Very courteous and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice pool and hot tub. We stayed in Rm 111 and the only complaint is the toilet had a very weak flush. Other than that it was a fantastic place to stay.

We loved the quaint,private courtyard off the restaurant. Food was delicious and plentiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. There was even a huge lot of free parking. We will be back!!

This was a wonderful hotel! It has a lot to offer - all you can eat breakfast for a reasonable price, nice bar area, indoor pool, and gym. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

We tried to check in around 9-9:15pm after a very long work day outside in the weather. No one was at the front desk for over 15 minutes. We finally go into the room-the AC was not working and the fan setting was making a loud noise. We rushed to get to the hot tub, since we selected this hotel for this reason (we are usually at the Hilton each week for work) As soon as we got into the hot tub-an employee was hassling us to get out bc they were closing it. Told him we were taking the extra 20 minutes we were delayed for check in to relax first and then get out. He was not pleasant about this.

There was a barking dog next door to our room. It woke us up at night and continued to bark in the morning. This caused us to have to change our room. We stayed two nights. We were kept awake until 2am both nights. Our room was near the elevator and from 11pm-2am there was near constant loud noise from large parties congregating by the elevators. I made a couple complaints and the hotel staff did little to assist. They made excuses for the noisy guests and said they couldn’t do anything about it.

We booked our room online and when we arrived they had no power. It was no fault of theirs many people in the area were without power. We chose to take our chances and stay anyway in the dark. Our room was huge and wonderfully updated. Power did come back on around 2am and we were able to have a late check out. I can’t wait to go back and use their pool

Staff was very friendly upon arrival, room was very clean, quiet, shower was hot, however in room 208 , ac was not working, when it came time to check out, i mentioned to front desk gal, she just sd, ill let maintenance know, no, so sorry for the inconvenience or anything, was a very long & uncomfortable night. Also, there was no microwave in the room. Other than that, was an overall nice place to be.

Excellent stay. Hotel was great. Poor customer service. One woman on the phone while other woman made no contact, said we will be right with you, nothing. I stood there by myself for 10 minutes. That one woman acted like she did not want to acknowledge me nor check me into my room. Everyone else was very nice.

I have stayed at this hotel many times and I am very disappointed. Not only did our room not get cleaned, even though I requested it the afternoon of our second day when we left for an event, but when I requested more towels for the room we had to go downstairs and they only had two available. The toilet and shower also made loud noises (like air in the lines) when we flushed or used the shower. It is convenient for me and my family to stay and I hope that our next visit is better than this last one.

Sarah had checked me in after a long drive. It was the quickest & most efficient check in I’ve ever experienced. She asked if my trip was business or pleasure. I said both & would be up early each day. She asked which floor i preferred & made sure I was in a quiet side away from the elevator. She gave me the furthest room from elevator yet next to the side exit. Convenient!

We rented the room so we could get changed for a weeding we were attending in the area. I didn't expect a high end luxury suite so the room itself was clean and functional. The front desk checked us in quickly enough but when we got to the room on the 3rd floor the key cards did not work. Went back to the front desk where they rekeyed the cards, then went back to the room only to find they still did not work. Asked a nice maid to open the door after explaining our problem and she let us in. Called the front desk from the room and asked them to bring us a set of keys that would work. They brought up a new set of keys and those didnt work. He went back to the front desk and the fourth time was the charm. It took nearly 1/2hour to get this resolved. Altogether we were at the hotel for 3 hours and checked out to attend the wedding. Never intended to stay the night so after the wedding we drove the 2 hours home to southern Jersey.

We rushed to get to the hot tub, since we selected this hotel for this reason (we are usually at the Hilton each week for work) As soon as we got into the hot tub-an employee was hassling us to get out bc they were closing it. Told him we were taking the extra 20 minutes we were delayed for check in to relax first and then get out. He was not pleasant about this.

We finally go into the room-the AC was not working and the fan setting was making a loud noise. We loved the quaint,private courtyard off the restaurant. Food was delicious and plentiful. Staff very helpful and friendly. There was even a huge lot of free parking. We will be back!!

The room was clean amd pleasant. The property is very difficult for anyone with limited walking ability. The parking is far from the entrance. Thr elevator is a long walk from the lobby. This is not a good place for less mobile or elderly people.

For am older person the parking spaces for handicapped were behind a berm so we had to walk all the way around to teach te only entrance. Elvators are a long way from the entrance. Advertising should state the motel is not handicapped friendly

Never stayed in a room where the shower had no door just a sheet… like a third world hotel. Ordered a drink at the bar , had it thrown at me , no lime , no coaster. Suggest you close up and move on

Very courteous and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice pool and hot tub. We stayed in Rm 111 and the only complaint is the toilet had a very weak flush. Other than that it was a fantastic place to stay.

I reserved three rooms for a family function. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful with additional towels for the pool area and K cups. The only negatives were while the hot tub was hotter than the pool, the jets were not working, the courtyard needed some wedding, and the drinks at the bar were pricey. I would stay there again!

Another great stay! We stay here often when visiting the area. One note is if you need a microwave, check your room as I don’t think it’s standard. Otherwise awesome and close to everything.
