Camera spaziosa ma con arredi e sanitari da rifare. Migliorabile la colazione e la manutenzione in generale. buona la disponibilità del parcheggio e la facilità nel raggiungerlo. Passabile se non avete alternative per una notte.

Mia famiglia ! Staff was AWESOME. Very nice area. Would have loved a swimming pool and a bar. Complimentary breakfast was OUTSTANDING. A little far from the Colosseo but I don’t feel safe in that area anyway. I would recommend staying here and renting a car. An unexpected but adorable 💕grocery store next door that has EVERYTHING ❤️.

Wir hatten das Hotel aus dem Grund gebucht, dass wir mit dem Auto unterwegs waren und dringend einen Parkplatz außerhalb des stressigen Stadtverkehrs nutzen wollten. Diesen Zweck hat das Hotel absolut erfüllt. Von der Autobahn sind es nur wenige Minuten dorthin, es ist mit Navi leicht zu finden und der Parkplatz ist riesig und gut zugänglich. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt, was wir jeden Tag genutzt haben. Insgesamt hat das Hotel daher seinen Zweck für uns erfüllt. Wir kannten uns bereits gut aus in Rom, sodass auch die U-Bahn Verbindungen kein Problem waren. Man muss jedoch sagen, dass man nach ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg ungefähr 20 Minuten in die Stadt reinfährt (Station San Giovanni), dort muss man in Linie A umsteigen und kann dann nach Bedarf bei der Station Termini wiederum in die Linie B umsteigen. Man sollte also Zeit mitbringen. Für uns war das in Ordnung. In der Gegend des Hotels ist es ruhig, Richtung U-Bahn wird es etwas "zwielichtig", wir hatten aber zu keiner Zeit ein unsicheres Gefühl. Ansonsten war Rom wieder ein absoluter Traum.

4 stjerne , men ingen aircondition. Frokosten var veldig enkelt og av dårlig kvalitet. Hverdag hard og gammelt eggerøre og kaldt kottet pølse. Kaffemaskin var meget dårlig med liten porsjon av kafé, uansett du velger spresso eller capocino. 10 minutter å gå til metro men du bør vente, og bytte tog til å kommer til sentrum. Det tar ca 1 time inkluder venting med step fulle tog per vei til og fra sentrum. Det er ingen restaurant og bar hverken på hotellet eller i området, bare boligstrøk. Når du kommer tilbake til hotellet er det ingen annet sted du kan gå, og må bare være i hotellet til neste dag du eventuelt ta turen på nytt til sentrum. Hotellet nekter å slå på sentral aircondition selvom romen var varmt. De skylder på city regler for hvilket dato ka de slå på aircondition? Romen var liten og dusjkabinett plasser var ca 80 cm. Prisen var bra, men absolutt ikke anbefalt denne hotellet. De tar mellom 55 og 65 euro til FCO flyplass og offentlig transport er ikke tilgjengelig hvis du skal reise tidlig.

False promotion of a hotel, its not 4 star hotel, this hotel don’t even qualify for 1 star. Its a cheap, low grade hotel. If you are coming for tourism than the hotel location is extremely bad. There is nothing around only old ugly residential buildings. No bus, train station is 2 km away 15 min walk. Hotel don’t serve food except breakfast in the morning, there are no restaurants nearby, you have to ride a taxi to go to nearest restaurant. And the hotel receptionist also not welcoming, can’t speak proper English that’s ok but he reluctant to help, extremely poor service.

Friendly staff, clean tidy and perfect rooms. Quiet and spacious. WIFI excellent, and staff incredibly helpful. Recommendation for a restaurant just around the corner with hand made spaghetti, and a history of the Roma football club by the host was a plus. Free parking and a much lower rate for the tourist tax was again a bonus. Links to the city centre via the close subway/metro line was again another plus for us. But please be aware, the metro is awash with pickpockets, and having experienced at first hand these individuals, just be aware.

Quit and clean corridors, free breakfast has healthy choices. Room is spacious and bathroom is clean.

We stayed for a week and we were met with excellent customer service, friendly staff and an extremely clean room and hotel. The room had good air-conditioning that was adjustable and the local metro is a short walk away with a water fountain on the route(if you know anything about Rome make use of these they are great). The hotel even made airport taxi reservations for us. We had a very good experience at this hotel and would recommend for a quiet space to rest whilst visiting Rome.

Good hotel, good rooms, well sized, good breakfast. Only things are as expected and as many say, as a tourist the hotel is 40mins out of the closest Rome attractions and that is if you get a good run with the trains, typically takes about an hour. Room cleanliness was poor, cabinets were covered in dust and had someone’s old dusty and mouldy socks in them. Despite it being a non smoking room the room smelt of cigarettes and there were cigarette butts on the windowsill from the previous guest that had not been cleaned by housekeeping.

The hotel is excellent. There were only two things that worsened the experience: the condition of the bed frame and the showerhead, both of which might differ from room to room, so I wouldn't judge the overall experience based on this as the staff was great and probably would've switched the room if I noticed the issues earlier, and the location of the hotel relative to the transport stops – but that's not that bad, just a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station.

