Zimmer war ok, das Bad sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche funktionierte wenn man das Wasser 5 Minuten vor Benutzung anmachte. Praktisch gelegen, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Metro. Das Umfeld war aber nicht gerade toll. Frühstück im Hotel sehr einfach.

The hotel met all the basic requirements and is suitable for business travelers. The location and overall setup were convenient for work-related stays. However, some improvements are needed, particularly in property maintenance. That said, the staff were courteous and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.

We were disappointed in the service we received while staying. We received one towel for two people, when we asked for more towels the staff made it seem like a difficult task. They asked why we needed more towels and then finally agreed to bring more, the provided one towel again and insisted we return the towel we had! We asked for more water to make our coffee provided in the room and had to call twice. They refused us fresh mugs for the coffee when we stayed two days. When showering the shower flooded the bathroom due to poor draining. We would have requested a new room however due to the response to our other requests we didn’t even bother to ask. We won’t book again.
