It was pet friendly and they don't charge for the first pet. The hotel was mostly clean, the bed comfortable but the neighbors were very loud. I turned the ac on and that tuned out the noise but by 430 am I could hear people's alarms going off in their rooms. There was confusion at check in, with room type and payment but the nice gentleman came up to the room to explain his mistake and apologized immensely. He was very nice. Area was so-so. The room is in need of a lot of tlc but it was a nice size and, again, the bed was comfy. Oh and it had a refrigerator with a freezer, in room coffee and a micro. My husband slept well. It is all outside entrances, I wish there had been a secondary lock. The room was super inexpensive and it is worth what we paid.

It was a quick overnighter, getting in around midnight. Service was very friendly and forewarned us about the construction that was going on in the front portion of the inn so she put us in the back section!! Very satisfied with the appearance, stay, and service

Good budget friendly hotel. The outside of the hotel is a little run down but room was clean and bed/pillows were comfortable. Staff was nice and surrounding area was quiet.

I was giving my first room smelled and I pulled the covers back and found bugs in it then I was giving a second room a little better a little cleaner just not the quality I expected oh and all box springs looked like the belong in a homeless shelter.

The room was smelling cigarettes. I have bed-bug bites all over my body. I had two beds in room, I couldn\'t slept all night because of constant bites and scratching. Gladly my towels were changed daily and room was made daily so that was good. But then there was note on the table that asked to leave tip for the person taking care of room everyday. I would have left a tip even without that note, but for someone who had to go to college all weekend, dealing with long assignments only coming back to sleep on a bed-bug infested bed, I choose not to leave the tip. Sorry "James".

Remote for TV not adequate channel listing/guide. Seems like a mismatch for room 207 TV. Humming A/C needs some maintenance. Toilet base was not secure; rocks back and forth! Noisy traffic on road less than 50 ft away. Need soundproofing throughout all rooms in rooms on roadside.

The customer service guy at the front desk was extremely rude. Refused to help me with anything I’ve accidentally booked for the wrong night was in a pinch and needed a place to go for the evening. Mind you it’s 1 o’clock in the morning so that night I booked for with the very next night was $35 plus tax I ended up getting charged $79 plus tax. He refused to honor anything it was pouring rain very rude not a nice man.

This town is filthy dirty. There is garbage everywhere. The hotel is old and run down. The room was fairly clean except for the rugs.I travel with service animals and the front desk staff asked to see my paperwork. I did show them my paperwork, however, it is against federal ADA laws and state law for them to ask for it

Intially, when checking in i was given the key card to room that already had occupants. After returning to the front desk i was given a room in the top corner which was further from parking. The receptionist did appologize and immediately began blaming her coworkers instead of just appologizing. While the pricing was fair, i will pay more to stay elsewhere next time. The room was also advertized as on a lake but is actually near a lake, a couple miles down the road. The clenliness of the room and the other staff i encountered was average.

This was a trip to meet up with our family. Us being from Illinois and them from south Carolina, it was around half the distance. Having stayed here before, the woman at the front desk is so welcoming, we felt so welcome. Like home.

This motel was an excellent value. The woman who checked us in was absolutely delightful. There is a restaurant within walking distance and a little mini market across the street. The motel is only a short distance from Cove Lake State Park which has wonderful hiking trails.

It was pet friendly and they don't charge for the first pet. The hotel was mostly clean, the bed comfortable but the neighbors were very loud. I turned the ac on and that tuned out the noise but by 430 am I could hear people's alarms going off in their rooms. There was confusion at check in, with room type and payment but the nice gentleman came up to the room to explain his mistake and apologized immensely. He was very nice. Area was so-so. The room is in need of a lot of tlc but it was a nice size and, again, the bed was comfy. Oh and it had a refrigerator with a freezer, in room coffee and a micro. My husband slept well. It is all outside entrances, I wish there had been a secondary lock. The room was super inexpensive and it is worth what we paid.

Stayed 3 nights for sons bike race at wind rock. Room was simple but looked new. Clean no smells. We will stay here again next time we visit wind rock bike park. Jacks restaurant next door was a bonus.

There were a lot of bugs at the property (not bed bugs). We sent a message asking them to refund the balance of the trip, as we had our employee check into another hotel, but they did not respond. Will have to contact the third party company to resolve.

Room was clean and comfortable. Here's the downside. The cable TV was terrible. The signal kept going in and out. Couldn't watch tv because every time you tried to watch something the signal would fail. There was NO breakfast NOT even a coffee. I woke up the person on duty at 7: 00 A.M. to return the key. Finally, when I checked in I wasn't aware there was a 100.00 deposit required. Hell, the room only cost 70.00 dollars. If I hadn't already paid previously in advance I would have left and found another hotel to stay at. I would not recommend this hotel. I'm never going to stay there again.
