Hot tub didn’t work

Check in was olay, woman was nice BUT the room was gross room 300 3rd floor. Elevator broken, room was dirty like dirty dirty. Bathroom has a shower only, super small area NO fan to vent. No blow dryer, no shampoo and conditioner smallest towla ever qnd not enough. Hot water was backwards so once we figured that out not terrible but no water pressure and the head was clogged. All you smell is weed like literally everywhere.

Definitely get s room with a hot tub . Very relaxing and a great way to reset after a long week.

Excellent location for shopping and dining. Clean room all around----bed, bathroom, even AC filter (which is the first thing I check). One thing: the parking lot can get a tad noisy...seems to be a bit of a hangout...but it didn't keep me awake or anything.

It was pet friendly. Easy check in and out. Staff was delightful.

At the end of the day it is a Motel 6, and you get what you pay for. They DID have king size beds and some of the rooms have a jacuzzi in them, which is definitely a nice feature, especially for a motel on that level.

No amenities, only things included are tv, remote, towels, toilet paper and a bar of hand soap. Don’t bother asking the desk for anything, they don’t have it. At least it has an elevator.

Parking was close, very convenient. Room was clean, however, front desk person offered a ground floor room, ADA accomodated, but queen bed..not king. I agreed. Room was VERY basic, minimal furniture and bed was not a queen size. Mattress was thin, you could feel and hear the springs when you sat down. There were only 2 thin, flat pillows Step in shower would have been great if there were safety bars to use when stepping in!..shower head did NOT adjust and it was aimed at the wall-very hard to rinse half my body. Tub was slippery, even with the rubber shower mat I brought. Room service was very nice and gave us fresh towels the first morning. Ice machine closest to us and on second floor didn't work. At check in I asked whether they served breakfast. He said no but there was coffee, indicating the front desk area. When we attempted to get coffee, there was none and person acted oblivious about having coffee for patrons!? Overall, we were mostly disappointed about the size and condition of the bed. Two tall adults barey fit, with feet on the edge. Add a 70 lb spoiled dog used to sleeping with me and it spells disastrous interruptions and poor sleep. Trust me, there was NO hot tub.

Upon entering the room, we immediately noticed an odor that was recognizable as either urine (either human or cat, several feral cats in the area) or ammonia. Prior to bringing in any luggage, we did a brief inspection of the room and found what we hoped was coffee stains on the bathroom wall next to the sink, which was easily wiped off. Dust covered the tops of all of the electrical outlets (one member of the party has a severe dust allergy). A dead cockroach was found behind one of the nightstands. There was a three inch gap of the weather stripping of the door to the room. In the room next door, there seemed to be a domestic dispute that went on for several hours as locals drank and fished within eyeshot at the pond and local living tenants drank, and invited the feral cats. We don’t expected much from a Motel 6 but for a $135 our room shouldn’t smell like urine. A dust allergy shouldn’t be triggered. There shouldn’t be dead cockroaches and one should be able to sleep. I would not recommend.

I booked on hotels.com which they don’t accept anymore for this motel. But that’s not the worst part we walked into the room and it was roaches everywhere near the bed in the shower and everything. They refunded our money but this place needs to be remodeled badly.

The floor had a sticky residue. The room was in bad shape. The mattress was terrible and we found a roach on the sink counter. There's also not even a small coffee maker which most rooms have now.

The room was very clean and could rate my stay as pleasant. I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews, but I had a nice, quiet and very clean room. I was a had a pen to thank Paola (the cleaning person) because she did a great job. I had no issues with hit water and the appliances (TV, microwave and small fridge) were in working conditions. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.

The room was not clean. I called Sunday 8th to get new towels and sheets and they changed my room completely because of a broken curtain that I wasn’t aware of. The room I was moved to was still not clean, the floor needed to be swept and dirt in the shower.

The facility was dirty, people staying at the motel where doing drugs outside in the stairwell. The rooms were dirty and smelled like urine,

I will never stay in a Motel 6 again. The room was filthy - floors, bathroom, shower, etc. At least the beds appeared to be clean. Toilet clogged through no fault of ours. It was a terrible choice for an overnight stay - and thank goodness it was only one night.

This was the dirtiest room ive ever stayed in. Thank God i had my own sheets and towels. I got room for the hot tub. I filled it up and the water was disgusting, hair and debris floating in it. The bathroom door didnt close. It smelled horrendous also.

The room was bare bones and okay. The beds were pretty good and comfy enough. The road noise from rt 13 was very loud. The signage for locating the ice machine, elevator and room numbers were either terrible, non-existent and confusing. The stay was ok for our purposes. I probably wouldn't stay here again because of the road noise.

