellas: poco variado y con tortilla seca, aun habiendo bajando a desayunar temprano. El café, eso sí, es excelente. El hotel está super bien ubicado, a 3 minutos a pie del muelle.

Great value for money. Our room was perfect for our needs, quiet and clean. Hotel location is perfect for ferry/bus/train links.

Wir waren zum 3. Mal im Dila Hotel. Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Es ist super zentral aber dennoch ruhig. Zur Fähre läuft man 2 Minuten. Bus Haltestellen sind ebenfalls in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Frühstück reicht vollkommen aus. Das Personal wie immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir lieben Kadıköy ♥ und Dila hotel ist dort die beste Wahl!

Gayet temiz, calisanlar ilgili, klima henuz kis ayarli olmadigindan dolayi sicaklik ayari yoktu. Heryere yakin, ozellikle M4 Metroya, Kadikoy un merkezinde, ancak gurultusuz bir hotel.
