Situado en una zona tranquila, algo alejado de los principales monumentos, destaca por su estética y por una magnífica terraza donde se puede desayunar con vistas a los volcanes. Tiene una pequeña piscina en una zona de paso a las habitaciones y a la planta superior. Nos tocó la habitación situada justo enfrente y al lado del salón, y era demasiado ruidosa. Desayuno correcto, con poca variedad. No tiene restaurante, pero hay muchos cerca donde comer especialidades locales. Organizan bien los traslados. Bastante recomendable.

Without a doubt one of the very best places I’ve stayed! Charming and well appointed. Well located and quiet. Breakfast was amazing. The rooftop was cozy with spectacular views. And the staff couldn’t be more attentive and welcoming…just wow. Truly, special and exemplary in every aspect. We can’t wait to return…

The breakfast on the rooftop where we could watch the volcano erupt was spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and service was top notch. We stayed in the Rose Suite and loved it.

Excellent property with friendly staff. Anibal was truly exceptional and the staff was very accommodating. We had an early start and they went out of there way to provide us with breakfast earlier than the usual start time. The hotel has a beautiful terrace and exceptional touches of detail with candles lit every evening. Truly something special.

What an amazing place to explore Antigua from. The hotel is romantic and beautiful, with turndown service and hallways lit by candlelight at night. The morning breakfast on the rooftop terrace is amazing. It's a short walk to the city square and any of the major attractions. But most importantly, the staff is incredible. Going out of their way to take care of your stay and make you feel at home like family, not like a guest. I couldn't recommend Posada del Angel more highly.

The hotel staff were very attentive. It was a very relaxing and quiet place to stay. The ambience of the entire place was beautiful. The upstairs patio is wonderful for breakfast al fresco. I would definitely stay here again.

El hotel como tal, es precioso! ¡Muy acogedor! Positivo: la Terraza para tomar el desayuno es preciosa, y la atención del personal es buena. Parqueo enfrente y buena ubicación. Negativo: lastimosamente, en cuanto a limpieza la habitación “amarilla” dejó mucho que desear. El edredón, cojines tenían olor a sudor, la alfombra aparentaba estar muy sucia. Lástima porque la habitación es muy linda. Es vital que pongan cuidado en la higiene de la habitación ya que es a donde se llega a descansar.

This is an incredible boutique hotel incredibly well maintained cozy, beautiful, and the staff is fantastic. Highly recommend this boutique hotel for couples or even a business trip. We would absolutely come back and book even the same room.

What a beautiful experience! The hotel staff and managers were exceptional! The continued everyday to go above and beyond with their attention and service! Upon entrance, I was told I was family for the week and I felt that every single day! The location was perfect. I could walk to everything but it was also on a quiet street. My room was always clean and perfect. I was able to relax on the beautiful terrace and feel so well taken care of. Delicious breakfast provided with exceptional service also! Highly recommend staying at La Posada del Angel! I can’t wait to return!

Es una propiedad muy bien cuidada con mucha personalidad, por mucho tiempo uno de los mejores Boutique Hoteles de Antigua, falta ponerle atención a la Administración, fuimos solo por una noche, nos atendió Anibal, solo nos entregó la llame, no nos brindó ningún tipo de información, clave de WIFI, servicios del hotel, información en general. Tuve problemas con la limpieza de la habitación, tanto los cojines como el edredón, olían a sudor, como si nunca los hubieran lavado, solicité las retiraran inmediatamente, se lo hice ver a Aníbal, y no nos ofreció ni una disculpa, el servicio por parte de los administradores del hotel es nulo! Respecto al desayuno, que está incluído, el servicio por parte del personal de cocina fue muy amable y cálido. El tema de limpieza en esta época es MUY IMPORTANTE. Ojalá y puedan corregir esto porque es una gran propiedad.

Everything was perfect except the wifi. The property needs to get routers in all the guest rooms. Also the lighting in the rooms could be better. We work remote and we had to go to a local cafe to work.

Very nice property. The archeticture was beautiful and unique. I would stay again. But BEWARE. The WiFi is terrible in the queen room at the back of the property. Couldn't even watch a movie or keep my phone on the WiFi.

