The property was in a good location, easy to get to from the Highway. The beds were comfortable, they had a decent breakfast. The workout equipment was broken, cables were broke, elipticle didnt work, treadmill didn’t work, but the bike sort worked. The pool and hottub weren’t being used while we were there.

Staff were great. Pool was clean and in great condition. The property itself wasn’t in great repair—paint chips, worn carpet, etc., but rooms were comfortable and clean. It was relatively quiet, except for the nearby trains that came through regularly. Earplugs and a sound machine app were enough to take care of that for me, though.

They have a fitness center, a business area, vending machines, and a pool opened certain months. Overall the staff was great! Easy check in and check out! I loved the fact that they had dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap! It was great!

Over all the stay was good... pretty average. Staff at the front desk seemed to they coping be bothered. The pool was nice. It was only 4-1/2' deep. The sofa bed was horrible. The mattress was about 2" thick and felt like I was sleeping on springs.

Carpet did not appear to be vacuumed- there was dog kibble lying around the floor. Bedsides needing a little more cleaning, it was a decent place to stay and I would stay here again.

Staff at check in were extremely nice and welcoming. Check in area was clean and inviting. The 15% discount at Dennys is awesome. Continental breakfast on site is convenient. Room was spacious and comfortable. My only complaint(s), very minimal, there were dirty spots on the walls in room and in hallways.

This location is poorly maintained. Carpet had many deep stains. Walls were scuffed. Armchair was filthy. We found head hairs on the pillow cases. I have been staying here for 10-15 years when I visit family. This place used to be a decent place to stay. The dirtiness made my wife and me uncomfortable. We will not be staying here again. I would take a look at your room before committing to a Wyndham hotel again.

Staff were friendly. We had two issues with cleanliness in our rooms. Staff were apologetic and stated they would follow up on the concerns, but we were not offered a discount on the rooms. Hallways and doors of the rooms look a little dirty or run down. Overall the stay was fine.

Hotel was very nice and clean outside, but the inside was very dirty. Room had stains and dirty marks everywhere. Mold i. Bathroom and AC/heater was moldy as well. Bed was comfortable, but bed skirt was stained. Hotel is near railroad tracks and at 1130 pm until 3 am the horns were continually blowing! I have decide to never stay at another Wyndham hotel again. The brand has definitely gone down hill!

Check in was great- the manager on duty was very friendly and welcoming, despite our late arrival. However, things went pretty downhill from there — we had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and both rooms weren’t in great condition. One room in particular had sheets with multiple hairs on it, as well as stains on the bed and more hair on the pillows. Both bathrooms had broken tiles and one of the showers squeaked and squealed through the entire duration of our showers. We also ran out of body wash in the middle of our shower, so it must not have been serviced/topped off before our arrival. Overall, it didn’t seem like the rooms were serviced very well before we arrived. And things felt old already — cobwebs in the ceiling, cracks in the tiles and walls.

We asked for a room close to the elevators and we got a room right next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear any noise from the hall or the elevator. Very quiet and comfortable room.

We had a nice room and everything in there was comfy. My only problem was that the mattress was too hard for my back but I have back problems. So other than that I enjoyed the stay. Also it’s so close to restaurant and freeway

Right from the beginning stains all over the carpet and arm chair. Mattresses were old and lumpy. Bed linens were so old that they were covered in lint balls and the shower wouldn't drain. In addition the ac unit was so loud it would wake you up everytime it cycled on.

Website offered free early checkin as add-on that we selected. But when we arrived at the hotel, receptionist bluntly rejected the add-on saying we don't do free early checkins. So they should remove the add-on if property doesn't allow for free early checkins. she was rude and not helpful at all.

Bridgette has something bothering her ? Either way she struggled to do her job and was very slow ,about 40 minutes to check in ( I did have a reservation) she noticed my frustration and snapped that she could charged $30 early check In , I was 20 minutes early and it’s was after 3 when I got my room. It was not easy to listen to her talk in an aggressive and disrespectful manner What ever her issues are maybe she can get past them. But I won’t be back

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I decided to stay outside of Fresno for safety concerns and this was the perfect spot. Close enough to Fresno but this town is much quieter. The hotel is clean and it’s great that they have breakfast every morning. I can’t stress how nice the staff was.

Was there for a business trip for me and my guest. The hotel was clean and fresh smelling. The service was very good, although short staffed the front desk and housekeeping staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was basic and met our needs. Good value. I would stay again.

Last min resrervation. Everything was good except for the breakfast options, there was no option at all. They only have bread, egg and sausage.

The breakfast was the same all week. Pretty poor quality, we had to eat at Starbucks. Dirty smelly carpet and sofas

Everyone was so sweet!... The breakfast was great fresh waffles! Dennys is literally 30 ft away! N other fast foods! Great town of Fowler!

This hotel was nothing fancy but it was perfectly fine for a weekend stay. The complimentary breakfast was good. We had no issues.

Clean room, quiet, and nice breakfast options. Clerk KIM was so helpful when we needed to book another night last minute. It reminded me of the kindness of old school customer service.

Room 214. It was a good two nights rest with comfortable pillows and nice mattress. The room carpet was not clean and the room had some significant damage/wearing in particular a guest(s) damaged the wall and office chair using the office chair probably to watch tv. The main issue is, why not replace the chair and fix the very bad damage? The cleaning staff has damaged the hallway exterior doors, walls and corners making for a very poor first impression upon entering the hallways. The staff needs training that rehearses their use of their carts through hallways and entry into rooms. The doors need to be repainted immediately and larger kick plates added. Once in the room they cleaned very well and did a good job and we tipped them for good work. Overall the full experience was ok to fair for the price and the breakfast was ok.

The exterior of the building was nice; however, the inside is another story. The second floor hallway carpet is stained and smells. Every door on the floor was scuffed and dirty. Our room walls were scuffed and chipped. The hot tub was not available to use and we were not notified that it would not be available to use. The pool lounge chairs were filthy. The elevator carpet was also stained. My fiancé used the stairs rather than the elevator and said it smelled disgusting. I contemplated leaving because I was questioning the cleanliness of this place. There were stray cats all over the property. I’m very disappointed int stay here and I have never had a bad stay at a La Quinta location. This place was just gross over all. The fitness room literally has no weights in it.

Our room had numerous stains on the carpet and furniture, as well as an office chair that had netting hanging on by a thread. The walls were banged up and the mattress in the pull out couch was laughably thin, with a comically large sheet to go over it. This place was fine, but I would maybe leave your shoes on at all times…

We had a great time in this hotel. Staff are very pleasant, and kind. The room smelled clean and fresh. Very clean and had Dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash, got you smelling good out the shower. Really recommended. Thanks
