Majestic Sun A307 Beachfront Condo Gulf Views

Wir waren insgesamt 18 Tage hier und es war einfach wundervoll.Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht (die Küche könnte eine neue Pfanne gebrauchen)Der Blick vom Balkon aus ist einfach atemberaubend schön, wir konnten oft Delfine beobachten.Wir werden wieder kommen.

Chose this location for its proximity to the Topeka music festival grounds and the beach. We did not use the pool so I can't speak to that. Did not use the exercise room but it looked well appointed. Condo was very clean and tastefully appointed for the beach. Multiple options for coffee makers. A little light on coffee cup supply, though. Refrigerator has automatic ice maker supplemented by three ice trays, and we had a good supply of ice fairly quickly. There is a vending machine on 2nd floor selling ice for 5.09 a bag so we're glad we didn't have to pay that much for ice. 1.5 bathrooms but limited counter space. Bed was comfortable. We didn't need the pull-out couch or bunks beds, and I feel it would be a tight fit for 6 people -- maybe more like 2 adults and 2-3 kids. There are only three barstools and no table so dining for more than three would be challenging. Building was quiet and except for a very lonely dog singing the song of his people somewhere nearby on the first night, we slept really well despite the unit being right next to the elevators. We saw mostly couples and friend groups -- not many children.We'd definitely stay here again!!
