Staff was great, however the pool and fireplace (two things why this pace was chosen) were not in a proper condition. Pool has some oily film in top and fireplace was broken, pillows were cheap and not comfortable. Breakfast was merely warm, and no microwave. I think i deserve refund.

It was okay for a one night stay. The pillows are terrible. They should have extra pillows in the closet and more towels in the bathroom. Didn't like that I got charged for food at the Market stand at the reception desk. Will be calling to dispute charges. Other than that, it is in a good location and enjoy the pool & hot tub.

The room was warm. You could not set the air conditioner any lower than 65. The air kicked on every 10 minutes and sounded like an airplane. Not comfortable for sleeping. Pool cold.

This hotel is in serious need of remodeling. There were very noticeable spots on the lamp shad in the room. Scratches on very worn out furniture. Good customer service, but hotel just needs a renovation pretty desperately. Small gym, but par for the course at most hotels this size.

Hotel is in good condition, clean, good breakfast, good size room but the beds was full size (not big enough for me and wife) with a super soft mattress which gave me a back pain. The bath was good size with good water pressure. A bad pipe noise was coming from the bath wall all night long. Hotel has a lot off space for parking. Overall, a good place to stay.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes to check in because there was nobody at the front desk. Beds weren’t comfortable and the rooms were very hot. Took all night for the until to cool it down even in December

Quiet, clean an comfortable. Although the hotel was not full, we appeared to get the smallest room on the floor. Still, it was comfortable. The eco friendliness meant that they capped the airconditioning overnight, so it was a little stuffy in the room while sleeping. We were asked if we wanted housekeeping, so also mindful of efficiency.

Beds were concrete slabs and pillows collapsed to nothing. Water was turned off in the morning due to a water leak. We could not get showers when we woke up. I fail to see why Marriott cannot provide more plush beds. Not enough towels for three people in the room. Eggs were odd- had strange taste. Fortunately the staff were exceedingly pleasant.

The room was clean. The furniture was dated. There were not enough plugs for the room. Need a cover for the door keyhole. Could use a hook on the wall to the right of the shower. Could use a soap dish near the sink. A night light would be nice in the bathroom. We checked in on a Saturday the girl at the front desk was not very friendly, They had a good variety of food. Coffee pots that were outside the dining area ran out and they had two coffee pots. Asked the dining attendant on Sunday and she told me to talk to the front desk. She was pretty rude. The checkout person on Sunday was very nice.

We arrived late at night traveling with two small children. Staff was friendly and parking was convenient. Complimentary breakfast had a nice selection.

Everything was good. The only thing BAD was same boxed and processed scrambled eggs EVERY DAY. But they do have fresh oatmeal and waffle options if you want something hot. Cleaning is on alternate days which is fine. Easy access to freeway and dinning options

Fantastic job keeping the place neat and tidy. Friendly staff. Only nit pick is we stayed 6 nights and the breakfast could use a little more variety throughout the week

Beds were concrete slabs and pillows collapsed to nothing. Water was turned off in the morning due to a water leak. We could not get showers when we woke up. I fail to see why Marriott cannot provide more plush beds. Not enough towels for three people in the room. Eggs were odd- had strange taste. Fortunately the staff were exceedingly pleasant.

We came into town to visit family for the weekend and chose to "upgrade" to this hotel. We've stayed at other hotels, but this one seemed really nice, based on the pictures and reviews we saw online. The check-in process went smoothly, no waiting or issues. our room was quite spacious and very clean. the staff was very friendly, as well. The morning breakfast buffet blew us away. There was so much to choose from, everything was hot and very delicious. the young ladies handling the breakfast crowd were very attentive to everyone's needs and ensured that the food was fully stocked, even if a few items were missing. If I had just one complaint, it would be that we actually heard the people above us at 12:30am to 3:30am, running around in their room. No biggie...we just tuned them out. This was such an extremely wonderful experience for us that we will definitely stay at this hotel again when we travel to Harrisonburg, VA.

The room was comfortable and clean, and located on a quiet side street in walking distance to shopping and dining areas. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a disappointment (even for a “free” hotel breakfast) but there’s plenty of options nearby.

Reception staff excellent. Very helpful, friendly, welcoming. Breakfast staff also friendly, attentive. Property is currently undergoing face lift in lobby.

The hotel was under construction but still clean with a very nice accommodating staff. The pool area was clean with no over powerful chlorine smell and they have a nice hot tub! The beds were white linen and very comfortable. We took two small kids and stayed 4 days this trip. I can't say enough kind things about the lady running the breakfast area, Again, with construction she keeps it extra clean, The food is cooked proper and fresh. They have a waffle station and she makes the best oatmeal ;)

Staff when we checked in were not very helpful or friendly. Hotel hallways had no air the entire stay. No pool towels and they said when they run out you are out. Pool room was freezing. My children did not even want to stay in there. Noone was cleaning that room. Chairs broken in kitchen and the hotel was under construction. None of this was listed anywhere so we would know before booking. The heat/no ac was terrible and it was to late to book anywhere else. Very disappointed
