Parking was safe it seemed. There was a party happening on theain floor when we were there so the music was very loud and shaking our room on the third floor. We asked if they could do anything about it and they didn't. There are major renovations happening but made no mention of that on the Expedia site. Breakfast was basic continental style. Coffee was good. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was closed which we had been looking forward to.

Check in was simple and staff was friendly. Couldn't find any place to get drinking water, asked front desk and was told to use vending machines as bottles water at the desk was for 'members'. Double queen room, nice and clean and didn’t look too outdated. Arrived later in the evening, went to the pool which wasn't too cold. Hot tub was hot, top jets didn’t work, shower in the pool room wouldn't warm up. Found water dispenser in the fitness room Breakfast was great, lots of options.

Great buffet breakfast, quiet, only issue is I could hear the foot steps from above room, but at least NOT ungodly hours. In room coffee and tea facilities.. all good. Very disappointing fact, no ice or cold drinks dispenser machines were working… all of them were out of service.. Ice machine on every floor was out of order. Had to use only working ice machine at reception area, Our stay june 16-20 so was warm and ice would have have been nice. Day 1 I get it… but all 4 days, we left and they were still not working.

Stayed 3 nights and our room was on the main level facing the parking lot. Heard the train throughout the night which was very noisy. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were tiny and very flat. Had to ask for extra soap for the shower and found a long black hair around the shower head. The complimentary breakfast had old fruit from a few days so not very good.

I was disappointed that during the breakfast period, the person responsible cleared the used tables of dishes but did not wipe the tables leaving a lot of crumbs and debris on the used tables. When I went to have my breakfast, I had to pass many dirty tables and fortunately found one which was clean. Very disappointing!

This stay was okay. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Outside parking lot could use a clean up. The hot breakfast was lacking, the egg is aweful, sausages, back bacon and hash browns were terribly dry. One morning there were so many people in the breakfast area acting like vultures and no place to sit we just left. I have found over the last two years the rooms for cleanliness and the breakfast has been hit or miss. Absolutely no consistency.

I stayed here for one night, and that was more than enough. The room felt old and poorly maintained. Even the bathroom area looked neglected—the trash can didn’t even have a liner, which is extremely unhygienic for a hotel. The overall cleanliness didn’t meet basic expectations. The washroom felt uncomfortable to use, and the space around the toilet seemed cramped and awkwardly arranged. The entire room gave off a worn-out vibe, as if it hasn’t had a proper update or deep cleaning in a long time. For the price I paid, the quality was nowhere near acceptable. I expected a simple, clean, comfortable stay—but instead, I ended up disappointed. Definitely wouldn’t come back or recommend this place to anyone.

My bed had some old lumpy pillows on it, there was a random second fridge just sitting on the floor, in the morning I went to shower and the shower head popped apart and only sprayed out of partial holes and then when I went to dry off my towel had what looked like dried blood on it.

Check-in was fast and easy. Room was spacious but had an odd odour. We left for a few hours and when we returned the smell had lessened but still lingered. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was so-so, they offered sausages, scrambled eggs, toast, etc. take note that the hotel is very close to the railway tracks. Trains pass through regularly and it can get loud at times.

I stayed 2 nights. The a/c kicked in and out all night to keep the room a comfortable temperature and was loud as all get out as was the compressor on the mini fridge in the room. Woke up every 2 hours due to the noise. Also the insulation is not great, really didn’t need to hear the people walking around the floor above me nor did I need to hear the people the next room over “getting it on like Donkey Kong”!

Reasonable place but clearly showing its age. Carpets rippled up and some uneven floor areas. Bathroom sink damaged and faucet corroded and would drip unless shut off just so. Served its purpose but in need of renovation.

Bed was okay. Not particularly comfortable, and very springy. Wifi was not great. Two tier system, free tier unless you're some kind of Hilton premium member. Free tier is slow. There is a lan cable at the desk, but it did not work. Water pressure is so-so, and doesn't get hot enough. Otherwise, pretty clean. No issues in that regard. Noise isolation between floors is not the greatest. Could hear people (probably kids) running up and down the hallway. Plug share advertises an evse at this property....but I couldn't find it. The regular outlets in the parking lot do work (in June) so you can still trickle charge, I guess? Breakfast is great.

I reserved a room for three people, in Expedia: two adults and one youth, who is 14 years old. The room only had one king-sized bed. When I asked the receptionist for an extra bed or another sleeping arrangement, she denied my request, saying it was Expedia's fault for booking a room for three. They could provide us with a mattress instead, but didn't. I chatted with my Expedia app, but nothing happened. As a result, this trip was a bad experience for my family.

