Personale cortese, struttura situata nella parte storica di Dubai, la più interessante a mio avviso. Stanza caratteristica e bellissima ambientazione che penalizza un po' il comfort del soggiorno, ma vale la pena perchè ti porta in una dimensione particolare. Poca illuminazione nella stanza e tavoletta del wc logora, assolutamente da sostituire. La colazione tipica si ripete ogni mattina, buona ma potrebbero variare un po'. Con qualche attenzione in più sarebbe un posto eccellente.

The room had several issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The door used an unusual lock system with latches on the outside, which created an unsafe feeling of get locked inside. The AC and TV remotes didn’t function properly, especially the volume controls. The shower relied on a gas heater, making the water temperature difficult to regulate, and the drain didn’t flow well, causing the entire bathroom to flood during use. At night, constant dripping sounds from the toilet and shower made it hard to sleep. Overall, the room needs significant changes.

This place is a dream. The whole building is a photo-op. So comfortable. Amazing service. Everything was gorgeous. Yummy breakfast with beans, eggs or crepes, fruit, labneh, pita, juice and coffee.
