We’ve stayed here twice - we checked in for the night and checked out the next morning. So we didn’t use any of the facilities in the hotel. But it is a nice hotel and the staff has always been courteous and helpful

Bugs in room Shower doesn’t work well

The beds were very uncomfortable 😕 I couldn't sleep, couldn't get comfortable. Hard, flat pillows...like a hard, old couch cushion with a pillow case over it. Ugh

Amenities are in rough shape. Had no issues other than that. Stayed here on two trips now

The registration person was extremely rude at both check in and check out. The hotel elevator and the room were dirty, this included the bathroom and all surfaces in the room. There was no hot water for a shower. The best I could get was barely Lukewarm water. I tried turning the temperature selection knob different directions with no result.
