LA PARENTHÈSE — Air-conditioned villa with pool in Vidauban Nestled among the vineyards of Provence, La Parenthèse welcomes up to 7 guests in a 110 m² air-conditioned villa, surrounded by a private, enclosed 1,200 m² garden with no overlooking neighbors. On the ground floor, enjoy a bright living room with TV and Wi-Fi, opening onto the outdoors, plus a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and washing machine. A first bedroom with a 160 cm double bed is also on this level, along with a bathroom featuring a corner bathtub and double sink. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 cm double beds and one 90 cm single bed offer comfortable accommodation for up to 7 people. A shower room with double sink and toilet completes the upper floor. Outside, everything is designed for you to make the most of sunny days: a private 8 × 4 m pool secured by a fence, covered terrace, dining area for 8, garden lounge, electric barbecue, enclosed garden, and private parking. Vidauban is a great base for exploring the Côtes de Provence vineyards, Lorgues, Les Arcs-sur-Argens, Sainte-Maxime, Saint-Aygulf, and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The Verdon gorges and nearby lakes are also within easy reach for day trips. During your stay, you have exclusive use of the entire villa, garden, and pool—no shared spaces. Bed linen and towels are provided, beds are made before your arrival, and professional cleaning is carried out between stays. The villa is non-smoking. Parties and events are not allowed to ensure the peace of the property and neighborhood.