We loved this hotel so much! We stayed in the large room on the second floor which had amazing views and privacy and was so beautiful while still being rustic and comfy. The staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Really loved this hotel! It had the unique boutique vibe with comfy living spaces and rooms that had so much Antigua flair. The breakfast was delicious also. Easy check in and warm staff. Only negative was the WiFi in the room was really slow. Couldn’t load pics or videos. I had to sit in the common living room area to connect but luckily it was comfortable out there. Downloaded what I needed to out there and would then watch in my room.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The property is beautiful and quiet. The staff was wonderful and courteous. Breakfast was on point every morning. Any questions we had they were able to answer. We were able to set up our transportation to and from the airport with them, which was convenient. They were also able to set up transportation if you just needed to get around Guatemala. Will definitely be staying here and highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful stay at La Posada del Angel. The staff went above and beyond - especially in ensuring we actually made it to the hotel from the airport, despite the bloqueos at the time. The hotel itself is a real oasis of calm, with a beautiful roof terrace and cozy living room area to relax in. The breakfast was great too (especially the huevos rancheros). The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We really can’t rate it highly enough.

Respecto al desayuno, que está incluído, el servicio por parte del personal de cocina fue muy amable y cálido. El tema de limpieza en esta época es MUY IMPORTANTE. Ojalá y puedan corregir esto porque es una gran propiedad.

Friendly staff, wonderful peaceful refuge from the bustle of the city while still being in a convenient location. Definitely recommend. Check in was offered in English or Spanish. Very easy communication. Super helpful. Arranged a ride to the airport as well. Delicious breakfast included.

Excellent property with friendly staff. Anibal was truly exceptional and the staff was very accommodating. We had an early start and they went out of there way to provide us with breakfast earlier than the usual start time. The hotel has a beautiful terrace and exceptional touches of detail with candles lit every evening. Truly something special.

What an amazing place to explore Antigua from. The hotel is romantic and beautiful, with turndown service and hallways lit by candlelight at night. The morning breakfast on the rooftop terrace is amazing. It's a short walk to the city square and any of the major attractions. But most importantly, the staff is incredible. Going out of their way to take care of your stay and make you feel at home like family, not like a guest. I couldn't recommend Posada del Angel more highly.

My fiancé and I stayed at this property for 2 nights and still cannot get over this place. The hospitality, food, and location is 100000/10. Would definitely come back to stay here and recommend this place to anyone. The staff were marvelous and friendly and the bedrooms nothing like I’ve stayed in before and we’ve traveled quit a few times. Loved our stay here!

What a beautiful experience! The hotel staff and managers were exceptional! The continued everyday to go above and beyond with their attention and service! Upon entrance, I was told I was family for the week and I felt that every single day! The location was perfect. I could walk to everything but it was also on a quiet street. My room was always clean and perfect. I was able to relax on the beautiful terrace and feel so well taken care of. Delicious breakfast provided with exceptional service also! Highly recommend staying at La Posada del Angel! I can’t wait to return!

Beautiful hotel. Very kind staff. We loved that we were about to get our laundry done at a small fee, that breakfast was included in our stay, and that they provided turn down service. The hotel is very close to many restaurants, we walked to the office of where our excursions were housed, and so many opportunities to shop and get coffee or ice-cream.

Excelente estancia, todas las habitaciones son distintas pero muy bien cuidadas, el personal siempre se portó amable con nosotros y estaban dispuestos a ayudar, nuestra sorpresa fue que el desayuno estaba incluido y estaba realmente bueno, lo recomendamos.

This was a A++ 7 room boutique hotel. Very authentic to Antigua Guatemala. The staff is very highly nice. The complimentary breakfast is perfect. No complaints. The fireplace in the room is a plus.

Everything was perfect!! If you are an interior design lover then I highly recommend staying here. The rooms and shared spaces are gorgeous. The staff was so friendly and going out of their way to be helpful. The breakfasts were so delicious!! My husband and I had omelettes, huevos rancheros, and waffles. Everything was clean, safe, and beautiful. They keep your key during the day which I really liked so the staff can clean the room while you are out and turn down the bed in the evening. Lovely and luxurious!!

Our 7 day stay was wonderful. Terrace suite was beautiful with a private outdoor dining area. An inside large jacuzzi and fireplace. A delicious breakfast made to order and a stunning view of the three volcanoes. Excellent service. Marco went out of his way to make our stay more comfortable and special. Our wedding anniversary was unforgettable.
