Beautiful hotel fantastic room with an amazing view. Casino was large and spacious and Starbucks was right up the front of the hotel which is very handy.

For a Sunday evening/night stay was extremely crowded. $40 dollars for valet parking is ridiculous. Room was in excellent condition. No coffee in room Problems with elevators due to number of people. On a positive note the check in was smooth and helpful with information. View of strip from room was good.

The elevator system was beyond horrible. Got a late check out and was locked out of our room before 11am

Staff were so friendly, and the dining options are outstanding. It is newer, so very clean. It is in the middle of the strip, so it's easy to get to everything. Don't miss the spa.

Perfect position on the strip, Perfect parking accessibile directory from the lobby. Pool area crowded and dirty (rubbish on the floor not removed by the pool waiters and attendant)

Elevator broke 30 minute wait every day never clean the room

Waited 50+ minutes to take the elevator to the lobby. All 6 elevators were full of people.

It was annoying that the pool and gym close at 6pm. I'm in Vegas for work and return to the hotel around 5pm, so I didn't really get to use these facilities.

We had a great stay. Great food options, Zuma was our favorite. The spa is amazing. Really convent to get to Aria, Bellagio and shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

The property was nice . The staff at check in was great . During our stay , the staff was not too helpful . The elevator was the biggest problem . We, along with all other guest waited 20-40 mins for elevator . This is ridiculous. We were told 3 are out of service !!!! Unreal .

Got to hotel at 10am and understand check in at 4…room was not ready until 530!!! No attempt from staff after a number of visits to lounge to ask on progress for them to expedite or offer other solutions. Room itself was in mediocre shape with broken items, refrigerator and dirty showers/sinks.

The Hotel was riddled with Maintenance Issues, the hallways were missing sconces and had holes and wires sticking out every few feet. The room smelled strongly of Weed, when asked to change was told "Dude, your in Vegas what do you expect?" and then the manager walked away. In addition the AC kept turning off and the safe did not work. After maintenance came up and claimed to fix it, and it still was not working the Front Desk Manager said "If Maintenance says it works it works." Already have given feedback to the conference, and most attendees were having similar issues. Would never stay here again solely based on the poor customer service.

Room was dirty and lots of things were broken. It felt really old and dingy.

Had some issues with the room... Floor wasn't vacuumed, hair in bath,and table had dried food on it. Called the front desk and they sent someone to clean after we left for the night but the just remade the beds and that was it. Called again and no one ever came to clean. Disappointed!!! Especially for the price of the room. Staff at check in was great, casino staff was good, room service food great.

Mostly an enjoyable stay but the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

I usually only stay at The Cosmopolitan when I’m in Vegas because of the fountain view from the terrace and the consistently clean, well-kept rooms. This time, however, was completely different. The ashtray on the terrace was still full of cigarette butts from the previous guest, and the table outside hadn’t even been wiped. It still had food stains and dried sauces. Inside the room wasn’t much better. I noticed dust throughout the space and found dead bugs on the room divider. The bathroom faucet had water stains that clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and one of the cups had lipstick marks, as if it hadn’t been washed properly. The two tables in front of the couch were covered in black, ash-like dust. It felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned or prepared for the next guest. This was not the level of service I’ve come to expect from this hotel, especially since I’ve always had great experiences here in the past. I came down to the front desk every morning during my three-night stay to request a room change, but I was told they were sold out each time. This experience was very disappointing, especially considering the standard I’ve come to expect from The Cosmopolitan. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be taken seriously.

Stayed at the Cosmopolitan to watch a a concert at The Chelsea. It was so convenient. The room was incredible: clean, spacious, and the terrace overlooking the fountains was amazing. I will happily come back.

The check-in was horrible - had to upgrade so I could get a room before dinner after arriving at noon. The view was great but the plumbing was very loud. Whenever neighbors showered or ran their sink late at night it would wake me up.

Absolutely fantastic! Just an elevator ride away from the casino and great restaurants! Also the view of the fountain from the terrace suite is beautiful!

Hotel is great! Great hospitality. We were upgraded by the front desk upon check in. Had an amazing view of the fountains. Bed was super comfortable. Extremely quiet rooms. So many good restaurants on property! In town for a convention but thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The room wasn’t clean, even after specifically telling concierge and asking that they clean it, it still wasn’t cleaned. There was nothing provided in the room — no water, no robes, no slippers. Wi-Fi was terrible. Limited in room entertainment choices. Anything you order to the room will take hours. Someone came in to deliver towels in the middle of the night at 3 am when we were asleep. Impossible to get anyone at the front desk in the phone, you have to wait like 15 min for them to answer. Room service charges extra to deliver food on a table/tray, if you don’t pay that they bring it in a bag. This used to be a nice hotel with great service and now it is just a terrible experience all around.

The hotel room was a bit tired. Our room was located on the side of the hotel facing the Bellagio, and there were several fans (I think) outside our room that were incredibly loud. Having one dining option open past midnight is pretty inconvenient in Vegas. Pool was ok.

The resort is beautiful, but the room really lacked proper lighting—especially for a woman trying to get ready. Additionally, the elevators were down for most of our stay, which meant spending up to 30 minutes going up and down. It was honestly ridiculous and put a damper on an otherwise nice experience.

