Our villa sits peacefully at the forest's edge, just minutes from the Dune du Pilat. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and two separate living areas, the house gives you space to be together and room to spread out — perfect for families or groups of friends looking for flexibility. The main floor is bright and open, with a large kitchen-dining-lounge space and three bedrooms. Downstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a second living area with games and television — ideal for giving everyone their own corner. The house was designed so adults and children can enjoy their holiday at their own pace. Outside, 1,000 square metres of pine-filled garden lead straight into the forest. The south-facing pool overlooks the trees, and there's a large terrace, shaded dining area for ten, plancha grill, sauna, table tennis and hammock. Forest walks and cycle paths start right at your doorstep. The Dune du Pilat is on your doorstep, and the Atlantic beaches are nearby. Explore the Bassin d'Arcachon by boat, visit the Banc d'Arguin, wander through authentic oyster villages like l'Herbe and Canon, or head to Arcachon town and Bordeaux. After your day out, return to Mimasi for a sauna, dinner beneath the pines, or simply the quiet of the forest.