Room is clean and spartan in furnishings but clean. AC works well. Lots of tv stations and good WiFi. Front desk person was polite and friendly and helpful.

people arguing outside our room at 2 am, people starting their trucks and letting them run at 3am, bed was hard as a rock, sheets didn't fit mattress, door to outside had gaps all around the door frame, no comfortable chairs to sit on, bugs crawling all over the floor, we had a dog but she didn't bark but room adjacent had a dog that start barking at 5am and lasted for 1/2 hour. Terrible place to stay and have stayed in several motels and will never ever recommend a Motel 6 to my worst enemy.

This is my second stay we had no issues our room was cleaned and desk help was great and friendly. Just wish the rooms didn’t hear the traffic outside so much.

No frills room for a decent rate. Towels cheap and rough. Bed pillows very THIN , don't know why they were on the bed. (?) I would book again maybe.

we didn't like the bed. It was like sleeping on the ground, very hard and uncomfortable. My back ached every single day. The pillows were very flimsy, not water pressure and small bath towels

The television stations are limited. The toliet leaked and the bed were on the firm side.

I arrived earlier than expected, due to health issues. I was pleased to hear I was allowed to check in before 2:00 P.M. My stay was very noisy. The hotels guests were talking outside my room (around 2:00 or 3:00 a.m.) and the room faced a very busy road. Road noise didn't become less of a hindrance until after midnight. The building and the surrounding area could be better maintained.

Staff was friendly

The desk clerk was able to change my room from a smoking to non-smoking. I had reserved because I had the impression that was the only available room. When he discovered I did not smoke he was able to put me in a non-smoking room.

The outside of the hotel could definitely use some maintenance and cleaning. It looks a little sketchy and less than inviting in spots. The front desk staff were friendly and helped navigate the issue I had. The room itself was clean and the air conditioner worked well, although it did smell a little musty. Rooms were a bit bare in furnishing, but that’s reflected in the rate. An acceptable place to spend the night, but not the most comfortable for an extended stay.

Over the weekend myself as well as my daughter stayed at this location. Middle of the night we were woken up by bed bugs! We immediately packed up and left. Forced to leave behind whatever wasn’t already in the suitcase. When I went into the office to inform the worker and request a refund, the lady while polite informed me that there was nothing she could do. She provided the managers name and when he would be in office. I called the office to speak to the manager who wasn’t at all sympathetic to the situation. He hung up with me with no resolution. The manager said that he needed to speak to the staff who I spoke with at the time of leaving the same employee who said she didn’t have the authority to accommodate me in any way. How is it that this employee has no authority but I have to wait until you speak to her to get back to me. I asked for an expected day or time to hear back from him and he advise I should hear back in 3 days! This is outrageous! We were forced to leave in the we hours of the night with no place to go. Slept in the car for hours before we could get on the road.

Typical Motel 6. Our cats are welcome. Staff responsive and helpful. Do wish we could get connecting rooms, though. Reserved well in advance

I called and asked if my boyfriend could check in ahead of time because he would be there first. They said no problem. I gave them his name. When he got there they said he couldn’t check in until I got there. And instead of giving a reason just kept saying no over and over again. The beds were hard as a rock. The sheets were stained, the mattresses were stained. The blanket if you could even call it that had cigarette burn holes. The pillows were thin and only two on each bed. People in the hotel next to us had dogs that barked all night. After our first nights stay, they came around and took our trash and used towels but only left us one clean towel in return. Stray cats and homeless people prowled the property. I encountered a fight in the parking lot. The room had ants and was hot even though we had the air on full blast. We ended up checking out early and going home because we just couldn’t suffer through another night.

The room was supposed to have 2 beds but only had 1 bed. There were 2 abandoned cars in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe and I will not be back.

Hard to physically drive there and park. I also incurred an injury while in their shower. Even though I had placed the bath mat on the floor I slipped and fell. I bruised my back and had to buy a compression sleeve for my knee so I could walk without pain. I let them know this had happened but they seemed unconcerned. There is a safety issue with their units that have showers. I tripped stepping up and again stepping down. I would have preferred a bathtub with a shower. After I fell I did not take another shower.

I read the reviews priori to booking and thought it couldn't be that bad so gave it a shot... not awful but there were dead bugs on the floor very visible and the room was stark and unwelcoming. The sign at the front desk was the 1st thing that worried me... states you have 15 minutes after checking in to change your room if you are not satisfied - hello red flag. Like most people we suffered through because it's very expensive to get a room at the last minute. Didn't feel like a safe area and I'm not one to be afraid.
