Pour le prix ça va mais la plupart des chambres sont dans l’ancien building qui date des années 70. L’aire de jeux n’est pas conforme. C’est sur le bord de l’autoroute mais une fois la porte fermée on ne l’entend pas. Relativement propre mais pourrait être mieux. La chambre vient avec une cuisinette et il y a deux grosses épiceries autour. Vue sur les pentes de ski. Les lits sont confortables. La personne à l’accueil est gentille et à l’écoute. À 2 min en voiture de la rue Principale.

Tout était parfait et si j'avais une suggestion pour améliorer le site ce serait d'augmenter l'éclairage du sigle de l'emplacement qui n'est pas assez éclairé lorsque l'on revient après le coucher du soleil. De plus le spa n'était pas fonctionnel en fin de semaine.

We really liked the Lady at the front desk when we registered. Very sweet. The pool was great and there are even drinks you can buy for a small fee. Loungers comfortable. The room was clean, but dated. Showers have amazing pressure. They can certainly use more hooks, and you need to really bring your own towels particularly if you’re using the pool. The unfortunate thing is our kitchens became over run with mini ants. We put most our food away, but the ants got into sandwiches we had prepared and I had to throw away food. Sadly when I told the front desk, the young person at the desk didn’t know what to do or care. So a bit of a bummer

We had a good stay at this property. The room was spacious, there was a small kitchenette, and the bathroom looked like it was recently renovated. A small pool was located adjacent to the parking lot. Check-in an check out was quick and easy, and the hotel was easily accessible from the highway and very close to the outlet shops. We used it as a starting point to access the P'tit Train du Nord bike trail, since it is only 3.5km from an access point. The owner kindly offered to store our bikes in the garage of the hotel, since our room was on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. What other travellers may want to know when making a decision to stay here: - the mattresses are very firm (depends on your preference). - the kitchenette had a random assortment of items. Enough for two people to comfortably snack but worth double checking what's available before planning a larger meal. Items such as dish soap, coffee, salt and pepper were thoughtfully included. - the balcony to the rooms is shared, with people often sitting outside to socialize. - there is a view of the ski hills but also the highway. There is some road noise noticeable but not overwhelming. - our suite had a few minor issues that we reported upon leaving (door lock hard to open/close, tap in the kitchen dripped). - based on the room it seems that renovations may be ongoing. For example, the trim wasn't fully installed yet (not an issue for us).

Clean room friendly staff, very accommodating to needs. Outdoor pool available in October. It was a beautiful weekend and very glad it was still open.

We had a pleasant overnight stay at this older roadside motel–type property. We found the staff to be polite, the room to be very clean, and mostly updated. The bedding was fine, and the kitchen area was a welcome surprise. We did not expect our room to be more like a suite than a typical motel room, especially with the beautiful fireplace, which we did not end up using, but I can see how it would have been a lovely touch on a winter evening after skiing. All in all, a nice stay, and I would not hesitate to come back here, especially for the price. There was a bit of road noise from the A-15 but the room's fan easily drowned it out and we slept well.

Clean room, nice outdoor pool, friendly staff, easy check in/out, comfortable beds, and we loved the kitchenette with stove, mini fridge, microwave, etc. Very close and convenient location to shopping, restaurants, and waterpark. We will definitely be back!

J'ai été obligé de partir tellement l'état des lieux me donnait la nausée et c'était sale.

Place is outdated which is ok for a price, but room was very dirty. We found hair on bathroom walls, hair on a blanket and piss on the side floor of the toilet. We had no choice, but stay one night. I would not return or recommend this place to anyone. Location is great, fireplace is a nice touch, but they need to work on being clean.

The room was not clean and there was visible mold on the walls and ceiling.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. C'est vraiment désuet et il y a un odeur très désagréable dans la chambre. L'air climatisé était sale et le tapis vraiment dégueulasse.

Attendez vous à un 3 étoiles et vous serez satisfait, au goût des année 80 pas eu de renovation faite la ou le prix est abordable pour séjourner car à proximité et vue sur le mont st sauveur . Cuisinette complète et chambre avec foyer, salle de bain devrait être rénové

The hotel faces Mount Avila directly, offering stunning views. It features a fully equipped kitchenette and is just a 3-minute from the restaurants in village. The room is spacious, with a newly renovated bathroom and brand-new flooring. Excellent value for money — I’ll definitely be coming back regularly.

Positive : The beds were comfy and water pressure in shower great. Cons : The building is old and outdated. No trim around bathroom door. Room smelled like smoke at times . Dirty ashtray sitting on ledge of window outside room . Bedside table chipped and damaged Overall lacked cleanliness and needs an overhaul.

C’était notre première fois ici et nous avons été agréablement surpris. L’endroit est charmant, la chambre spacieuse pour 4 personnes, très propre, avec une belle vue sur la montagne. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

En arrivant sur place on constate que l'hotel n'est pas comme sur les photos.. Il y a des gens louches qui font le party avec de la musique très forte près de la piscine.. je demande à voir la chambre avant de faire le check in. La chambre montrée sent la cigarette tandis que la chambre réservée est non-fumeur. On me propose une autre chambre genre appartement pour une supplément, je demande à vour cette chambre aussi avant le check in. On se déplace avec le responsable pour voir l'appartement et on croise 2 individus avec la face en sang. En arrivant près de la chambre je constate que le garde corps et le patio de la chambre d'à côté sont pleins de sang. Je dis au responsable que je ne prendrai pas cette chambre non plus. Il constate que la fenêtre de la chambre d'à côté est cassée. Il appelle la police. Je demande à la préposeé à la réception de me rembourser. Elle me.dit qu'elle n'a pas pris mon argent que c'est Expedia qu'il faut voir avec eux. Je contacte l agent de Expedia qui essaie de parler àvec l'hotel pour demander le remboursement sans succès. Il me dit qu'ils vont arranger ça. On quitte pour aller à un autre hotel sans avoir utiliser la chambre. Le lendemain Expedia me contace pour me dire que l'hotel ne veut pas rembourser... Hotel miteux géré par des voleurs... qui prennent votre argent sans scrupules et Expedia est complice avec en ne remboursant pas même si la chambre ne correspondait pas à la description. 180 $ perdus dans les poches des chinois

One night stay while biking the local trails. This is an older building but very well maintained and equipped to prepare meals in the room . Clean, comfortable and one of the lower cost hotels in the area. A bonus is Jean-Marc at the desk. Pleasant, personable and will respond quickly to any questions or issues you have.

La réception ne répond pas au téléphone. Le micro-ondes et le séchoir ne fonctionne pas.la réception ne parle ni anglais ni français.la photo de l'annonce ne correspond pas a la chambre ni du bon hotel! C'est propre. Javais vraiment besoin du micro pour nourrir ma famille et je nai pas pu avoir de l'aide pour trouver une solution! C'est certain que ne reviendrons pas! C'est vraiment dommage parce que c'est beau ici.
