Located in the Pays de Marsan, 8 km south of Mont-de-Marsan, on the edge of the Landes forest and the Chalosse agricultural region, you'll find yourself in Laglorieuse. The Marsan and Armagnac greenway is 3.3 km away; explore it on foot or by bike for pleasant countryside rides. All amenities are available in Villeneuve-de-Marsan (7.3 km) or Mont-de-Marsan. In a rural setting, the Landes barn has been completely renovated and is attached to the owner's house. With a ground floor and first floor, it can accommodate large families and groups of friends, sleeping up to 10 people, year-round. The ground floor offers a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, and electric oven. A laundry room houses the washing machine, a second refrigerator, a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and its own shower room, and a separate toilet. The steep staircase leads to a landing with a children's play area and provides access to: 2 bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), 2 bedrooms with two single beds (90 cm), and 2 bathrooms with toilets. You will enjoy a private, unfenced garden with lawn and flowers, and ponds at the far end for pleasant walks. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided. For your comfort, bed linen, household linen, and towels are included. Wi-Fi is available. Electric heating is charged beyond 8 kilowatt-hours per day. Surrounding fields with birdsong ensure a peaceful stay.