Been staying at the cosmo since it opened, this will be my last stay. Room Service-delivered in boxes and plastic utensil, up charge for normal plates and utensils. Cosmo moved to Ai service called Rose...its terrible. I have the screenshots. Couldn't get Rose or an operator to schedule house keeping. 3 days no house keeping. Too many corners cut, disappointing. Here is an excerpt from Rose "I'm currently weighing the pros and cons of going on a juice cleanse... let me transfer you to a human in Guest Services who can help you.None of my friends in Guest Services are available to chat right now. Try back later or give them a call at xxx-xxx-xxxx for immediate assistance."

Waiting too long to check in

This was our first time in Vegas, and after reading great reviews on Expedia, I decided to book The Cosmopolitan, mainly for the terrace rooms overlooking the famous Bellagio fountains. It seemed like the perfect place for a memorable stay. When we arrived, check-in was chaotic — a huge line and crowded lobby. It’s a massive hotel, so I understand it’s normal for the area, but the wait for elevators was frustrating, especially since we were on the 54th floor. At times, we avoided going back to the room just to skip the elevator hassle. Our check-in experience wasn’t great. The man who helped us was rude and dismissive, and we were given a terrace room with a view of other buildings — not what I expected. I later realized we needed to book a specific “terrace with fountain view” room. The next morning, I spoke to a kind and helpful woman at the front desk who gladly switched us to the room we originally had in mind. That small gesture made a big difference in our stay. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, modern, and located right in the middle of the action. Once we got the right room, we enjoyed our time and the incredible fountain view from the terrace.

I’ve learned that the Cosmopolitan is a great place to hang out but not to stay. The decor is awe-inspiring, and the selection of bars and restaurants is outstanding. And, the room I booked was stunningly sleek and modern, ridiculously spacious, and that view of the Strip with the Bellagio fountains directly below offered a 5-star experience. But, here are the reasons I will never book there again. The check-in is ridiculously limited and inefficient. No way to check in online. No kiosk. You have no choice but to stand in the stupid line for an hour. Why? Cleanliness. Good for the most part, but somebody had tossed their cookies in the elevator lobby, and the mess remained there for hours. Unacceptable. Resort fees. An extra $55/night. For what? So an unpleasant woman could bark at me that the pool bar is closed after I had been standing in the check-in line for an hour and in need of some food and drink. This was the worst: three of the six high-rise elevators were functioning. We typically waited 20-30 minutes every time we needed to catch a lift up or down (and I am not exaggerating). I only learned that three were under repair after browbeating it out of the corporate concierge team. If I wanted to hand over hundreds of dollars to have someone treat me like crap, I'd book a room at the DMV. Never again.

Hotel and Property are great. Issue is at the front desk. They sold our room out from under us and strung us along for hours.

Great location on the strip and awesome food and restaurant options. Hotel is clean, but showing its age in the rooms a bit. Only complaints were around checking in (says check-in at 3pm, but we didn’t get our room until after 4pm) and checkout (11am checkout time was great, but being in the highest floor elevator bank took almost 40 minutes to get an elevator down to the lobby, since not all elevators seemed to be running and everyone was checking out at the same time).

Property was amazing; great location, so many amenities. Close to all the known casinos.

Everything you needed was available from within the property. The had many different dining options to choose from. The property is located in a great spot that was in walking distance of a lot of great places. The fountain views are amazing.

We have been to Vegas 15+ times and stayed at multiple venues. This property is easily one of the best!. We had booked two terrace studio suites with a fountain view. We were celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday and upon check-in, we asked if there were any higher up rooms available. The staff was extremely helpful and said they would do what they could. Sure enough, we were on the 45th floor dead-center with the fountains. We ate at several locations in the Cosmo (The Henry, DIstrict Donuts, Milk Bar, Lardo) and wished we could have stayed longer to experience even more of what they had to offer. The food was great. Just overall an amazing experience that made our daughter's big day even more special.

The Cosmo was a true luxury experience. I had a fabulous time and enjoyed the food at several restaurants.

Stayed with my family. Room was fine, but as with everything on the Strip, everything was expensive. $8.50 for a Latte, $16 for a Fiji water. Reception is like a conveyer belt, limited or no info on property or amenities.

Our room and balcony view was amazing. The different restaurants and food options were pretty good, but we were disappointed most of the restaurants close relatively early. We were unable to order room service one night because we were told most of the food options were unavailable because the grill was being deep cleaned. We were also disappointed with our pool experience. We rented a premium day bed at the Boulevard Pool which we had high expectations for. The music and service were not the best. The music was low and quite bland. As for the service, it took awhile for us to receive the food we ordered and there were extended periods of time where our server did not check on us to see if we needed anything. One of the definite highlights of the trip was spending Sunday evening at the Barbershop Cuts and Cocktails saloon. The drinks were amazing, the service was on point, and the music was fantastic. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel and our trip.

Very clean. Close to everything! Great location. Great restaurant choices. Staff very helpful. Disappointed with the pool. Any chair close to the pool was a reserved chair and not very many available for those of use who do not wish to pay to sit in a lounger or cabana.