Pour les touristes pas idéal, 10 minutes de marche du Métro et 20 minutes de Métro jusqu’à Central. Cependant l'isolation est terrible on entend l'étage supérieur et les chambres voisines de même que les bruits du corridor. Si vous êtes untouriste rapprochez-vous du centre historique

Albergo che ho frequentato diverse volte per lavoro. Arrivato in hotel ho trovato una stanza fredda tanto da andare chiedere in reception una stufetta. Dicono che quest’anno il comune di Roma autorizza il riscaldamento 4 ore la mattina e 4 al pomeriggio ma, ad inizio anno sono stato in un’altra sona di Roma e la camera è sempre stata perfettamente calda.

Very friendly service. Good breakfast. Comfy bed. Very small shower. A/C was only heat, and to cool room with window open let cigarette smoke in.

I’m happy I only stayed at this hotel for one night. It was horrible. No air conditioning even tho it says it does. Mosquito in the room couldn’t sleep at all.

Le camere andrebbero leggermente ristrutturate, ma buone comunque e pulite . Personale gentile e cordiale. La colazione va migliorata la qualità dei prodotti .

Staff very helpful where to get a ride to the nearest shops. Very welcoming and accommodating. Provided extra pillow as requested. My wife & I enjoyed so much selections on breakfast. Thank you to all wonderful staff and to the guy in kitchen when my wife requested tea even late at night.

False advertisement, awful communication and refusal of a refund. - (in short) Advertised air con. Air con was broken prior to getting there but didn’t tell us in advance or when we arrived (therefore couldn’t cancel after we booked in). After finding out our room was so hot we asked about the air con. We were told it was going to be fixed that day (so we stayed) and it was not. The same happened the next day. It was not fixed. Following this we complained and expected to be compensated as with the information (lies) we had (as per advertisement). They refused to compensate us and hotels.com said it was the hotels discretion (Hotels.com did the best they could) - It was also no where near the standard of a 4star standard hotel (other reviews also said so). Limescale all over the shower, that leaked all of the bathroom floor - Breakfast spread was good but you are underground with no windows - From all the interaction with Staff they were really friendly Things To note: - Close to the airport and Alessandrino tube but you have to get a bus to the tube A and then have to head to Termini and then switch to Tube C to Alessandrino which takes over an hour and a half. We made the mistake of assuming it would be quick to Alessandrino as it was close to the airport. - You can buy water from their desk but it costs more than a vending machine just next to their lift Summary - You cannot trust what is advertised or said by this Hotel. - Staff are friendly

Achei o hotel bom. Mas pra nós que estávamos a pé não foi bom. O metrô é muito distante do hotel. Bom para quem está de carro. Café da manhã completo. Rapaz da limpeza muito educado e gentil. Não gostámos de um atendente e uma atendente da recepção. Principalmente uma atendente, achamos ela muito fria, um atendimento muito sem atenção e sem interesse e sem simpatia nenhuma com a gente. Teve um senhor que estava na recepção quando chegamos, acho que Giovane nome dele, foi o único que gostamos do atendimento. E em relação a taxa do imposto que pagamos no chek out foi a mais do que estabelecido quando fechamos a reserva. Queremos ressarcimento.

Meio distante do centro, atendentes poderiam se empenhar mais pra orientar e ajudar a superar essa dificuldade. Tem uma atendente bem rispida de noite, com paciência zero para atender. Quarto é bom, banheiro amplo, mas ar condicionado do meu quarto estava péssimo. Tem um café da manha que ajuda bastante.

Hotel was fairly good & the area is quiet, but far from central Rome & Leonardo Da Vinci International Airport.

It's too far from downtown, and it doesn't have the standard of 4 stars at all. If you have any other choice, don't choose here.

The location is misleading: it is really too far from the city center opposed to the description. A minimum travel time is 40 minutes to Fontana di Trevi and other attractions. There is no airport transfer, it is a 65€ ride. Breakfast is available but mostly only white carbohydrates. The staff is very nice and helpful but that does not quality for the 155€ price per night

Als Hotel im gehobenen Stil kann das Hotel Artis nun wirklich nicht bezeichnet werden. Ich persönlich würde auch keine 4 Sterne-Kategorie aussprechen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer inkl.Frühstück gebucht. Im Zimmer gab es keinen Schrank, sondern eine Garderobe mit 3 kleinen Ablagefächern und 2 Kleiderbügel. Auch gab es keine Gläser um etwas drinken zu können. Im Bad lediglich 2 eingepackte dünne Plastikgetränkebecher zum Zähne putzen. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr überschaubar. Ehrlich gesagt schlecht. Abgesehen davon, dass der Frühstücksraum ein Kellerraum ist,gab es nur Toastbrot, süße Teilchen als Massenware. Eine Sorte Käse(geschmacklos),eine Sorte Wurst. Nach Besteck nussten wir oftmals fragen. Alles war lieblos arrangiert

Hotel was lovily but could of had more options like fresh fruit it was the same breakfast every morning had to go out and buy my own fruit nothing really close to buy takaway only pizza but other then that the sraff were excellent

The hotel was very clean and well run. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Italy. This property is not convenient for sight seeing in Rome. It is in the middle of highrise apartment buildings. Unless you are visiting family in the area find a hotel closer in to town. It also was not convent to public transportation.
