Nice staff looks and feels good. Great pool!

Probably the worst hotel I've ever booked. The room smelled horrible, mix between musty and puke. The walls were dirty. Holes in the sheets. No ironing board. The guy working the desk was behind glass and never spoke a word to me. Breakfast was a joke. Treadmill in the lobby. (lol) Never ever stay at this place!!

The shower is open with no curtains Easy access to interstate,gas,and food. There was security, however, I didn't feel save in the parking lot at night bc the fence behind the hotel is broken and there's people living in the wooded area on the other side of the fence. You have to pay for breakfast

Bad experience the customer service was terrible the manager was very rude. We booked this hotel cuz on line it said we were able to use the hot tub and breakfast we’ll not true hot was closed and the coffee machine was not working nothing was like they mentioned on line the room smell 2:46 PM

Nice and quiet … swimming pool very clean

My bathroom was in bad shape, hot tub was cold, air did not work in the room, smelled weed all over the hotel, elevator was nasty, dryer did not work properly and was loud.

Stayed here for one night and across the hall from our room, one of the guest seemed to be living in the hotel played his surround sound all day and until 2am, the front desk had to make him turn it off and he turned it right back on at 8am! Most importantly he invited a male prostitute to his room and then beat him very badly and I could hear the man screaming so loud and trying to get out of the room, he was beating him to death! It was the most scary thing I have ever encountered! There was no security at the hotel and I don’t know if the person even lived or not I never seen him again but I do know he never came back out of the room! Very dangerous man and location is very sketchy with prostitution and violence out the front door! I stayed at this hotel last year and it was very nice and quiet! It’s definitely neither one of those anymore. Needs better Management and Security ASAP! Nick was the front counter person and he was amazing! Very helpful and courteous!

Staff was ok. Th pool area and jacuzzi was disappointing. Rooms were clean but it seemed like a hassle to get more towels

The only thing I didn’t get to experience was the pool/hot tub. Ott it was great!

The property appeared clean. Limited breakfast. Coffee machine dispensed more water than coffee. The non-smoking room smelled like cigar smoke. The staff was kind enough to spray the room, but the smell lingered throughout the night and the next day,

The carpet had stains, The ceiling has stains, The walls was dirty,A bathroom light wasn’t working, Hair from previous tenant was stuck on the wall in the shower. Property needs to do a better job with cleanliness of the rooms however the staff was nice and the location of the property is perfect for travelers. It’s located right off the expressway and have many dining options less the a few minute drive away.

Air conditioner was on low cool the whole stay there. Room was very hot in the afternoon.Entering the building there was a water leak with a bucket catching the water.Place really had a funky smell.Carpet was very filthy.

It was ok. The heat worked and the bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night but it was good

It was not clean and too loud. Other people who stayed ran up and down the halls, beat on walls and kids screaming til 3 in the morning when i had to be up at 6 in tye morning for engagements. I reported to staff several times and they did nothing.

The only good thing about this place is the location. The place is falling apart. The sheets had blood stains and when I spoke to the manager all he could say was that they wash the sheets. The pillows were worn out. When I spoke to house keeping she stated that she’s been asking the owners for new pillows and sheets for a long time and they still haven’t replaced it! not worth the money

Water for bath was tepid. Never got above just slightly warm. Reading lamps not operable.

Still waiting on my refund. Room I booked was not available. I was not madecaware of this until I got into the room. Very dirty room. Very disappointed. I had to book another room at another hotel. Room was unfit to occupy.

The environment was great. Staff services were very friendly and kind. With beautiful smile on their faces, that's telling me that I could return here for my next trip. It's safe to stay for one night trip and worth with the amount of spending. It's very convenience to access in town. Thanks for your nice service and thoughts.

They don’t let me check in early as they mentioned it in expediia. They didn’t provide blanket or comforter. And told me that the thin sheet is the blanket. Customer service was very bad. I ask to clean thw restroom they said they dont have any one after 5

Although this property usually has great rates and many conveniences to food, fun etc, STAY ELSEWHERE! Upon check in the beds had food crumbs, pubic hair and sheets and comforters were stained. I had to call front desk to have housekeeping come back and clean the rooms (I had 2). One room had no shower curtain and the heat or the ac didn't work in the room either. I ended up having to get a portable heater from the front desk to use during my stay. We frequent Houston often and every since this property merged from Sleep Inn from the Choice Hotels brand to its own brand of Restwell it has been the nastiest dirtiest place! Front desk staff is rude! The gentleman that checked me in LITERALLY was playing a card game on his cellphone all while checking me in! He couldn't even be attentive to his guests for 5 minutes and put his phone down, very unprofessional! They treat you as if they're doing you a favor by LETTING you stay there! Also, they charge you for using YOUR credit card! I paid an additional $11 on top of room and tax by using my own credit card! They have a credit card fee and there are no signs advising you of such! When I looked at my receipt I immediately asked what the charge was, instead of him informing me BEFORE hand! We travel often I have never heard of such policy where the guests are paying for the use of the hotels credit card machine! Lots of transient folks in and out of the hotel all times of day and night. The lobby is beautiful but the rooms ARE NOT

The gentleman who works the overnight shift at the front desk is extremely kind and helpful. Safety has never been an issue and I always feel comfortable in their rooms.

The front desk people are rude preferably a guy name nick.

Lots of transients around. Place smells like mold. Key didn’t work on outside doors. Went to the front and they acted like I was crazy for wanting to go in the door closest to my room. Will never stay here again.

Pretty nice hotel for the area. Decent price and the staff was pretty cool

Didnt feel safe. Shady characters staying there. Lock to room was broken. Staff was not accomodating. DONT RECOMMEND.

Good place if you are having a short stay. Easy access to highway and food options are within walking distance. Towels were terrible but the price, location and safety make up for the towels and stale smell of the hallway.

No airport shuttle breakfast was bare minimum no sausage or egg!!! Maids were excellent provided amenities to time clean towels carpet was dirty in room and aisle ways front desk staff visible but not engaging just steer at you!!!!

Air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle the first night and the fridge didnt work so i couldn't store my breastmilk, it took a new worker to come in the next morning and give us a new room since the employee that night wasn't helpful. Breakfast didnt have any options or meat and the waffle machine didn't work, the only options were 2 cereals or muffins and toast. (The employee who was there the morning after checkin was helpful though)
