Ok so I have nothing against the B&B - lovely man, nice breakfast - rooms are a bit like priest cells with no proper windows but are OK. My main complaint is that the place is advertised with Parking. Please be aware it does not have parking - you park on the busy street if you are lucky enough to find a space nearby we did not - Knowing Noto quite well I search for properties with Parking and this says free parking which it does not have. if you class on street parking as free then all hotels and B&B's in Noto have free parking - I expected to find somewhere reserved to park. I think Hotels.com need to remove the free Parking from this hotel and will be requesting they remove this.

Très joli jardin pour le petit déjeuner.petit déjeuner copieux et fait maison avec des produits régionaux. L hôte est charmant il nous fait visiter sa maison familiale un authentique palais très interessant.parking dans la rue .chambre spacieuse.pour notre part pas de chance sur une rue très passante très tard dans la nuit et tôt le matin.penser à demander chambre jardin .

Zweckmäßiges Zimmer mit guter Matratze im Bett, Kühlschrank und Kochgelegenheit. Sauber und an einem hübschen Garten mit Zitronenbäumen gelegen. Parken war an der Strasse nahe des Hotels möglich. Das Frühstück konnten wir im Saal des alten Palazzos einnehmen. Es war schön gegen Abend im Garten unter den Bäumen zu sitzen.

En el arribo hubo problemas porque no contactamos antes y no leí que tengo que llegar antes de 8pm, llegamos 8:30pm. No tiene estacionamiento y la página dice que tiene estacionamiento gratuito; pero eso se refiere en la calle. Finalmente guardamos el auto en un estacionamiento público del gobierno y cuesta tan solo 2 euros la hora. La casa es muy interesante y puesta con muchos detalles, el jardín precioso y ahí se desayuna. Sabroso desayuno. La ubicación es sensacional. Muy confortable

Proprietario molto collaborativo sia nel check-in sia nel suggerire percorsi turistici.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable mattress with a great AC unit!!! Important on those hot Sicilian nights. I rented the suite which was very spacious and full of 18th century charm. The host was very informative at check in, explaining how to navigate the city center. All staff were wonderfully friendly. Breakfast was delicious each morning and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. A highlight was a private tour of the main palazzo, built in 1726.

Ambiente des Frühstücksraum im Palazzo war supe und lecker. Stilvollerer Kleidung anstatt Jogging-Hose des Gastgebers hätte das ganze noch aufgewertet. Übernachtungszimmer eher einfach, Lage super zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt.

Breve soggiorno in una struttura situata in palazzo storico del centro di Noto. Ottima accoglienza da parte del Sig. Giovanni, patron della struttura, che dopo la deliziosa ed abbondante prima colazione a base di squisiti prodotti locali servita in uno splendido giardino, ci ha condotti in una breve ma intensa ed interessantissima visita del palazzo, antica dimora della sua famiglia.
Breve soggiorno in una struttura situata in palazzo storico del centro di Noto. Ottima accoglienza da parte del Sig. Ambiente des Frühstücksraum im Palazzo war supe und lecker. Stilvollerer Kleidung anstatt Jogging-Hose des Gastgebers hätte das ganze noch aufgewertet. Übernachtungszimmer eher einfach, Lage super zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt.

En el arribo hubo problemas porque no contactamos antes y no leí que tengo que llegar antes de 8pm, llegamos 8:30pm. No tiene estacionamiento y la página dice que tiene estacionamiento gratuito; pero eso se refiere en la calle. Finalmente guardamos el auto en un estacionamiento público del gobierno y cuesta tan solo 2 euros la hora. La casa es muy interesante y puesta con muchos detalles, el jardín precioso y ahí se desayuna. Sabroso desayuno. La ubicación es sensacional. Muy confortable

Beautiful rooms in an old palace with beautiful gardens for guests to relax in. Host gave us a tour of the palace, is owned by his family has owned. Breakfast buffet hits the spot. Great location, close to sires.

Breve soggiorno in una struttura situata in palazzo storico del centro di Noto. Ottima accoglienza da parte del Sig. Giovanni, patron della struttura, che dopo la deliziosa ed abbondante prima colazione a base di squisiti prodotti locali servita in uno splendido giardino, ci ha condotti in una breve ma intensa ed interessantissima visita del palazzo, antica dimora della sua famiglia.
Breve soggiorno in una struttura situata in palazzo storico del centro di Noto. Ottima accoglienza da parte del Sig. Giovanni, patron della struttura, che dopo la deliziosa ed abbondante prima colazione a base di squisiti prodotti locali servita in uno splendido giardino, ci ha condotti in una breve ma intensa ed interessantissima visita del palazzo, antica dimora della sua famiglia.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Very comfortable mattress with a great AC unit!!! Important on those hot Sicilian nights. I rented the suite which was very spacious and full of 18th century charm. The host was very informative at check in, explaining how to navigate the city center. All staff were wonderfully friendly. Breakfast was delicious each morning and the hotel was very clean and well maintained. A highlight was a private tour of the main palazzo, built in 1726.

What an amazing place full of history. The owner was so welcoming and helpful as were all the staff. A personal tour of the Palazzo with the family history proudly laid out Worth a stay just for that. The breakfast in the garden was great really good choice and attentive service from the staff. Good coffee and tasty options for all. The room was well equipped and the WiFi the best best and fastest we have had in all our stays in Sicily. Parking in June was no problem and relatively easy to find on the local streets.

Grazie Giovani ! A wonderful stay in this gem of a hotel! What lovely staff and hospitality. The garden, was spectacular at night time with a glass of Prosecco. The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled. I would return to Noto tomorrow, mostly to say hello to him and see this beautiful home.

This is a very interesting place set in an 18C mansion. The owner is very friendly and gave us a tour of the historic public rooms. The room was huge, very well heated (it’s January) and comfortable. The lovely garden under lemon trees was charming. Nice breakfast served in the sumptuous ballroom.
