This was our second time staying at this property, only this time we got a two bedroom apartment so my mama could join us for this visit. It was exactly what we needed. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the layout was perfect to accommodate all of us comfortably. The location is fantastic, close to places we love to frequent, and while parking can be challenging at times, we were able to find a spot on Vesturgata the majority of the time - or on another street within a short walk. We love it, and clearly are happy to return. Takk fyrir!

I loved this little apartment. Location was perfect, everything in the apartment was great for a week's stay. I would definitely stay again. If I had to make any criticisms it would be that the floor may have not been swept before we arrived properly, but everything else was imaculate, and that the washer/dryer actually didn't dry.. nor were there instructions in English how to use it. Some people found it hard to find however, I looked on google street view and found it easily. It's not got Grey apartments on it but the building is definitely Grey and the only one with an archway to access it. Door key pad is just under the archway and lock box for each apartment on the wall as you go in. You can also walk through the newly created courtyard with other apartments as a short cut to the old harbour. Save some money and stay here because there are supermarkets just 10 min walk away and they are reasonably priced.

It was not 3 beds that the pictures showed. Twin bed and sofa. Workt for us because we were 2 grownup and one child but had preferred 3 beds. Close to everything (Reykjavik is a smal town) but not to the bus station. Nowhere to leave bags after checking out.

This is a very nice, clean, spacious apartment. It has all the amenities you're likely to need and there are some reasonably priced eating options within walking distance. It is also well located for getting to the harbour and city hall, where both tours and the airport bus can be picked up. My only minor complaint is that at the time of booking my confirmation said check out was 12pm but this was later changed to 10am. 12pm would have been perfect for catching our return flight but as it was we were left wandering around with our luggage, because there was no where to store it.

We loved this property. Very spacious and central to downtown Reykjavik. The only thing that would have helped us is if the property owners would let us know the best place to Park (specifically for P3 parking). They do give you helpful Reykjavik parking info. We had 4 apartments with 4 families and we all agreed that it would have made thing easier if we had an idea of our best parking options. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location near the harbor. Communication was almost immediate and they let us check in early as we got off our cruise ship at 8 am. Comfortable beds and bonus there was a washer/dryer combo.

Easy check in, I wish there was private parking. I was able to park 2 blocks away. Make sure you Download Parka app when traveling to Iceland :). My stay was soo comfortable and bed was soo comfortable. Well rested. Thank you :)

We had a wonderful stay here in Iceland. The apartment has all the amenities you need. Just right for 2 people. The entrance door to the building is just through an arch way. Street parking was free between 6pm - 9am, since we were out during the day exploring, it worked well for us.

Excellent location. Well equipped kitchen. Bright with lots of windows though the view is nothing to write home about. Spacious. There is a washer/dryer combo in the bathroom but good luck trying to program it (pictures on buttons give little clue what they are for). parking is a hazzle and you mayha e to park blocks away. We would stay there again if we returned to iceland.

Very nice apartment, near restaurants and shops. You need to pay for street parking. Only complaint is water has a strong sulfur smell, we stayed all over Iceland during our trip and this was the only property that had this problem, not sure why???

It's likely a good property in a good location but we got room 101 on the ground floor and the whole place smelled. The washroom smelled the worst despite the place looking clean. Someone came to check and confirmed the smell and believed it was some sewage gases possibly and tried to help with scented sticks which did not really work completely. The smell of the place tainted an otherwise nice looking place and location.

Communication with the property manager was easy and all information was provided well before check in. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was not cleaned . The toilet looked like someone had bad diarrhea and because there was only one toilet , I had to clean the toilet myself and it was nasty . The trash wasn’t taken out and the left over food was still in the cabinets and freezer . I fell for the excellent reviews and had the Worst experience I ever had . I didn’t plan to pay that kind of money and clean the nasty toilet . I waited almost two days but no response from owner or explanation on how this could happen . I sent all the pictures to the manager and she was apologetic and told me the owners will get back to me . Since then not even a single word . Disgusted

This place was great - checkin was easy (just check your messages day of checkin for more info!) and when I had questions - support was on hand to answer any time of the day (even at 5AM...). The beds were comfy, the place was super clean (also if staying for awhile had a full kitchen!) and it was in a perfect location to walk everywhere (plus quiet!). Highly recommend - zero complaints.

This apartment is PERFECTLY located in downtown and was the perfect place for our family vacation. Everything was amazing. Very comfortable bed, and even the foldout was comfortable for our son (with sensory problems). The only problem was with the Wi-Fi. It was a little slow, but definitely a minor inconvenience considering the location. We plan to visit Reykjavik again, soon, and we already decided that we will stay at the same place. Highly recommend!!!

Excellent property for downtown Reykjavik, walkable to great restaurants and shopping. The hot water had a smell, but this was communicated by the owners, so it was expected. Overall, this was a very nice place to stay for our family of 4.

We had a wonderful stay. Apartment was spacious, clean and in a perfect location. Communication was excellent-we had a few issues that were resolved immediately. Was walking distance to restaurants, shopping and waterfront. Street parking was not a problem. Would stay again.

This is a very nice, clean, spacious apartment. It has all the amenities you're likely to need and there are some reasonably priced eating options within walking distance. The location is amazing, right downtown near the harbor. Very comfortable stay, with everything you need. Parking can be tricky, but very doable to get a spot at least within a five minute walk, sometimes in front of the property, if you are lucky!
