Disappointing to look at on the outside but room was up to par for the price. There was a closed, dilapidated, stagnant partially covered swimming pool just a few feet away from our room. Had to go to Quality Inn for breakfast.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Needs updated and cleaned! There was a restaurant right next door that wasn’t fast food.

Floor looked like it hadn’t been swept or mopped in forever. TV didn’t work at all. The staff at checkout was rude and my receipt shows I still owed $100 when I paid for everything already. When staff tried to explain it she was extremely rude and obviously frustrated when I questioned her. Still haven’t been refunded the $100 deposit. Here is hoping I don’t have to call and complain to get it back.

The room was not very clean, the pillows were so flat and low on stuffing they were squished into squares on the beds. I was leary of walking barefoot on the lod dingy carpet. Not sure how it was rated at over 7 on the app!

There was evidence that there could be bed bugs, the mattresses had holes in the seams, there was rust colored stains, underneath mattresses were filthy with debris. Asked for a different room and underneath the mattress was black mold and debris. We ended up leaving and not staying, no refund was offered for having to leave

The room was comfortable and seemed to be clean on first walkthrough. When I got ready to go to bed I found the “stain” on the duvet was actually new dirt/stain and I through it off onto the floor-rest of the bedding was clean and no complaint. The next morning I reported concerns to the owner and when I came back that evening there was a brand new duvet. Housekeeper needs to be sure to sweep behind the bathroom doors on each cleaning……black beard trimming was left behind both days. Mr. Patel was very kind and very accommodating when I had to leave early.

Beds are very comfortable! Pillows are great these 2 things matter to me because I have a bad back breakfast was good coffee great. Customer service was so good! Rooms were clean. I will stay here again. Very nice town outside the city!

The pictures are extremely outdated. It's current condition is poor. We were on a long distance road trip and just needed a place to lay our heads overnight, so I thought for the price and what I saw in the pictures I thought this place would be perfect. Room smelled like throw up. Walls had dried liquid drips every where. Bathroom still had dried pee and hair from previous guest(s) around the toilet and more dried yellow liquid on the walls. Everything is covered in dust bunnies and the air conditioning register had chunks of dirt in it. Pillow cases have dirt stains. Location from the highway is convenient. Breakfast is served at a neighboring hotel. Plenty of stores and places to eat are near by. Staff is nice but I did not try to get a refund or even complain we were only there for maybe 7 hours total. If you want to save a few $$ and don't mind stuff being gross, then fine. For me, it's a no, never again. I've learned my lesson, you get what you pay for.

One night stay. Beds were small, pillows were tiny and uncomfortable. Even the toilet was small. This room is definitely not for anyone taller than 5ft. Did not eat breakfast as front desk clerk stated I would have to go to the next hotel to eat. There were 2 insects in the bathroom this morning. Definitely will not be staying again.

The room was okay and staff was okay but the bed wasn't comfortable and they didn't have any breakfast like it was supposed to and when you get a shower the water would be freezing cold all at once the only good thing about the stay was the room was clean and kept up and the wifi was really good that is all I have to say and I wouldn't prefer on any one staying at the hotel I would recommend a high price one instead

For an economy place it was up par with more expensive hotels. I didn't go to breakfast, so I don't know what they had. However, the bed was comfy and the room was clean, not having that odd musty smell that many cheap motels have. They also had a coffee maker, mini fridge and microwave. I just stayed in a much higher end place near Chicago that didn’t provide the latter two. I could tell they put some forethought and $ into their remodel.

I went to check in around 11:30PM. There was no clerk for 30 minutes. I rang the service bell, I called, hotels.com tried to call twice and no response. My party and I left to find another available hotel room, hotels.com refunded the room.

Not the Ritz, but a nice place to stay. Would be nice not to have to go next door for breakfast; but, I understand the economics of the issue. Room did NOT smell of cigarettes!!, and had no bug issue :)

Did not eat breakfast as front desk clerk stated I would have to go to the next hotel to eat. There were 2 insects in the bathroom this morning. Definitely will not be staying again.

The room was okay and staff was okay but the bed wasn't comfortable and they didn't have any breakfast like it was supposed to and when you get a shower the water would be freezing cold all at once the only good thing about the stay was the room was clean and kept up and the wifi was really good that is all I have to say and I wouldn't prefer on any one staying at the hotel I would recommend a high price one instead

Disappointing to look at on the outside but room was up to par for the price. There was a closed, dilapidated, stagnant partially covered swimming pool just a few feet away from our room. Had to go to Quality Inn for breakfast.

Beds are very comfortable! Pillows are great these 2 things matter to me because I have a bad back breakfast was good coffee great. Customer service was so good! Rooms were clean. I will stay here again. Very nice town outside the city!

The pictures are extremely outdated. It's current condition is poor. We were on a long distance road trip and just needed a place to lay our heads overnight, so I thought for the price and what I saw in the pictures I thought this place would be perfect. Room smelled like throw up. Walls had dried liquid drips every where. Bathroom still had dried pee and hair from previous guest(s) around the toilet and more dried yellow liquid on the walls. Everything is covered in dust bunnies and the air conditioning register had chunks of dirt in it. Pillow cases have dirt stains. Location from the highway is convenient. Breakfast is served at a neighboring hotel. Plenty of stores and places to eat are near by. Staff is nice but I did not try to get a refund or even complain we were only there for maybe 7 hours total. If you want to save a few $$ and don't mind stuff being gross, then fine. For me, it's a no, never again. I've learned my lesson, you get what you pay for.

Bed was clean and neet bathroom sink clean bathroom clean except the walls . Walls in both rooms had what looked like food stains to the point I took photos as to not be charged like we had done that .one wall had sheet rick knocked off on a corner . What I felt like was not up to code was , no vent fan in the bathroom!! Seriously ? No vent fat !

The room was mediocre at best. The pro: close to the location we were needing and parking lot lighting. The con: loud, needs updating, terrible beds (broken in the middle), smelled terrible, bath-tub had giant crack in it. Thankfully we were only there for a quick nap before heading out to our hunting adventure. I definitely would be hesitant to rent here again. And they refuse to rent to anyone local.
