Good, clean places down the cape an be difficult to find. Craigville Beach Inn was above my expectations for something in this area. The room was clean and appointed well for a Cape hotel room. Best of all was how quiet it was for a completely full hotel. We could not hear any noise from the rooms to the right of left of us and only heard a little bit of creaking from people walking around above us. Close to the beach (hotel runs a free shuttle every hour during the day to save on parking $$) close to Hyannis, and across the street from 4 Seas Ice Cream shop (a local staple). Overall a great stay!

We received a warm welcome and later found out she is a co-owner. The Inn is clean and in a great location for beach(they run a shuttle on the hour so no need to pay parking), shopping and Four Seas Ice Cream is right across the street. When we asked for paddle boarding advice they gave us a great location and rental option. Lots of “grab and go” breakfast options too! We will be back.

The Inn is a great place to stay on the Cape. Our room was beautiful, the area is quiet and convenient to the beach, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The grounds re beautiful with large lawn area with chairs and tables. We will definitely return!

This was my first time staying here. My teenage daughters and I booked for 3 nights. I have to say we usually are underwhelmed by places but not here. For about $200 a night you get 2 clean and crisp queen beds. A heating/AC unit that works really well. No weird smells anywhere. A TV with a bunch of channels. Daily housekeeping service. Daily fruit/yogurt/drinks/granola in the mornings. A clean pool thats covered but has windows and doors all around so its shaded but warm with a nice breeze. Lots of parking. A beautiful backyard with lots of grass and chairs to lounge on. A small fridge. Widows in your room that open so you can get fresh air. And there are tons of pamphlets in the office on things to do. And yes, there's an ice cream shop literally 30 steps away. We usually try new places but this might be one of those places we come back to again. What a great 4 day trip.

Most of this community is single family homes. It is quiet in the area. I was on the first floor and did experience some second-floor walking overhead, however it was not consistent or annoyingly intentional. Quaint environment. Beds were comfortable. Parking was plentiful. Staff? Second to none! Very accommodating. Very polite. Very helpful. Super supportive! Overall Rating? 11 out of 10. Will definitely stay here again in the near future.

Room comfortable with mini fridge and coffee maker. Nice grab and go continental breakfast and coffee. Beautiful grounds to hang out and sit and the indoor pool was awesome as it was cool and cloud during our stay.

Outdoor sitting, location close to the beach. Front staff friendly but with no solution for lack of room services. I would possibly revisit but at no risk would try an other alternative. Sorry I could have to high of expectations ! Just not sure that they want to do better. I also understand that it’s a seasonal motel . We had a good stay over all . Recommend to others yes why not. We can always compromise a little. Andy Canada

We loved staying in the cottages with our own kitchenette and outdoor dining area. The property backyard was peaceful and pretty for drying off in the sun after a dip in the pool.

The location was great and the hotel was quiet. I didn't like that the bathroom floor was a little dirty and the room supposedly had a stove top, but didn't.

Me and son had a great time staying her for labor day weekend. Our room and the property itself was clean and well kept and the staff very friendly. Its a great location close to Craigville Beach(easy walk) and quick drive to downtown Hyannis and the ferry. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Craigsville Inn. Our room was on 2nd floor and was pleased to see how spacious the room was as well as cleanliness. Very quaint nice property conveniently located near everything. The check in was fast and receptionist was extremely friendly. We had the roomed cleaned and fresh towels with a beautiful basket of delightful toiletries. This property exceeded my expectations and would definitely return. Thank you for a wonderful weekend. As far as the room, it was clean but a bit tired looking. Generally fine. My main problem was that the desk told us that notwithstanding using Expedia, the room would cost us an addition $30. We were stuck as canceling would mean losing our entire payment and there is little available in Cape Cod in the summer without an early reservation.

Wonderful management! Great and friendly staff. It wasn’t a planned stay and the staff at CBI was incredible. Charming, clean, fabulous location. Short walk to the beach. Across from Four Seas, one of the oldest ice cream shops in the US. Beautiful black Labrador named Nya. It checks ALL the boxes. Will be back! The old guy in 114. 🙏

In general, a nice place to stay. There was a mix up on my part as to the type of cottage I booked, but the manager accommodated my needs and did not charge the room cost difference due to the inconvenience.

Good, clean places down the cape an be difficult to find. Craigville Beach Inn was above my expectations for something in this area. The room was clean and appointed well for a Cape hotel room. Best of all was how quiet it was for a completely full hotel. We could not hear any noise from the rooms to the right of left of us and only heard a little bit of creaking from people walking around above us. Close to the beach (hotel runs a free shuttle every hour during the day to save on parking $$) close to Hyannis, and across the street from 4 Seas Ice Cream shop (a local staple). Overall a great stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Craigville Beach Inn. The walk to the beach was around 10 minutes, and the ice cream next door was amazing! The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. I will definitely come back in the future.

Staff are super friendly and helpful as we added time to our stay. Can walk to the beach, about half a mile on sidewalk (downhill to go, uphill back). Room comfortable with mini fridge and coffee maker. Nice grab and go continental breakfast and coffee. Beautiful grounds to hang out and sit and the indoor pool was awesome as it was cool and cloud during our stay.

Me and son had a great time staying her for labor day weekend. Our room and the property itself was clean and well kept and the staff very friendly. Its a great location close to Craigville Beach(easy walk) and quick drive to downtown Hyannis and the ferry. I highly recommend it.

We received a warm welcome and later found out she is a co-owner. The Inn is clean and in a great location for beach(they run a shuttle on the hour so no need to pay parking), shopping and Four Seas Ice Cream is right across the street. When we asked for paddle boarding advice they gave us a great location and rental option. Lots of “grab and go” breakfast options too! We will be back.

This was my first time staying here. My teenage daughters and I booked for 3 nights. I have to say we usually are underwhelmed by places but not here. For about $200 a night you get 2 clean and crisp queen beds. A heating/AC unit that works really well. No weird smells anywhere. A TV with a bunch of channels. Daily housekeeping service. Daily fruit/yogurt/drinks/granola in the mornings. A clean pool thats covered but has windows and doors all around so its shaded but warm with a nice breeze. Lots of parking. A beautiful backyard with lots of grass and chairs to lounge on. A small fridge. Widows in your room that open so you can get fresh air. And there are tons of pamphlets in the office on things to do. And yes, there's an ice cream shop literally 30 steps away. We usually try new places but this might be one of those places we come back to again. What a great 4 day trip.

Comfortable, friendly, and clean but basic. Terrific location. Relatively reasonable rates...for this area in the peak season anyway! They provide a "breakfast" but it's just coffee and snacks.

The room was spotless and comfortable. It could have used a microwave, and a freezer in the refrigerator. The pool and the area around it was also spotless and comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t much, just some fruit and some packaged items. It’s a good location and the beach shuttle is a nice touch.

A simple continental style breakfast has fresh fruit and snack bars and is a great way to start off the day. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. A slight extra charge allows for a 4pm late checkout is a great perk for a flexible schedule on the day of departure.