The front desk was superb. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and accommodated anything that I needed. Very clean and pool was also a great extra bonus for our stay over. I especially loved the breakfast buffet they provided with daily coffee. All in all a great stay for our family of 4, thank you for everything!

I especially loved the breakfast buffet they provided with daily coffee. All in all a great stay for our family of 4, thank you for everything!

I came early in the day askinng for an early check in if possible- hard no. Explained that we would go shopping and be back for 3 as we had an event in the evening. Got here at 3 for our scheduled checkin, waited an additional hour. No offer of reimbursement of any kind for inconvenience. Staff was friendly and room was fairly clean, but time manangement seems to be not here- so if you have a time sensitive event to attend you should probably book elsewhere in our experience.

Forgot my credit card 4.5 hours away and hotel would not let myself and my 12 year old daughter check in. Offered to to buy a prepaid visa, cash or for them to take whatever deposit they wanted from my debit card. They would not make any Manager was aware that hotels were sold out in the city due to the morgan wallen concert and we had no where to go, forcing us to sleep in our vehicle. I booked this room 7 months in advance and they literally kicked a mother amd daughter to the streets rather than take our money. Disgusting management team.

The property is very nice with comfortable beds and clean rooms. However, train tracks are very close, with trains running often. Suggest getting a room opposite the tracks.

I booked this for our last night in Edmonton before we flew out the following morning. The property is located about 9 miles north of Edmonton International Airport and has very easy access. Pros: Reasonably priced. Adequate and free self-parking. Breakfast included. Serving starts at 6 a.m. You may not be able to take advantage of this if you have a really early flight, though. There is a gas station within a kilometer of the property where you can fill up your rental car before returning. You may have to wait for a train to pass, though. There are some restaurants within walking distance, though we had already eaten dinner before arriving. Quiet at night, despite the rail line not far away. The trains don't blow their whistles here and I only vaguely noticed any noise from passing trains while awake. Staff seemed friendly. Convenient to Hwy 2 / Calgary Trail + airport. Cons: I didn't encounter anything that was a dissatisfier. If it matters to you, you are about 20 minutes from downtown Edmonton here. Depending on what you need regarding lodging, this is a good choice.

it is very disheartening to see absolute no vegetarain options for people and this is not good wtsoever. I believe they need to consider sum option for their vegetarain customer in the breakfast section.

This stay was okay. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Outside parking lot could use a clean up. The hot breakfast was lacking, the egg is aweful, sausages, back bacon and hash browns were terribly dry. One morning there were so many people in the breakfast area acting like vultures and no place to sit we just left. I have found over the last two years the rooms for cleanliness and the breakfast has been hit or miss. Absolutely no consistency.

Beds are a bit hard, maybe time to replace. Hotel was undergoing a bit of renovation, but didn’t cause us any issues. The breakfast was not great, some warm items were cold and cold items not very cold. Was a descent stay, rooms was clean and staff friendly

Our 6-day stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. Housekeeping was not done properly unless we repeatedly requested it. Even after “cleaning,” the room was left incomplete, with almost-empty shampoo and soap bottles and poor overall cleanliness despite paying full room charges. The whirlpool never worked properly as it was not warm. We reported it several times, but the staff simply said maintenance had been informed, and nothing was fixed during our stay. The worst experience occurred at check-out while we were rushing to catch our flight. The receptionist called the manager, who rudely accused us of staining the linen with turmeric and demanded heavy penalty. When we asked for proof, he brought a bag full of stained linens and blamed us for them. If this was a genuine issue, why was it never raised earlier? We had already complained about housekeeping on the third day, making this last-minute accusation appear unfair and pre-planned.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I’d say it’s the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Edmonton so far. They’re still doing renovations, so there’s a lot of stuff in in between stages, and smells in the hallway of the work and fresh products - but that is expected. My child got sick in the middle of the night and they were super friendly and helpful with supplies for us to get it cleaned up and out of the room and fresh new linens. The room was lovely and business like, would be great to stay at for a work week. My only negative would be the fresh paint on the doors make it stick and not close all the way on its’ own, so we had to be aware and actively pull/push it shut fully. Had a breakfast option, but we didn’t utilize that, so no idea how it was. Location is great, lots of stuff nearby and easy access around the city. Would totally stay here again!
